I had a freind who was a farmer. about 5'8" and 165 .From behind she looked like a pro bodybuilder- her back was broad and massive, all knotted muscle. Her arms were about 16". Her legs were slim but probably strong. She had good genes for muscles but still - Holy Shit she looked like she was on steroids. Once in a while I got stuck loading or unloading a wagon load of 100# hay bales for her. Didnt do that often but if you did, you'd look like a power lifter.
