What would you suggest for a vertical scratch on a black car door? My mailbox fell open with my car near it and made a scratch which I think is only in the clearcoat. They used to make a wax for black paint to help fill in.

I am in UK and it such a treasure trove of top information from Pan and dare I say extra detail. Cheered myself up today after death of HM the Queen with a full wash , decontamination, residue remover and polish and Turtlewax Graphene Wax spray on my BMW convertible .. and took off some old stickers with some glue remover and added a silhouette of HM the Queen on the back window 1926-2022. I feel better. And saw Pan's new garage ... How cool is that..... Today is a special day as I have every product for a full ceramic and full clean and prep and even Rags to Richs microfibre cloth........ I am eyeing up a huge plish Rag company drying cloth when used up my present ones......
Such a positive channel and so much information ...... Pan has kickstarted an entirely new hobby and form of life for me as he has answered every question .. I am excited about Gyeon Ceramic Detailer .. is my next big product try ........... Definitely finding car detailing therapeutic! Even from my favourite armchair!

Your collaboration a couple years back with Pan allowed me to try out the graphene coating and man was it amazing! It’s quite possibly the most durable coating out there for normal consumers. I coated a friends car and we didn’t wash or maintain the car for 16 months. After a thorough wash and decon, it was pretty much back to new! I was truly impressed :)

Pan, thanks for putting this video together. Must have taken a lot of time & effort. I am happy to see that I am using many of the #1 & 2 products. My 3 products you asked for are: 1) C4 trim restorer from Gtechniq, used it a bunch of times now and love it. 2) W8 Bug remover from Gtechniq, that stuff is amazing. 3) A product not mentioned in your video Griots Garage Ceramic All in One Wax. Have used it now on 4 different vehicles and really like the results.

I have and tried many of these on this video and my best ceramic coating spray is called TEC 582. It is by far the easiest and the best cost effective solution for ceramic coating that lasts 3-4 months. It performs better than Beadmaker with less dust attraction, and better longevity. Can be used as a drying aid or stand alone. I prefer it to so many other ceramic coating sprays. The tec 582 replaced my favorite Beadmaker that I used for so many years.
Pan due to your excellent past video's I have 50% of the number one choices you have made for 2022. I just finished a complete detail and paint correction on my brothers 2012 black MKZ and it came out stunning, he was blown away. I used the Gyeon leather cleaner (Strong) for good reasons and it worked great. Thanks again for being a trustworthy opinion of good products both from a user's perspective and a consumer.

My top 3 and this was a hard one would be Carpro Reset, Turtle Wax Hyperfoam and Gyeon Wetcoat. Others to mention is Adams Graphene Tire Dressing and i do not see many use it but Auto fanatics 007 Gloss Enhancer, (Car Pro Elixir as well)

I can't believe it's already that time of year! My top three products this year are Aero Cosmetics Rubber Care for tire dressing, way ahead of anything else I've used for appearance and longevity. Soft99 Glaco Ultra for a glass coating. Applied this stuff about a month ago. Got caught in the heaviest of Florida downpours last week, water up to my axles, but almost perfect vision through my windscreen, I was very impressed. And P&S Dream Maker, I could not believe the gloss it put on a white car. Like all their products super easy to apply, and the perfect product to finish your detail. Great video as always Pan!

Hi Pan, thanks again for this yearly detailing Oscars :) I am always watching to get ideas on what to try next. This year it was ONR and Beadmaker for me maintaining a Collinite wax . 6 months and still the protection is there. Seeing many of the products in my arsenal in your top three makes me feel like a pro….lol. Surprised that Kamikaze didn’t make either of the ceramic coating categories - maybe you haven’t tested these yet? Have you ever done a “wheels-off” detail on your Porsche? What product to use to clean the wheel well plastic, and what product to dress it? Thanks

Hi Pan, I love your channel and use it often to decide what products to go with. Maybe you could add another section for non-chemicals such as drying towels, mitts, brushes etc. This came to mind as I was just looking for another drying towel and recalled the video you did on the Luxury brand that you liked but I also know that you favor the Gauntlet from the rag company. I have now tried both an realize I should have gotten the larger towel of both.
Loved this vid and have been learning a lot from all of your content Pan! Just getting into detailing as a home hobby and your product reviews and technical details has made the ramp up easy. Only been waxing so far, but will go TW ice sealant this fall, graphene spray wax early spring, and hopefully go with the Avalon King ceramic next fall. Cheers!

If you want to apply a ceramic coating next fall, keep in mind you absolutely need to fully prep, decontaminate and machine polish the surface to ensure 100% removal of any previous protection that could interfere with the coating properly bonding to the clear coat.

I find CP elixir works great for me as a drying aid and a quick detailer. Also hybrid solutions ceramic graphine inside job is great for my black trim on my BMW.

@@PanTheOrganizer it is so confusing on you tube with so many people and different takes on the same products. I have decided to trust a select few, who has a genuine, passionate delivery. And you my friend does that very easily. Just two other detailers I watch are Out of Spec Detailing and Shine Supply. But you cover a much wider spectrum of products and concepts. Thank you for doing what you do.
My Top 3 fave products are P&S Brakebuster (cleans tires like new), CarPro Reset shampoo (for the beautiful smell, and performance) and Chemical Guys VRP for dressing the tires (ease of use and a great looking finish/results....and good value as you get many uses from a bottle as you don't need to use much product on each tire).
The most anticipated most certainly, couldn't wait for it to be made😍

Just an idea for a video: car care products that can be useful at home. For example, I found that a clay bar works perfectly on chrome faucets and glossy tiles. Or ceramic coating doesn't work well on ceramic tiles because.. they are ceramic? Anyway, would be cool to watch some tips and tricks for using car care product at home.
