I love having your shop videos as background to whatever I'm puttering around with in my tiny workspace. And your perspective for marketing/business is what I don't always hear elsewhere, so thank you for doing this!
Awesome! Thank you! I hope to add on another series of videos in the next month where I interview and talk with others in the craft. Kind of like a podcast, but with video. Stay tuned.
Man to hear you talk about the operations of your business are inspiring but also very intimidating. Im a great leather maker but have no clue what you're talking about when it comes to spreadsheets and the internal workings of a business. Makes me think ill never have the successful leather goods business i strive for.
Don't be intimidated! You can figure it out also. It's really just about paying attention to what's going on in your business. You can make it as simple or as complicated as you're comfortable with. I try to remind everyone that I'm just sharing my methods for managing the chaos. It's not the only way to get it done. Don't give up on it.
Thanks Brother! You know you inspire me as well. We’re all trying to hustle and carve out our own little niche and legacy. Thank you for the continued support.
Outstanding operation, Odin! The shorter vids are better for me, but don’t get into RUclipss “shorts.” Your skills & business acumen are of great value !
Odin you are one of my go to guys, I learn so much from these videos. For what it’s worth, the others are Don Gonzales, Chartermade, Stock and Barrel, and one I just discovered recently that’s awesome and a bit intimidating Tony Allen Bernier, check him out. As always Thanks for the inspiration.
That’s a massive compliment. Those other Makers are on my go to list as well. I’m not familiar with Tony, but I’m definitely going to check him out now.

Glad it was helpful!
