Same thing happen to my 08'charger , original battery did last 10 years to 2018 ! My second battery still goin strong . 🤞 Also I had no idea holding those buttons pulled up that menu. Good to know👍
Best thing to do is to disconnect the battery if you’re parking the car for a few days. I do it in mine for winter storage and start the car at least once a month. I find that the battery maintainers don’t work since it has such a big battery.
Bro you have to jump it from the rear the front won’t give it enough juice to reach that far to the battery to charge it good unless you let it run for a hour
Do yourself a favor and pick up a NOCO GENIUS2 smart battery charger, maintainer and desulfator 2-Amp. Charges battery as low as 1volt. They're like $82.00 here in Canada.
🤦🏿♂️ dude when I tell you they are infamous for draining batteries….done been through like 6 batteries in 3 years, parasitic drain or draw. I ended up installing a remote battery disconnect….also when the weather temp drops below 50 degrees it drains faster. Good luck on finding the root cause.
If the lights and stuff come on it’s not the battery or alternator it’s the start just changed mine a month ago same thing happened to me jumped it wouldn’t start bought a new battery wouldn’t start changed the starter started right up
Mine did the same thing. There is a connection on the passenger side of the trans. It's common for the o-rings to leak fluid into the plug. Get a electronics cleaner spray to dry it out.

Definitely the battery. Had the same issue after leaving mine in a storage unit for 3 weeks. I had to replace mine because jump starting didn’t work.

That’s a great idea because the battery is still in use even when the car isn’t running. If you unplug it it won’t drain 💡

Orally battery , Starter and alternator they suck. I replay the o rally starter twice and battery only last me only a year.
It is best to buy an 80 amp AC Delco battery, it will last for 3 years
