Love the sound when I hear it on videos. That thing RIPS! But I wonder if it’s so obnoxiously loud I’d think twice. I have run a bark box on an otherwise stock 500i and it was about as loud as I’d want a saw. Any idea how this compares to the barkbox for noise level and power increase? Thanks.

Did you add this after Ripsaw ported it? I’m in line to get my saw ported by Ripsaw too, so I’d like to send the saw to them with the exhaust it’s going to run. Happy new year btw!
How did you get the pipe? Does he make um for other saws or only the 500i.. I run Husky stuff and don’t own a stihl (tho shalt not stihl) but I want a pipe if he makes them for the public.

@@sizemoretreeworks dude it's basically edges everywhere. if it was nice metal works he would have made it like a dirtbike pipe without alot of edges that stops the good flow.

I don't like how the bark box blew wood shavings up at the operator on falling cuts, this pipe may be better at not doing that?
