Hey, Chase. It has taken me a while now to figure why I love your reactions so much. I was raised around music and musicians (the academic side, singers, pianists, conductors) and I played trumpet in high school and a bit in college, but I was always drawn to rock and metal. That energy. But your reactions (and others', like Tank and Julia and Elizabeth) have introduced me not only to new artists, but also to new genres that I never thought I would listen to. IIRC, I found your channel by listening to Band-Maid, but here I still am, and happily so. But that's not why I'm posting this after all this time. Your love of Dreamcatcher was, IIRC, my first introduction to K-pop, my first realization that not all pop is created equally, shall we say. The fact that K-pop is something very much "not US pop". Which is to say, more clearly: now, when I come back to your reactions (even if I may have watched them before), you always ALWAYS teach me something new that I didn't know, and I always appreciate whatever band you're reacting to more than I had before. Every time I come back to pre-seen, I feel like Ariel when she reacted to your first, wonderful, Icon for Hire reaction: "I'm hanging on to his next words." So, thank you :)
OK, Chase, I'm starting to really like Dreamcatcher, even though I'm a guitars and drums kind of guy. I suppose the visuals help some too, those girls are gorgeous to go along with their amazing voices. Thanks for this one.

@@alexsunners331 Not a Dreamcatcher fanboy yet, but they are a nice way to relax and unwind, as opposed to my favorites, BAND-MAID, who get my heart racing and my head banging. I swallowed the hook deep with Miku and the girls, and don't ever want to get loose. (fishing metaphor)
@@traxiii Don't worry. I discovered Band-Maid before Dreamcatcher and am still absolutely hooked on both! But yea I know what you mean. They each fit different moods although I would say they are both diverse enough to be able to fill a lot of moods XD January 2021 has been the best time to be fans of both with each of them putting out new releases
You said it's hard to imagine other groups sounding like them and you're right. Most concepts in k-pop tend to move with the trends, especially for girl groups, which obviously means you get many groups doing similar concepts. The music in itself isn't necessarily bad but there's constantly a new group debuting; not all of them are gonna catch your attention. Dami (DC's main rapper) mentioned in the news segment (where your Piri reaction was featured lol) that in the beginning of their career most people were confused by a girl group doing rock, however now, if another group uses rock elements in their songs people are like "oh that sounds like Dreamcatcher". So yeah, even though their recent comebacks may have been more "mainstream" leaning in regards to trends, it's safe to say that Leez & Ollounder still puts their own unique spin to it. DC has their own color and they do it EXTREMELY well, they totally enjoy and commit to it, and people are finally starting to notice. Thanks for yet another great and insightful reaction! Super stoked to see that you became an Insomnia so quickly. I'm looking forward to the next vid!
Dreamcatcher's music is very unusual for Kpop. The Kpop elements are not dominant, but coexist equally with everything LEEZ and Ollounder have taken in from Western music genres. That's their genius, melding all those different musical genres into a seamless whole. Dreamcatcher themselves always perform the music flawlessly. Lesser vocalists (most other Kpop groups) could not handle these songs plus the difficulty level of the choreo. On top of that they always sing live onstage which shows how physically strong they are.
Hey Chase, I've never commented in your videos before but I love your channel, your insight, and your pure joy for good music. I must give you a massive THANK YOU for all your fantastic work and for being my introduction to Dreamcatcher. I've been fascinated by them since I saw your PIRI reaction and can't express how happy I am that you decided to keep reacting to them.
Yes! more members for the -cult- fanclub! Chase reacting to PIRI is what made me comment for the first time after lurking around haha! glad to have more people onboard
the b-sides of dreamcatcher are also must-listen, as they tried so many different genres there! I became insomnia after listen to their title songs, and knowing there will be no why out after finishing b-sides!😄😄😄
Thanks to your Piri reaction, I've listened to little else besides these gals recently and I'm loving every second of it. Keep it up man, loving the content
Favorite korean girl group DREAMCATCHER, Favorite japanes girl group BAND MAID.. These girls will more than suprise in all aspects. Let the journey begin... Thanks for the Reaction.
Both my favourites too! Dreamcatcher and Band-Maid fans represent! Would be interesting if they did a collab since they're both under Pony Canyon in Japan and Dreamcatcher Company tends to get Japanese metal/rock musicians to contribute to their Japanese releases
@@ChaseCarneson Same. I think i heard scream first and a couple songs after and before i knew i purchased their album , Dystopia. think its been so long since i purchased an album with no bad songs. You'll see, oh yes you'll see.. keep up the great work.
Favourite part of this song is how Leez and Ollounder switched up the chord progression on the chugs the 3rd/outro hook. The chugs normally start on a low E. But here it's an octave above for a measure, drops down and rises chromatically back up to the high E. I don't think enough people appreciate how gratifying it is to listen to.
I think we still want a breakdown of Boca anyway. Idea: Deja Vu is a stand alone title track logical to react to before starting their long Nightmare series. Being purposefully vague so I don't spoil anything, I think you'll catch a production theme shared with Boca. You could do a Deja Vu/Boca double feature and (possibly) quickly reference a lot of the production principles you discovered in Deja Vu that also fit into Boca without having to explain everything from scratch; so the video won't have to be twice as long. Also, Deja Vu is at least half of Insomnia's favorite song so it would be nice to throw something special into the Deja Vu episode. (Boca is a close #2 favorite for me after Piri) Just explain, "Someone played Boca on discord so this isn't my first time hearing it, but let's take a look at it anyway after Deja Vu" and everybody is cool with it and excited.
Thank you for another superb reaction with insighful analysis. I don't know of a better music reactor and I have watched a ton of them. Congrats again on the Korean TV cameo! Hope you end up reacting to a lot of Dreamcatcher, especially now that they've seen your face!
As you mentioned in this video, there's absolutely nothing like seeing someone else experience something you love for the first time. Am absolutely convinced DC's the most unique kpop group around and I'm looking forward to more reactions! On an unrelated note, for some reason I absolutely loved how you mimicked Gahyeon's hand gestures at 9:10 hahaha, fills me with joy
My recommendation for BOCA is you can do a musical breakdown and make it more of an educational focused video rather than a pure reaction video. As for the rest of the songs, I highly recommend going from oldest to newest, this way you can get an idea of where they started and how their sound has changed and adapted over the years.
Ollounder and Leez have handled the production of most of their music. They’re extremely talented. Some fans like the call them the 8th and 9th members of Dreamcatcher hahah and the girls themselves seem to have a great relationship with them
Fun fact: the bird chirping sound is done by Dami, the main rapper (she goes second after the first chorus). Also, thrilled that you noticed the water drop effect in the bridge, since it plays a major role having Boca as a sequence ;) Speaking of which, as other comments mentioned, I'd like to see not so much a reaction, but an in-depth analysis of it, maybe even turn on the lyrics: their depth are also a trademark for DC, and not something super popular in Kpop. As always, love learning with you and finding new things to love in the girls' music~
Deramcatcher's song structure is one of the best! Their pre-choruses and breakdown are top tier! Anyway, waiting for your reaction of their Nightmare arc (my favourite era).
What I Ilove the most of your reactions is that you guide me through what I unconsciously hear and I feel like a wake my brain up and hear more. Thanks for that.
Yess!! For every complete song reaction, it would be nice to have an intro reaction as a bonus at the end of the video 😂😂,, I'm just excited for him to discover more of dreamcatcher
Love your reactions! Even though you've already heard Boca I'd still watch your reaction. Probably would be best to go back to the beginning with Chase Me and do the Nightmare arc since you already watch the well one of the endings to it with Piri. I hope you also check out their Japanese releases! Though we have a short version of their latest Japnese track since it's currently an anime intro the full release will be in March!
Your guess is spot on... no other KPop group sounds/sings/goes crazy like them. So if you're gonna try to delve into KPop, Dreamcatcher is not a good start but still a must.
Dude. I smile when I see you've uploaded a Dreamcatcher reaction and look forward to it till I can away from work. Thanks! I think you would really enjoy their evolution from 2014 cute/sexy group Minx to 2017 Dreamcatcher nightmare/horror to 2019 fantasy, and on into current social criticism of a dystopian present and future. Their music developed along with their story lines. They get more and more sophisticated but don't abandon the metal/hard rock and pop fusion they unleashed with their rebranding as Dreamcatcher. In their b sides, covers, and Japanese releases, they also keep alive the original straight up style. There are a dozens and dozens of tracks that are worth a listen. They range from pure rock, to pure EDM, to punk, R&B, Hip Hop, and every possible fusion of the whole mess. And it ought to sound like a mess, but Leez and Ollounder are brilliant and the girls are wonderful interpreters as well as performers. You're gonna love this.
While their earlier stuff is more jrock based and less experimental, you might also like Goodnight and Chase Me. They've grown a lot but all of their stuff is fire!
This is my first comment on one of your videos. I really enjoy the depth of knowledge and joy you have. This is also my first time hearing Dreamcatcher. Very cool. If you want to hear some 'old' K-pop, a group that heavily influenced today's groups, check out 'Naega Jeil Jal Naga' by 2NE1. Really good stuff.
Now that you've covered pretty much the Dystopia title tracks. I'll recommend Dystopia b-sides before you go into the Nightmare Arc (that is a lengthy 6 title tracks). I recommend Black or White, Sahara, Break The Wall, Wind Blows and New Days. Also, you might be interested in their Instrumental tracks. You'll get more layering detail from those non-vocalized tracks.
Great reaction as usual! Wish I was able to stay up for the premiere this time as Scream is my favourite of theirs but it was 2am and I had work that day 😫 Definitely keen for you to do a Boca (2nd) reaction video as I am a bit of a completionist haha Also noticed your answer in the live chat to someone asking who your bias was. "ALL OF THEM!!" is indeed the correct answer (but "have a Dami good Day" was gold! 🤣)

Another nice and informative reaction. Thnk u for continuing reacting to our 7 precious talented girls Dreamcatcher. Leez and Ollounder touches is always a masterpieces. They're awesome composer and producer.
They are really unique within kpop, especially girl groups. They’ve done a whole bunch of amazing covers as well that I’d highly recommend checking out. My personal favorites are Lucky Strike and Bang Bang Bang. I’m sure someone’s brought it up but before Dreamcatcher started in 2017, 5 of the members were in a group called Minx. It’d be super fun to compare how different the sound is
You look so excited during this, and it’s really cute! I’m glad you liked it! Really appreciated your musical insight as well. Gave me a deep appreciation of this awesome song 😁
It's so obvious that you REALLY love music and it's nice to watch you get excited from it. Remember, if you ever do whole album reactions for this group, don't skip the intro! All of them are EPs except for one, so they're not all that long. Take your time! Now that you've watched all three parts of the Dystopian trilogy, I wonder if you've realised that the title tracks progress in time. None of it is confirmed because they never do that, but imo Scream (hear no evil) is the medieval time with the witch hunt motif, Boca (speak no evil) is the present time with social media hate, and Odd Eye (see no evil) is the future time with more of that dystopian cyberpunk theme.
He'd have to do that personally without a reaction or in the 3,2,1,go play along reaction style where we don't get the audio. Anyone that does Japanese reactions get a copyright strike fairly quickly. So just be aware when asking for reactions to japanese releases, they first and foremost have to protect their channel.
@@LastKnight0727 that is true for most japanese bands/groups but does not apply to dreamcatcher(I won't speak for other kpop groups). dreamcatcher owns the rights to their music and they use a japanese distributor. the only dreamcatcher material reactors need to avoid are clips from broadcast companies(kbs, mbc, sbs, mnet) since those companies own the rights to the live performances on their channels. no reactor has gotten a strike or even had a video blocked for a video from any of dreamcatcher's affiliated channels(happyface/dreamcatcher for korean and ponycanyon for their japanese releases). that said, some japanese labels have relaxed their policy in recent years. people use to get automatic strikes for babymetal a few years ago but now I see a lot of channels reacting to them without apparent problems. but yeah it's still risky to react to videos owned by japanese labels. last year a channel I subscribed to was taken down overnight for reactions to maximum the hormone.
Thanks for the Dreamcatcher reaction. Though you have heard Boca, I guess you can't do a true reaction. But I wouldn't mind a review to the song. Totally up to you, but thanks again for more Dreamcatcher.
I hope you get to read this comment. I love how and when you pause during the reaction (you nailed the timing imo). And then the way you describe things, you try to simplify it in a way that people like me would understand especially when you repeat that specific part you were talking about then I was like (Oh wait he's right I can definitely hear that!). And lastly, just the fact that I can feel from my seat how passionate you are with music and take the time and effort to understand the musicality and the exquisite-ness of a song. Especially of Dreamcatchers! ^_^ LOVE IT, well done and keep it up mate!
and another thing... your reactions are not just your typical dose of a reaction out there. There are some reactors that just go (wow, woah, dont like, love it) kind of vibe and you know it just gets repetitive after reacting to the same artist/group after some time. Love the way you analyze each song and comment on it. (the way you base your reaction around the current song and compare how it's constructed to previous ones, instead of just saying how good the group is and that without really commenting on the structure of the song and how unique or different it is like other reactors)
This is the song that introduced me to the crazy world of Dreamcatcher. It's probably my favourite one too, although it changes depending on my mood. I guess that's why they (dreamcatcher) are so versatile, they have a song for everyone....... All people need to do is listen!
You could continue the trend and react to 'Boca' next, or do something a little different from them and react to 'Goodnight' and 'Chase Me'. Wherever DreamCatcher take you next i guarantee it'll be worth it!
@@ChaseCarneson +1 for Dan Maid's suggestion for 'Boca' next before going back to the beginning with 'Chase Me'. I also strongly recommend 'Deja Vu' (and all the rest of course) @Dan Maid, 'Scream' is also the song that woke me up to Dreamcatcher! I had actually heard about them before through a few other reaction channels but never checked them out until after 'Boca' released last year and boy did I regret sleeping on them for so long!
@JascoDude, I consider Dreamcatcher my first real kpop stan, sure I'd heard of BlackPink (Like everyone by now) but I really only like a few songs. Dream Catcher however, I like practically everything, they manage to mix up genres i wouldn't usually like (pop, rap, hip-hop) and make it work. I don't consider to be a kpop fan in general as I find it all to be a bit 'cute' and 'poppy' but it's all a matter of time before things get discovered....... It's always been there, you just have to look!
@@danmaid2043 Same here regarding Dreamcatcher. They're the only k-pop group I am a stan of right now as I love their music style the most and I enjoy seeing how genuine and chaotic each of the members are around each other. Funnily enough, I flew to Sydney in 2019 to see a Blackpink concert even though I didnt really know much at all about k-pop. I had a few friends there who were more into K-pop than I was so it was a good excuse to visit them on vacation. Plus I thought it would be interesting to see what the fuss was all about as I had never been to a K-pop concert before. I tried listening to BP's songs beforehand and liked quite a few of the ones available at the time. Overall, I enjoyed the concert but I never ended up becoming a full fan of BP (especially since they didn't release any new music for a long time and when they finally released "The Album" I found I only liked a couple tracks). Fastforward to September 2020 when I first listened to 'Scream' and fell in love with Dreamcatcher. It was only then that I truly understood what it meant to be a k-pop stan. However, imagine my dismay when I learned that DC had actually held a concert in Sydney back in 2019 only a couple of months after I had been there for BP... If only I had known about them sooner!!
5 months late but please PLEASE for the love of god react to this whole album. From a production stand point it’s simply incredible. The amount of genres on the album that are executed so well is even more incredible when you find out they were all done by the same duo. They know their music and thank god they combined forces with the talent in dreamcatcher
Hey bro. Subscriber since you started reacting to Nightwish. Absolutely love them, along with Bandmaid. Recently started listening to K-pop and find myself fascinated by it. Certainly not all what I expected. It's been a blast so far, with Dreamcatcher definitely being one of my favourite groups from this genre. I love the way you break down tracks, it's always good to learn things about the songs that, as non musicians, others, such as myself, might not be pick up on. I would be indeed appreciate it, if you did analyse Boca as well, even though you've heard it, simply for your thoughts on it from a musicians perspective. Cheers!!!
Hi! My top two favorite groups ever are Pendulum and Dreamcatcher, and as you mentioned watching you is kind of an opportunity to relive my experience discovering them for the first time (which in Pendulum's case was about 8 years ago!). If you're looking for a song to react to next, my favorite Dreamcatcher songs are Chase Me and In The Frozen. The first of those was their first track ever so it's a good opportunity to start going chronologically, and I have to fight myself not to spoil anything but I have a feeling you'll really like In The Frozen. And while you seem to be diving into Dreamcatcher first, when you do decide to react to another Pendulum song I highly recommend Crush. Anyway, I'm loving your reactions and opinions so far, keep up the good work and have a damn good day!
Regarding Boca/other reactions: Finally, a reaction RUclipsr who's honest about it! I'm of two minds. On one hand, I like watching reactions when they really are reactions. It's like what you said, it's the experience. On the other hand, I would love to see you watch Boca because A) I love Dreamcatcher. And B) the reason I ended up subscribing to your channel is that I really appreciate the nuanced way that you discuss/describe/whatever the music. At one point in this video you said "not to get too technical" but I was like, "By all means!" I may not be able to fully grasp the technical aspects, but I'm fascinated by them.
I'd like to see you do a review of Boca even though you've heard it already, however I wouldn't want you to do it in replacement of a new song. I'd prefer to see a first time reaction over a re-listen every time. If you can fit Boca in as an addition video or something, awesome! If its either Boca or a new reaction though, I say skip Boca and go for the fresh song. Really like your channel btw, it def provides a different perspective than most other reaction channels.
I’d love to see/hear your review and analysis of BOCA. I really appreciate how deeply you delve into the production aspect of the songs. We learn a lot from your keen insight and experience.
Dreamcatcher is the super unique and amazing K-pop group. 😍 To know the true dreamcatcher, you have to listen to or react to all their B Side Tracks. I'm sure you'll feel a lot of shock and emotion. And also, you must check their comeback showcase ! It is the amazing and crazy live performance. 😍 Thanks. From N.Y.
Dreamcatcher are so different from others group. They've their own way/genre and I love it...... If you don't mind, there is a song named "I hate" by infinite. They share same producer . Please look at it. Thank you.
Ooooh enjoy and Scream instantly made me a fan. I love them for their unique rock influenced music. If you are a metal head, be sure to check out their Japanese music because is heavier but they do have a few Korean songs are heavier on the rock side. I think these are closest to being rock and but there’s more ..can’t think anymore off my head Korean Break The Wall Sahara Full Moon The Curse of the Spider You and I Mayday Scar Chase Me Good Night Flu High Japanese Endless Night NO MORE
their title tracks are all hard hitting either more rock or more edm,.. or a mix... their bsides are diversity in its purest form.. so many different genres.... id recommend and there was no one left, Jazz bar and my personal favorite Red Sun....
After this one (or Boca, if you decide to do that one too), you definitely need to start from the very first one, Chase Me. I think oldest songs are more valuable musically speaking. Don't get me wrong I love almost all of their discography lol but there's something beautiful with the first ones, I think the rock/ metal vibes were more prominent there and definitely needs some great analysis. Keep it up man!
I actually quite like when you get more technical, it's nice to get that perspective! (but ofc I get that it's hard to explain to us who are not musically trained haha)
Glad you liked their other song Boca. The main producers for the discography and Leez and Ollounder. They do the song writing and composing. The members also chip in some of the songs too in song writing and composing.
Thanks for the video! And Yes! If you do Boca, I would definitely watch. One thing I appreciate in reactions is not only the reaction itself, but a good discussion on the song - and sometimes good discussion comes after more than just one listen :)

They each fit different moods although I would say they are both diverse enough to be able to fill a lot of moods XD
January 2021 has been the best time to be fans of both with each of them putting out new releases
Welcome to our inSomnia family 😊
Yes! more members for the -cult- fanclub!
There really is no way out. Dreamcatcher can't make bad music
Thanks to your Piri reaction, I've listened to little else besides these gals recently and I'm loving every second of it. Keep it up man, loving the content
They're amazing!!!
Welcome to the dreamworld and I hope you you dig deeper in to them like learning their names and stanning them 👀 😁
thanks - dreamcatcher is awesome - one of the better, innovative groups - their style has changed kpop
They're amazing
Hope that you also react to the whole album dystopia : tree of language
Yes! The best album of 2020.
Yees!
Every song is a banger
OMG.. yesss
Every song is so different. One of my favorite albums, and I rarely ever enjoy entire kpop albums.
Favorite korean girl group DREAMCATCHER, Favorite japanes girl group BAND MAID.. These girls will more than suprise in all aspects. Let the journey begin... Thanks for the Reaction.
I'm obsessed with this group
Both my favourites too! Dreamcatcher and Band-Maid fans represent!
Would be interesting if they did a collab since they're both under Pony Canyon in Japan and Dreamcatcher Company tends to get Japanese metal/rock musicians to contribute to their Japanese releases
@@ChaseCarneson Same. I think i heard scream first and a couple songs after and before i knew i purchased their album , Dystopia. think its been so long since i purchased an album with no bad songs. You'll see, oh yes you'll see.. keep up the great work.
@@JascoDude Could you Imagine.... I would implode, explode and then reload... lol
If you love these youre gonna love love love their first stuff, Chase me, Good Night, You and I and specially What that is almost full on rock.
Can't wait for more of these.
Great reaction as always !!!
From InSomnia in Korea
Hey there!!!! Thank you for the support!!!
(Boca is a close #2 favorite for me after Piri)
Just explain, "Someone played Boca on discord so this isn't my first time hearing it, but let's take a look at it anyway after Deja Vu" and everybody is cool with it and excited.
Oh yeah, there is no other girl group like Dreamcatcher!
When you already heard Boca I would recommend the japanese releases "Endless Night" or "No more" aka Metal Dreamcatcher :)
Thank you for another superb reaction with insighful analysis. I don't know of a better music reactor and I have watched a ton of them. Congrats again on the Korean TV cameo! Hope you end up reacting to a lot of Dreamcatcher, especially now that they've seen your face!
Thank you for the support.
Oh yesss, keep these coming 🔥🔥🔥
The whole album of this music is fire, not a single bad song
You're right about the sound being unique.
There truly is no group in Kpop quite like DC
Welp. That sounded real nice. Thank you for the discovery.
The pre-chorus in this song in extremely powerful. I dont know how to accurately describe it but it kinde makes one long for the chorus
I absolutely love the look of surprise you get everyone you listen to them!
Can't help it. They're amazing haha
You need to go through every Dreamcatcher Intro😂 for real. The intros are amazing
Yess!! For every complete song reaction, it would be nice to have an intro reaction as a bonus at the end of the video 😂😂,, I'm just excited for him to discover more of dreamcatcher
loved your reaction! Check out Deja Vu im not gonna spoil it for you but i think you will really like it, its one of my favorites!!
Okay awesome. I want to work through all their stuff
"I just wanna make you scream"...
Chase will scream after hearing this song...
God I love Scream. Man, they haven't topped it as a title track for me since it hit.
Finally a video with birds sounds again, I've been waiting since the park!
😂😂😂
While their earlier stuff is more jrock based and less experimental, you might also like Goodnight and Chase Me. They've grown a lot but all of their stuff is fire!
This is my first comment on one of your videos. I really enjoy the depth of knowledge and joy you have. This is also my first time hearing Dreamcatcher. Very cool.
If you want to hear some 'old' K-pop, a group that heavily influenced today's groups, check out 'Naega Jeil Jal Naga' by 2NE1. Really good stuff.
Thank you for the kind words.
Sounds good. I'll definitely get around to them
Great reaction as usual! Wish I was able to stay up for the premiere this time as Scream is my favourite of theirs but it was 2am and I had work that day 😫
Definitely keen for you to do a Boca (2nd) reaction video as I am a bit of a completionist haha
Also noticed your answer in the live chat to someone asking who your bias was. "ALL OF THEM!!" is indeed the correct answer (but "have a Dami good Day" was gold! 🤣)
Did you see that a korean news program made a note on Dreamcatcher and they used a few seconds of your Piri reaction? haha
which part that im missing ?
Someone at twitter had mention ,tag him already..
You're like I'm geeking out to this, I'm like I'm geeking out to your reaction! 😊
Just a few recommendations.

Some other dreamcatcher must listens are You and I, Chase me, and Goodnight. Theyre so good!!
"It's hardly to imagine other groups doing it"
Yes dreamcatcher has their own genre hahaha
Once more, I really enjoyed your reaction and comments! Thx for checking out some more Dreamcatcher
Check out what they released in Japan if you haven't. Most recent is No More.
@@LastKnight0727 exactly why I said check out and not do a reaction.
Totally up to you, but thanks again for more Dreamcatcher.
i love your videos about dreamcatcher! the insight into the production is so interesting!
I know I'm late but I just found you and... I WOULD HAVE LOVED A REACTION TO BOCA 🥲
I appreciate you and of course I read this 😉
You should definately do Boca as well. Do not care if you heard it before.
Fantastic reaction. I think you’d enjoy Break the Wall. It’s one of their b-sides from Dystopia: Lose Myself 😊
i wonder what's your favorite song in the dystopia trilogy mine will forever be scream
🤔🤔🤔 so hard to choose.
This is the song that introduced me to the crazy world of Dreamcatcher. It's probably my favourite one too, although it changes depending on my mood. I guess that's why they (dreamcatcher) are so versatile, they have a song for everyone....... All people need to do is listen!
Can't wait to share this one with you.
I also strongly recommend 'Deja Vu' (and all the rest of course)
@Dan Maid, 'Scream' is also the song that woke me up to Dreamcatcher!
Dreancatcger doing Dreancatcger things. Thanks fot the reactions.
Please next react to Dreamcatcher's "Deja vu", thanks
I wouldn't mind a rewatch BOCA video at all. Looking forward for your next Dreamcatcher video 🤘
5 months late but please PLEASE for the love of god react to this whole album. From a production stand point it’s simply incredible. The amount of genres on the album that are executed so well is even more incredible when you find out they were all done by the same duo. They know their music and thank god they combined forces with the talent in dreamcatcher
Red Sun is a banger by them!!! Also check out Jazz Bar, totally different of them but I know you'd like it
20 seconds song, 1 minute ⏸ (with reaction) and we love it.🥰
Yes, so happy you're reacting to Scream! I was hoping you would.
i'd love to see you reacting to "chase me" (their debut song) and "good night" the songs and music videos are build on each other
I don't know why, but, as an InSomnia seeing you smiling and enjoying Dreamcatcher's songs puts a smile on my face :)
Glad you enjoyed it. I absolutely love this group
At one point in this video you said "not to get too technical" but I was like, "By all means!"
I may not be able to fully grasp the technical aspects, but I'm fascinated by them.
I love how happy dreamcatcher makes u. I also feel like dami is ur bias since u always get a lil more excited when she raps. 😋
You should really listen to Deja Vu, it's VERY epic fantasy vibes and also so beautiful
Thumbs up for Palm Mute GANG! Thumbs up for Chase!
😍 Thanks. From N.Y.
Amazing reactions about DC!!
Dreamcatcher are so different from others group. They've their own way/genre and I love it...... If you don't mind, there is a song named "I hate" by infinite. They share same producer . Please look at it. Thank you.
You can react to their mv's over and over again. I'll watch.
you should react next to deja vu! it's definitely one of my faves from them!!
Ooooh enjoy and Scream instantly made me a fan. I love them for their unique rock influenced music.
If you are a metal head, be sure to check out their Japanese music because is heavier but they do have a few Korean songs are heavier on the rock side.
I think these are closest to being rock and but there’s more ..can’t think anymore off my head
Korean
Break The Wall
Sahara
Full Moon
The Curse of the Spider
You and I
Mayday
Scar
Chase Me
Good Night
Flu High
Japanese
Endless Night
NO MORE
their title tracks are all hard hitting either more rock or more edm,.. or a mix... their bsides are diversity in its purest form.. so many different genres.... id recommend and there was no one left, Jazz bar and my personal favorite Red Sun....
I'd love to see you react to Boca, if only because the video itself is phenomenal.
Gotta do chase me. How can I not?
@@ChaseCarneson Gotta catch Chase doing Chase Me soon then 😅
I actually quite like when you get more technical, it's nice to get that perspective! (but ofc I get that it's hard to explain to us who are not musically trained haha)
Fav song of them so far.chirus just perfect anime fighting scene sound
Would love to see your reaction to Endless night! it's their most hard core song. :)
No More even heavier :)
You should check out “WHAT”, “DEJA VU” and “YOU AND I”, I’m sure you”ll love them
I'm gonna get to them all..promise 😉
Dreamcatcher - Deja vu, Chase me, Good Night, reaction please
Glad you liked their other song Boca.
The main producers for the discography and Leez and Ollounder. They do the song writing and composing. The members also chip in some of the songs too in song writing and composing.
Thanks for the video! And Yes! If you do Boca, I would definitely watch. One thing I appreciate in reactions is not only the reaction itself, but a good discussion on the song - and sometimes good discussion comes after more than just one listen :)
I would really love hearing you breaking down *Deja Vu* from them 😁👌
Check out their nightmare storyline for their early music in order ! Here's the order
- Chase Me (debut)
- Goodnight
- Flyhigh (prequel)
- You and I
- What
- Piri
Since you already reacted to Piri (last part of the story I suggest start from the top)
The water drop environmental sound at 9:25 in your video, is the same as the beginning of Odd Eye. Not sure if it is in BOCA.
