Of all the time-lapse project videos I've seen, this one rises head and shoulders above them all. Well done to the team who gathered interviews/introductions, positioned cameras, assembled footage, and generally thought this video project out. From the bottom to the top of the team, your name (Upper Cut Productions) seems to be most appropriate. If I were the hander-out-of-awards, I'm sure I'd be handing them all to you guys. I really liked the added details in this video, additional shots like night footage of city lights, stars, airplane contrails and other visual objects that were captured in conjunction with covering the main subject. The human interaction with some of the shots added quite a lot as well. I think you were fortunate to have had a great project, a great "cast of characters" who were working on the project, and you are obviously blessed with a very talented crew and production staff. Hats off to you guys for this fine work!
Can I ask why the old track including wooden sleepers were replaced, under the new viaduct? I thought that the opportunity for using new track with concrete sleepers might have been the route to go ?
Good to know that somewhere people are investing in infrastructure. Here in the good old US of A we give our money away to millionaires, billionaires, and corporations, who already have more cash than they know what to do with, and hope for the best.
Thank you Battersea Power Station. If things had started all those years ago, Then thing project would have taken twice As long. If the southern area was now done. Delays oneway, help in others.
Fantastic project ! Well coordinated and a a nicely finished end product . Thanks for posting.
So satisfying to see this build. It's now been a handful of random Network Rail video's. Need. To. Stop.

Amazing video!! Plant supplied by P.Flannery Plant Hire (Oval) Ltd for the removal of the old bridge...
At 5:09 and 6:03 the rail ties look rotten. How about replacing them with concrete ones instead!
good filming
They forgot to add character to the cement mixer !
12:15
perfect for graffitti dikeds.
New bridge looks ugly
Not as ugly as Battersea Power Station!
so I wonder who would pay the extra to have a more aesthetically pleasing bridge?
Nobody cares about how it looks, it's functional, that's all that matters.
The old bridge looks much much more better! Much better that this ugly concrete... Shame on you!
