Benfleet Railway Station - Rail over road bridge replacement

During Christmas 2012, Upper Cut Productions was commissioned by BAM Nuttall and Network Rail to film the replacement of a 3 span rail bridge at Benfleet railway station. This video features mostly time lapse footage from 3 fixed position cameras, but the opening shot was done with the HeliCam drone.

you would of thought they would of taken the old platforms down and built brand new ones to go with the new bridge

Misnamed video should have been called Span Replacement not bridge replacement. I thought they was taking the whole bridge down and starting over.
