How to Make Golden Milk Recipe/Anti-inflammatory Drink/ Home Remedy for Muscle and Bone Pains/Arthritis Pain Remedy

Ingredients
-½ Litre/2 cups Milk
-1Tspn Turmeric powder
-1 Tspn Cinnamon powder
-½ Tspn Ginger powder
-A pinch of black pepper (Activates /increases Anti-inflammatory power of the Turmeric by 20 times)
NB: Best taken daily at night before bedtime
Procedure
-In a bowl, mix all the spices
-In a pan bring the milk to a boil under medium-low heat
-Add the mixed spices and stir let cook for 5 minutes
-Put in a glass and add honey or take it as is
