Ingredients
-6 Large Potatoes
-3 Tbsp cooking oil
-1 Tspn Salt
-1 Tspn Turmeric
-1½ Tspn Paprika
Bake @ 180 degrees covered with foil for 10-15 mins
Uncover and back to the oven for 25-30 Mins or until golden brown/Crispy
