    The talisman offers about 5.6% increase in damage. I’d argue If it is even useful..
    only way I see it work is by using Stormcaller with shard of Alexander, and a scorpion charm of choice making sure to be close enough to the opponent for the blade to hit.
    Now I must go try it…

    A 10% increase? Not bad, can be good on more damaging storm ashes, like storm assault.
    Could use storm blade on a quality weapon with this talisman, alexanders shard and the divine beast helmet (its supposed to buff storms too) and you get yourself a good damaging ranged attack

    I thought it meant it enhances ice storm spell or anything like that. Not storm exclusively to wind storm attacks

      D'oh! Thanks for letting me know. Corrected. I've always struggled with spelling divine. Dunno why!
