@@PanTheOrganizer Hi Pan, I totally agree with this Subscriber. I did a search for best car wax. Oh boy did that open a can of worms. I found your channel and started a deep dive into car care detailing. I bought a ton of products you recommended and decided to go with ceramic coating. This will be my first time doing something like this after over 60 years of life lol. Hopefully my 2020 Honda Accord can look as good as your new Porsche.
I haven’t need products in awhile but after watching this, looks like CarPro will be getting all of my money from now on. Couldn’t ask for a better explanation of the products and I’ve always appreciated that CarPro constantly updates their formulas.
I only ever found about CarPro from you, I thought meguiars was one of the only top brand detailing products, but now I have a great mix of products, with the IPA and the iron remover being the best ones I’ve ever used
How can i use carpro perl in exterior rubber around doors and glasses? A simple clean first, apply perl and next wash my car? Or after washing my car? I have a diluttion of 1:2 to use in exterior like use in tires. And what applicators? Exhagonal or oval? Or a microfiber towel? What is the best? Thanks
Always wash your car first. You never apply protection on dirty surfaces. For tires, you can use it undiluted, or 1:1 as per the recommendations on the label. I like 1:1 For exterior plastic trim, 1:3 dilution. For interior plastics 1:5 dilution. For applicators, use what you prefer, it's really just user preference. Here's what I like: For tires: tinyurl.com/bdd9zjvc To apply the product on trim and interior: tinyurl.com/3k9a6ca6
Thank you, Pan! Even though Carpro is one my favourite brands, I learned a lot from your video! One gap in their products I noticed is a dedicated wheel cleaner! Is MFX their wheel cleaner when? Thanks again Pan for sharing your knowledge with us!
Thank you I just finished building my shop and need to start getting products to detail vehicles. From watching your videos I was drawn to car pro, so thanks again for this detailed review
Just used their Essence plus for the first time on my black and ceramic coated car. All I can say is WOW!! I went really quick, whole car buffed on in 15 minutes so I didn't spend much time "jeweling", but even at that it looks like a brand new coat job, minimal swirl marks left. Looking forward to trying the Dquartz GO

So awesome Pan, I think only you and Vermijil detailing are probably the only guys on RUclips that have the entire CarPro line in their possession! 👍🏻😀🍻
Thanks! Much appreciated!! It's comments like these, and support from great viewers like you, that keep me motivated to continue producing awesome videos!
Thanks for the roundup review Pan. My go to Carpro products are MultiX and Perl for regular cleaning of wheels, tyres and interior trim, then Perl as the dressing.
Another great product line review. You suggested I use reset for my ceramic coating and it works perfect. I was blown away it was like day 1 of my ceramic coating.
I love Carpro. Most of my arsenal is Carpro products, I'd say 75%. Can't live without Reset for maintenance washes, Essence is absolutely top notch, and ReTyre is probably my favorite new product on the entire market this year. Their coatings are absolutely top of the line as well.
I liked how you mentioned that gloss is primarily achieved through quality paint correction. If you already have a beautifully polished vehicle a coating is really for protection more than gloss.
Correct. Certain protections can boost gloss units by a few points, sometimes visible to the naked eye, but when people ask me what's the best way to hugely increase gloss on their paintwork, my answer is always: PAINT CORRECTION. :)
The Carpro Hydro2 foam is pretty good 👌🏼. The 3.0 ceramic coating is great but, it needs more durability compared to one of their biggest competitors. I recently switched due to this. Another great video, thanks!
Yeah the CQuartz 3.0 has been my top consumer grade coating for years now. But yes most brands have been able to produce 3+ year coatings now, so CarPro needs to release a 4.0 version with 3 to 4 years of durability, that would be perfect.
@@PanTheOrganizer I am looking to do a ceramic coating in the near future. Do you think I should try this one now or wait and see if Carpro updates their line..

Great video! I use carpro all the time! It's my favorite brand. I use the entire line with koch chemie and P&S. My favorite products are, Reset, multi x, Iron x, eraser, inside, and perl, but i could name all the products because i like them so much
A detailer that applied my ceramic coating introduced me to Carpro Elixir but i believe it was you that i learned about Reset and it truly is great stuff. Thanks for another great video
I did a 3 step polish on my car with chemical guys when I first started a few months back and I was so disappointed at the results. I thought maybe I wasn't doing it right. today I used the new carpro heavy and light compound with polish and I got amazing results. Thanks pan I follow your channel like a Bible when it comes to detailing.
Another detailed and helpful video from Pan, Actually I don’t like these type of product videos because some youtubers are not telling the truth about those products as manufacturers are sponsoring those guys. But as always, you’re giving useful information about the products like ingredients and duration and etc. Thank you so much, I can confirm Carpro Quartz 3.0 is the best and very long lasting Ceramic Coating produced ever.
Great comprehensive review of the Car Pro lineup Pan! I really like their stuff and see a lot of high level detailers use many of their products. Appreciate the honesty and consistent videos. Keep it up!
Hey Pan, thanks for that great video. I'm starting my detailing business this summer and I chose CarPro as my main go to product along with Koch Chemie and P&S detail.
Hi Pan,love this video on carpro.its fine for company's to bring out all these products but without unbiased information about them it's a waste of time, that's why I love your channel not only can I buy the right product but more importantly I don't want time and money on the wrong product! Thanks regards Richard
Hey Pan, thanks for going through the CarPro lineup. Over the years, I have tried many products, (ask my wife🤦♂️🤦♂️) and I have narrowed my product use to 4 main product lines. They are CarPro, Gyeon, P&S and Rupes pads and polishes. Theses manufacturers constantly, in my opinion, deliver the best product consistency and dollar value. Still opened mind, but gonna have to do some convincing. Great informative video.
Hi Pan, Thanks for the review. Great as always. I’m a big CarPro fan. My Audi SQ8 has the CQuartz 5 year ceramic coating. I don’t have to do much but wash and top it. I use Xtreme Solutions Topper. Just started using Inside. Easy to use and very effective. I actually use Perl 1:5 and have put it also on the leather and the finish is a beautiful satin. My seats are red and the Perl enhances the richness of the color.
Pan the man. Another fantastic video. I"m just getting into this world and your videos are incredible. Thank you so much for the effort you put into them. Binge watching these videos and taking notes is one of the highlights of my day. Well done.

Iron x (rims) for me its the best, basically you don’t need to rub your rims and they get clean. Even to the rest of the car it’s amazing, basically melts birds drops, resins and drops of tar
IronX is an iron fallout remover. Not a wheel cleaner. People often use it as a wheel cleaner, but it's not what it's designed for. There are things missing like surfactants and other bits of chemistry in there. And you wouldn't use IronX on a weekly basis. For regular wheel cleaning duties, use a dedicated wheel cleaner like P&S Brake Buster or Adam's Wheel & Tire Cleaner. They both clean wheels and tires.
Thanks again Pan, yet another hugely informative video. Just wanted to throw this one out there, something I learned a good few years back after my first noobi error of using dishwash liquid to clean the ride was making the costly error of putting Windex in the windshield washer tank and let me tell you it will DESTROY the paint on your car roof.
Firstly, please let me state that you are an inspiration and have taught me an incredible amount. I was about to look at buying the Autoglym range before I ceramic coat my car. I coated a previous car after watching one of your videos, but after watching your 2022 Awards video, and this one, it's Car Pro all the way!
CarPro is much higher end compared to Autoglym. Autoglym is a more consumer grade brand, like Meguiar's, Turtle Wax, Chemical Guys, Mothers, Auto Finesse, etc. CarPro is a pro-oriented brand like Gtechniq, Kamikaze, Opti-Coat, Gyeon, etc. I love CarPro for sure!
@@PanTheOrganizerThank you for your detailed reply, and I am 100% sold on Car Pro. Like you did yourself when you bought your gorgeous Porche 911 S, I am looking to buy my dream car, a Jaguar F-Type shortly. I definitely want to ceramic coat it, as I always do. I can imagine that it will have only minor swirls, but I want it as perfect as I can get it. Do you think using Ultra Cut, then Reflect before moving on to the IPA and ceramic coating would be recommended?
These products are all awesome! I noticed in your recent unboxing video that many many products from CarPro were bought. It’s obvious you support and love this brand!
Pan I 2nd the last comment. You introduced me to CarPro and I love their products. I have both the wife's and mine vehicles have UK 3.0 applied. Another great video Pan, thank you! I’m continuing to build my Weekend Warrior arsenal, though my husband would call it my detailing shop. I bough the Car Pro Black Out and applied it yesterday but as I’m sitting on the ground real close to my wheels, I notice that my black gloss wheels are scratched. Not curb rash, but scratched on one spoke, one on each wheel. Weird because I’ve never gone to a car wash. My fault for not going over them carefully in May when I bought it. I was planning on doing a ceramic coating on them at the same time last night but decided not to until I found a way to get the scratches off first. They’re very light, not deep gouges. I looked but don’t see a video for wheel scratches. And help is always appreciated ♥️
Hi Mea. The only solution to remove those scratches is to lightly polish the surface, with a small polisher, something like a Rupes yellow foam polishing pad and something like Sonax Perfect Finish polish. See how to do that in this video: ruclips.net/video/Z4eap0KOZoI/видео.html

Should just put this on repeat. Very informal. What’s the difference between shampoos and car wash? Basically foam gun vs bucket wash? Also, what’s the difference between reload 2.0 and Hydr02 lite? Great offering that you reply to every question. Gets more interaction on your videos.
Thanks! I appreciate the feedback. I wouldn't overthink the moment about the differences between snow foams and shampoos. Many shampoos nowadays can also be used in the foam cannon. CarPro Reset is a great example of this. You can use it in a foam cannon for the pre-wash, and in the bucket for the contact wash. All the instructions are on the label. In general, snow foams have more foaming agents, so some are used more for lubrication (pH neutral like Adam's Car Shampoo) while some are used more for a bit of cleaning during the pre-wash (higher pH like Bilt Hamber Touch-Less). However some brands have dedicated snow foams that are only for the prewash. They might offer little to no lubrication on the surface, as their only job is to lift and encapsulate loose dirt and debris, which you rinse off the car, before you do the contact wash. The soap in the bucket will have all the lubrication you need for the mitt to glide on the surface and avoid marring. Snow foams that have a higher cleaning power normally are higher on the pH scale or have stronger surfactants. Like Bilt Hamber Touch-Less or Bilt Hamber Auto Foam or CarPro Lift. You wouldn't use those in a bucket. So it's important to read the labels and inform yourself on what your specific product is meant to do. Reload 2.0 and HybrO2 Lite are essentially two different ceramic sprays. It's just their application that differs. Reload is a spray and wipe. HydrO2 is a spray on wet surface, and rinse. They both can offer a few months of protection and are mainly used as toppers over an existing longer lasting ceramic coating base layer, like CarPro CQuartz UK 3.0
Iron x snow foam! That is the product I have been waiting to find. My car sits in a heavy industrial fall out area and I have been looking for an iron remover I could use every wash. Thanks for the great review and always top notch car detailing info. My car is graphene coated following all your steps.
Which product(s) would you recommend for my problem? I got my 2013 car with "clear" protective plastic still glued on there from the factory. It was clear plastic lining along the rear doors, now filthy and cracked. I can't seem to remove this. I took pictures if you are interested...thanks...
Hard to say without seeing it in person... Is it paint protection film? Using heat from a heat gun or steam cleaner is usually the only way to remove those plastic films easily and safely. Watch this video: ruclips.net/video/0P9qnj87dtc/видео.html

Lift is pretty strong, so I'd say it would definitely reduce the life of a Wax. Any fresh waxes or sealants wont be completely removed though. I've been using Gyeon Wet Coat for ages now, so using Lift or Bilt Hamber Touchless, followed by a Top up of Gyeon Wet coat, is my preferred method.
Lift has a pH 10-11 so it can eventually break down regular waxes and sealants. It's meant for maintenance of a ceramic coated car. Yes you can use it as often as you want on a coated car.
Thank you Pan for that great video. I love a lot working with CarPro products. I have approximately 85% of their products. I love also use other brand products for some specific tasks. However, CarPro products are very good and never disappointed me at the exception of Elixir who is particular to apply. We have to use very little. But, for me, my favorite products are Reset & Clarify. Reset is the best car shampoo I worked with by far. Clarify work as good as Stoner or Griot's Garage but smell better. Streakless finish as I love it! CQ UK3,0 and DLUX are my favorite coatings as well. Keep on the good work and thank you!!!
Reset,Perl,Eraser,Multi x,Inside, annnnd,Iron x are some of My favorites.I have Tar x,haven't used it yet. I haven't tried any other products besides the ones I mentioned. That may change after this video, lol! Thanks, Pan. :)

I really enjoyed the explanation of the products listed from this first class company. Their soaps are all top tier and as you remember I love descale for washing vehicles with unknown protection so I can apply my own protection. I do have to try lift soon. Ceriglass with their glass polishing pad is in my opinion the best combination on the market period. I do want to try the tire coating too. Thank you for your honest feedback which I truly appreciate!
I’d be interested to hear your thoughts on TriX? Is it worth having the two separate products in IronX and TarX or will TriX do a good job as a combined product?

I was looking at both Koch Chemie and Carpro products as they seem to be very popular across the professional detailing scene. I came across your complete product reviews of both and found them both so easy to understand!

Great brand review video as always! This one of car pro and the video for Koch chemie have been very helpful as choosing to new products especially for maintenance on a ceramic coating. Would be great to see an updated version of a brand review of Adams polishes!
Lift has a pH 10-11 so it can eventually break down regular waxes and sealants. It's meant for maintenance of a ceramic coated car. Yes you can use it as often as you want on a coated car. It will not remove the coating.
No it won't. See how I apply a leather coating on perforated heated/cooled leather seats here: ruclips.net/video/CuN77nz8Ex8/видео.htmlsi=yA4GQlL9503GAi7Z
How sterile of an area should you have when applying a ceramic/graphene coating? My routine was an early morning wash/claying and wash again, then I moved inside the garage for the polishing and all the inside work, but even then I find myself fighting bugs/debris blowing around if the wind picked up any. I would even wash my garage out then dry it before getting started, but there always seems to be something in the air, dust is obviously the biggest issue and probably the one thing you can't eliminate completely unless you build a million dollar facility 🤔 I did use the coating in a can from Gyeon on a black truck and it went very well. I'm wanting to go with a ceramic/graphene this time and hoping to avoid any issues doing it! Not afraid of taking chances though!
If you have to work outside, you can still apply a coating, as long as you're not in a dust storm, don't work in direct sunlight. Work in the shade, on a cool surface. Ideally towards the very end of the day. And make sure it doesn't rain for 24 hours after the application. For the rest, don't overthink the moment. Consumer grade coatings are meant to be applied by enthusiasts and weekend warriors.
Hey, do you think a polish like reflect or essence can remove light oxidation? Also, after using essence do I need to apply an IPA before the ceramic coating?
Don’t compare both polishes. Reflect is a true polish, no protection, and has more cutting ability (although not as abrasive as a compound obviously). Essence is more of a gloss enhancing polish, with fillers to mask light imperfections, and acts like a primer for CQuartz coatings. After Essence, wait one hour before using CarPro Eraser (IPA). So if you want to remove light oxidation and minor scratches and swirls, use Reflect.
My pleasure. How did you discover my channel by the way? Welcome to my channel. Hey Pan! Which shampoo do you recommend for daily washes? It seems that car pro only has specified washes for specific tasks. Do you know which one of these will be best for day-to-day use that doesn't strip protection? Thanks!
@@TheRcdood well, it is a powerful cleaner but it still a ph neutral. I use it regularly with a sealant and it is no problem, in my opinion, a sealant that does not resist Reset is not worth it.
CarPro Reset is perfect for regular washes on ceramic coated cars. I use it twice weekly to wash my car. But continued use on waxes or sealants can weaken those. Reset was formulated for use on coatings.
As always, love your channel. I'm going to ceramic coat my second car and know the various stages, thanks to your video back in the day! I am going to use Car Pro Essence as my finishing polish, as my car's paint is in good condition. However, do I still need the IPA stage as Essence is a primer? By the way, I am going to use Avalon King Armour Shield as the ceramic coating, again after watching one of your videos - the white BMW one I think! Thank you in advance.
It's difficult to know when you are using the CarPro Essence primer with a coating from another brand on top. You'd have to ask CarPro to make sure. Here's CarPro's official answer as to using an IPA after applying Essence polish: "Theoretically speaking you could skip use of Eraser if Essence was properly used via machine BUT it is hard to measure if you polished the lubricants in the Essence down far enough and so we do recommend using Eraser to be 100% safe. If possible, wait at least an hour after Essence before using Eraser." So after applying Essence, wait one hour, then use a paint prep spray like CarPro Eraser, then apply the ceramic coating.
I have a ceramic coated car. Today, I used descale in a foam cannon, let it swell for a few minutes, rinsed it off, and then used reset for my bucket wash. Do you think it’s okay to use to wash my car next week using descale in a foam cannon again and use it in a bucket wash? I know it’s an acidic shampoo, but just wondering.

What coating did you apply specifically? What you need is to use a silica spray sealant for maintenance, at least once every 2 or 3 months, to ensure max durability and performance from your coating. Products like CarPro Reload, Gyeon Cure, Kamikaze Over Coat, Gtechniq C2V3, are all good toppers for existing coatings. If you want to make sure you are getting compatible protection, pick a topper from the same brand as your coating. They usually formulate them for best results. I made a popular tutorial on ceramic coating maintenance washes here: ruclips.net/video/yLiePQRMFc8/видео.html

I like 1:1
For exterior plastic trim, 1:3 dilution. For interior plastics 1:5 dilution.
For applicators, use what you prefer, it's really just user preference. Here's what I like:
For tires: tinyurl.com/bdd9zjvc
To apply the product on trim and interior: tinyurl.com/3k9a6ca6

Thank you, Pan! Even though Carpro is one my favourite brands, I learned a lot from your video! One gap in their products I noticed is a dedicated wheel cleaner! Is MFX their wheel cleaner when? Thanks again Pan for sharing your knowledge with us!
MFX is a microfiber detergent.
They don’t have a dedicated wheel cleaner yet, at least not to my knowledge.

Thanks for sharing!
I think that's where their professional line of coatings comes in. (CQuartz Professional and CQuartz Finest Reserve)

Very good choice, I like some of the Koch chemie products as well, PolStar for carpets/fabric and Gfs for the pre-wash as it is ph neutral :)

@@PanTheOrganizer Tks!!!
Good tip Brendan. Use automotive grade products for cars. Not household items. ;)

@@PanTheOrganizer My favourite used to be 3.0 but now tbh, I’m liking Lite a lot more. Easy of use and longevity is just amazing
Hopefully they update CQUK soon to something as easy to apply as Lite but with 3+ years durability. Other brands are offering 4+ year coatings now.
Which product(s) would you recommend for my problem? I got my 2013 car with "clear" protective plastic still glued on there from the factory. It was clear plastic lining along the rear doors, now filthy and cracked. I can't seem to remove this. I took pictures if you are interested...thanks...

Hi pan. Does LIFT remove wax ? Cause planning to add LIFT to my weekly maintenance car wash product.
Thank you very much Pan and Jack Nash !

Hi pan sorry just one more question. Can i use elixir as drying aid. And then apply wax.
Thank you Pan for that great video. I love a lot working with CarPro products. I have approximately 85% of their products. I love also use other brand products for some specific tasks. However, CarPro products are very good and never disappointed me at the exception of Elixir who is particular to apply. We have to use very little.
@@PanTheOrganizer thank you! That helps a lot!

@@Theguitarskater1 really? But I thought he said in the video that it's too strong for waxes and sealents
@@TheRcdood well, it is a powerful cleaner but it still a ph neutral. I use it regularly with a sealant and it is no problem, in my opinion, a sealant that does not resist Reset is not worth it.

If possible, wait at least an hour after Essence before using Eraser."
So after applying Essence, wait one hour, then use a paint prep spray like CarPro Eraser, then apply the ceramic coating.
As long as you don't use it every week, it's perfectly fine to use Descale for a decon wash, to remove accumulated minerals and water spots.
It slipped my mind to use it in a bucket wash for its full effect, but planning to use it semi annually to restore hydrophobic properties.
Awesome video! Definetly going for CarPro . What is your favourites in the range “shampoo & tar/iron range”

How does Lift compare to BH touchLess?
I watched that very RUclips this morning. Lift is good but not as good as BH. BH is also cheaper per wash, as least in the UK.
Bilt Hamber Touch-Less has a bit more cleaning power as it also has a higher pH 13 (Lift is pH 10-11).
I made a video showing the cleaning power of both snow foams here: ruclips.net/video/8j5dJUM8Fb4/видео.html
I just had ceramic done for my car. What’s the best maintenance suite of products I should pursue with these products? Ceramic was for exterior, interior and wheels

@@PanTheOrganizer this was an armor all based suite of products for their smart shield program

@@PanTheOrganizer so far the reset & lift. But after watching your video I'll be trying some of the newer 2022 products.
Which ones peaked your interest?
love to see a video on matte/frozen color car care
You are in luck. I am working on a VERY special project to make that happen. Stay tuned for sure. ;)
As always, an amazing video. So much information. I love CarPro Reset. It's the best car shampoo I've used. Almost all CarPro products are really really good except their Ceramic sprays (Reload, Elixir).
Thanks !!
Where can I get the quick release/stubby nozzle from? That's one thing I've been needing for sure!
Are you talking about the stubby for my leaf blower? Here's where I bought mine for my EGO blower: bit.ly/3sA7jm4
