probably my favourite ending for a sitcom ever. the fact that it was rushed is a testament to the writers, having to change everything cuz of corona. damn near bawled my eyes out
Tbh with how season 6 was pretty bad (in my opinion but also it is worse than the others for sure) I’m surprised they were able to pull off an incredible finale. Its way better than other popular sitcoms finales like Modern Family, Parks and Rec, and Big Bang Theory which are 2 of the most popular for sure. It’s honestly up there with the Officer finale
Omg! I didn't know they rushed it! I thought they chose to end it when they did. The ending was the best ending I've ever seen any tv series. Seriously, the ending was so good. You're right that is a testament. The writers did so well 🥲
i love the scene at 9:30 with amy and jonah. in the first season, amy was teaching jonah how to use the scanner, but now jonah is teaching amy how to use it. it all comes full circle
Sucks they cut out some of these scenes. I was confused in the beginning because there was no flashback sequence. I hope we get some form of Cloud 9 elsewhere. AND KEEP THIS CONTENT COMING, I know ya'll have SIX SEASONS' worth. Bloopers, deleted scenes, interviews with the secondary cast, talks with the directors and writing team. Release it ALL.
It's so sad to see everyone at the end crying, but you know how attached people have gotten to each other, the friendships made, it's insane how it's gone on for 6 seasons and I still am obsessed with it. If I watched this 30 more times I still wouldn't get tired of it
You can tell they feel the same way about the show as a lot of the fans do. A true shame it ended so soon but also a miracle that they made the perfect finale under the circumstances.
@@ToriTrevino I literally sobbed so hard when I finished the whole show a couple days ago… and yk, We all watch videos about the shows we finish, and when I saw this, I had to bash my head in my pillow because I was uncontrollably crying, because you worded it so well, anyways you made me want binge watch it all again, thanks bestie ❤️
MyGOD Ben and America's chemistry is through the roof even on zoom! SIMMOSA really is one of the best tv couple E-VER. They are both great actors and needs to be recognized more.
I honestly did not think that a TV programme could make such an impact on my life. I know it may sound silly but I'm 46 and I'm not ashamed to say that I cried at ending. I know it's only a programme but these kind of experiences only happy now and again. I'm going to miss everyone at Cloud 9 so much. Thank you to everyone for such a beautiful and funny programme. 💜
As a manager of a department store I have to say this show was so accurate on so many things! The “Super Hot Store” episode is one example that sticks out, I have been on the phone with corporate just like Glenn was saying it’s burning up in here and they are telling me it’s 68 degrees according to the computer they’re looking at. Even Jonah’s news interview in “Perfect Store” where he says “when there’s a plague and you are safe at home except when you come here to cough” I laughed so hard at that because it is spot on real life retail. This show was amazing! Thank you!
I don’t think I’ve seen a finale capture and round off a whole series so well. I’ve been doing a rewatch since (because grief hey) and I’m just so surprised how many little references of the series was included in this final episode! Perfect writing! 👏🏽
I love this show because it came on during a low time in my life and kept me company then, and even now with my addiction struggles, I'm still here and here's the show, still, keeping me distracted from the harsh reality. Keeping me company, like a warm hug from a virtual friend. It saddens me that it's ending. Oh God, I cried!
my wife and I just finished the whole 6 seasons and I have to say the last episode has to be the most well put together ending I have ever in a show! It's like everyone gets what they wanted out of everyone in the show. It was like Christmas all over again. Superstore is in the top three shows in my book.
If you’ve ever worked a retail job and either the store closed or you had left on your own, it’s amazing how much one day you can hate your life and the job and the next day be so thankful for the co worker/co workers you have.
I came to post this. I spent 5 years at Walmart. I was beyond thankful for those I worked with because it felt like we were all in the struggle together. It made work a little easier
This show has a special place in my heart. Just before covid. Was on holiday and I Proposed to my fiancée. The next morning we woke up, I made breakfast and this was just on tv. And we sat and watched and laughed and we loved it. Got home binged it during lockdown. Gonna Miss this show. First thing we watched as a newly engaged couple and it means a lot to me. The characters in this. You just fall in love with.
This was a show that I overlooked when it was running but binged when it had finished. The finale is one of the best in sitcom history. It's simple, eloquent, unassuming and every single character gets something from it. It is the perfect send off to them all. It's a shame it had to end but at the same time, there's only so much you can do with a store based sitcom before it gets stale. This bowed out at the exact right time in the most perfect way possible. The throwbacks to key moments in the series are so well placed. I love it, every minute of it.
This show was the best representation of real people, life, issues addressed in a comedic manner but with the point getting across..my family loves loves this show, the comedy just amazing-
It’s so interesting how tables reads are done so easily via video chat, and several shows have posted one online, these guys posting the full final one! Pretty cool stuff COVID sent the industry into shambles but it grappled and recovered stronger
what an incredible, hilarious, moving and righteous show to fill up some of these incredibly dark times. this show was a real gem and I'm sad to see it go but am at least glad they were able to go out like this. thank you
Would’ve loved to see them reading the entire scenes to see their reactions to reading it for the first time instead of cutting back to what we saw when the show aired. Still loved getting to see these bts moments.💕
so many details of this were amazing. The cut scenes reminiscent of the pilot, dina and garret together, mateo married, amy and jonah having a kid together and putting stars on the ceiling, the hardware store. One of the few finales that actually listened to their audience. Started watching this show when it first came out. Sad that’s it’s over but what an incredible ending 💗
It’s a full circle. After the finale, I rewatched the first episode, it really brought me to tears. The ending is really the best off all the series I’ve watched. The writers made a wonderful job, and the cast delivered it.❤❤❤
Having to see this show come to an end was tough... I can honestly say this is the best cast of characters and even when most shows hit a lull, this one NEVER did. I will miss you all very much, and thanks for making me smile even when the world had me down.
Wow! Lots of deleted and alternate version of current scenes. I hope they get released. I wish they had shown the table read of the Amy and Jonah reunion. I love the current version in the episode but I would have loved the version they were going to do initially as well with Amy running around looking for Jonah. One more thing I noticed was the music choice in those ending scenes was changed, and definitely for the better. I loved the instrumental music used to end the episode throughout the montage. This was a great cast and group of characters. My one nitpick of the finale was that I wish they had unmasked in some of the scenes where it was just the cast. I know its realistic to have the masks on, but given the store wasn't exactly busy, I feel they could have rolled the dice and just have the masks pulled down so we could see the actors express their emotions in all the scenes. I do love that they managed to include all the supporting cast as well in the episode and they were all there in the yard at the closing montage.
I’m am streaming with tears sad and happy🤧🤧❤️ I loved this show so much and I am beyond grateful for all the episodes and for all the producers and actors who put this all together. I also want to say that I love how when Glenn becomes manager he wears the exact same shirt he literally always wears when he is manager like even in season 4 when he’s filling in for Amy and stuff he still wears that same light blue shirt 🥺🤧
My favorite show has come to an end. Thank you, everyone, at cloud 9 for every memory. This was the show I turned to when I was having a bad day. This was the show I showed all my friends and they all fell in love with it too. Thank you for the laughs. You will be missed.
