I'm Over It! Its Time to Move On!

- Welp... I finally hit my breaking point this year. After 9 years, I'm finally tired of nearly roasting to death for 5-6 months of the year and freezing for another 3-4 months. The time has finally come where I think we've earned the right to be a bit more comfortable in the workshop. So... Without further ado, here's an update on what we've been working on the last few months. Here's a hint... WE'RE MOVING! We've found a beautiful new space that not only provides us climate-controlled workshop space but also enough room to open a SECOND RETAIL STORE and expand the workshop to be able to handle a few new product lines. It's like we're finally growing up!

I found your channel thanks to Self Employed. I’ve added your shop to my bucket list for my next TX trip. Your wife is an amazing lady. Nothing beats a supportive spouse. You guys are the bees knees.
You're sure right about that! None of this would have been possible with out her.
Keep us posted on the potential workshops. I used to do basic leatherwork when I was a Boy Scout. I'd love to learn it properly.
Will do!
I know exactly what you're talking about. Working out of my garage. Gotta start somewhere. A lot of us are cheering you on and living the dream with you. Great video.
Yes! Thank you! I really appreciate the support and well wishes.
That’s awesome Odin!! I’m really happy for your guys! I’m a newer leather crafter and you have been a source of such great inspiration for me! Thank you for all you do for the leather working community! I’ll be along for the ride!
Thank you so much for the kind words! The journey is far from over.
I absolutely love it! I’m so proud for y’all and I know it’s going to be epic!
Thank you Lynda!
Glad to see you back and the new space, looks awesome.
Hey, thanks! Its been a lot of hard work, but I'm really excited about this new chapter.
It's so wonderful to see your continued success.
I'm currently launching my own leather goods small business, and learning what I can from you and others in the business. Thank you for your inspiration and insights.
Micah in Victor Montana.
You can do it! I appreciate you following along with my journey. I love this community, and like you still learn so much from others too.
Started following you on years ago on Instagram, it's very impressive to see how far you folks have come. Glad things are working out so well for you loving the new changes and the multiple locations. Was in Dallas about 2 months back and almost stopped in and saw you. Congratulations and keep up the good work
Also... AMAZING address
Next time you're in the area, definitely carve out a little time to stop by one of the locations and say hello.
Awesome! Really dig the space!
Thanks so much!
Glad to see the new space, looks awesome.
Привет из Москвы, очень надеюсь что у Вас всё получится, мне очень нравится Ваш канал, я тоже начинаю заниматься кожей пока всего на шестнадцати метрах, но Ваша работа вдохновляет двигаться дальше.
Hello from Moscow, I really hope that everything will work out for you, I really like your channel, I'm also starting to do leather so far at only sixteen meters, but your work inspires me to move on.
Nice, I love just about 20 min north of Lewisville! I'd love to get more into leather working.
Amazing ✊🏽 💖💛🧡💖❤💝
I can’t wait to see this come into being! I live in Alabama, but would love to come to a learning workshop. This is exciting to see. Best wishes!
I am in Oak Point on Saturday to work on my in laws house. Love your shop and you. You seem honest and the kind of guy that we need more of today. I found leather work after a significant health issue. Back to my primary work in medicine but now since picking up the hobby and selling a few things just got orders for a bunch of things this week for people I know. Love your videos and keep up the good work. If I get down there I will look for you. Hope the future is bright for you. God bless and keep safe and healthy.
You are doing it right! Thanks for sharing the journey.
Congratulations!! I'm going to have to swing by and take a look at the shop.
Looking forward to taking the class.
Looks great , happy for y’all. My shop is not conditioned and the biggest problem I have with it is sweating on my work ,it doesn’t bother me as much as it does the veg tan.lol Good luck
I know the feeling! Working like requires some real planning - and a little luck - to keep from sweating all over everything.
I am moving to Texas from Colorado my self so I know what you are going through.
Good to see you again. I really enjoy your videos
Congratulations on your new space! I can’t wait to see it when y’all are finished! Blessings to you, your family and workers!!
Thank you so much! I appreciate it.
Great looking shop too be !! I'm Jealous . Good luck with your new space.
When I visit DFW, I'm going to make it a point to stop by!
Can’t wait to see your new store/shop. Any chance of a shop tour if someone comes to visit?
Just found your channel and good and I love it. And Lewisville is right down the road from me so I can't wait!
I love it man. Great space. Im using you and odin leather as my inspiration for what i want my leather business to be one day.
congratulations, I am excited to drop by and see it!!
Congrats! I’m planning my trip to Lewisville already.
Dang, this looks like a really cool space! I just found your channel after hearing about your episode on Self Employed from my aunt and uncle. I recently within the last few months got interested in leather working. Haven't made anything yet, but working on something small like a couple keychains to start off. I can't wait to see the new store, I live in Denton so I'm not too far from you.
Congratulation! It's very inspiring, thank you! greetins from a fellow leatherworker in Canada.
Congrats! Definitely an inspiration. Can't wait to see the progress you have been making.
Awesome space!! We wish you continued success!!
Thanks so much!
Congratulations my man, hard work paying off. Inspired many and hope to be doing something like this one day. Consider me an apprentice of yours. Look forward to every video you produce.
Congrats on the new digs ;-) looking forward to seeing it all set up ! , Best Regards , Montreal Canada :-)
Thanks 👍
Congratulations, sounds and looks like it's going to be a great place. ✌
It is! I'm really pleased with how its working out so far.
Wow! I’m curious how much that amazing location costs.
I know for a fact how much better it is to work in a climate controlled shop compared to a shop without it. It’s definitely an improvement.
Congratulations on your new space!
Made the purse. It turned out great :)
Outstanding! Send a pic.
Wooooooow This amazing man
Congrats on your success!
