I've done that with a garden hose and spray nozzle, lol.

I believe you would have to keep moving your ladder along the guttering though?

@@alanashburner8907 Not really, just twice. The pressure of the water from the hose is sufficient to push the debris all down to the drain end, then again at the drain end to pull out the debris that won't go down the spout.
