Awkward live version is my favorite
Even allowing for post production Miku's backing vocals add so much to Saiki's performance. The musicianship is first class and improved from their earlier live shows but even they were better than the radio friendly, 3 minute English words only songs on so many commercial radio stations.
Nothing like them in the world. The talent in this one band is enough to make 4 or 5 regular bands
Must be seen live. You will never fully appreciate them if you don't. Just for the hell of it let's rate each member of Band-Maid as a 10. Five band members so the total must be fifty, right? Nope. More like 100. I imagine that was confirmed for you guys just like me at the Echoplex in LA. Cannot wait to see them again.
Takes your breath away, such great energy when they play live.

Thanks for the video reaction.. *The Non Fiction Days* is also one of my fav track from BAND-MAID, mostly because of those drum beats and kicks, Akane (dr.) really shows her power through the whole song. FYI, if you want to see how BAND-MAID maximize the excitement in their live performance, I'd suggest you to watch their live show in ZEPP Tokyo, 13 April 2018, when they're performing *FREEDOM* , they doubled the excitement there.. well, I'd say Saiki (vo.) tripled the epicness. They played FREEDOM with freedom ^.^ watch out for the bass lines, the guitar riffs, hard beats, joyful and beautiful faces also the most important part, the after-interlude surprise... rock on! \m/ this performance always brings tears of joy!

band Maid is one of my favorite groups,but an older group is Puffy ami Yumi check them out too. 16 years and going
hehehe you two do so many reaccts on bands, but I see you guys' smiles get the biggest when you do reacts on Band-Maid!! Aren't you guys supposed to be equal to every band that you react to, as you sometimes get critical ? :-) You guys make me happy !!! Rock on!!
Often they play this song at last of the concert (Saiki says "last song" at the beginning). That is the reason of the stretched ending.
The only one thing I have to criticize about their concerts is: They never play any encore.
No matter how much the fans call and ask for. But I think it is not usual in Japan to play an encore.

One thing not mentioned much is how they are able to come up with great song after great song.... I think that Kanami, Akane, and Misa being formally schooled gives them a huge advantage over garage bands coming up with new songs.... basic song structure probably comes a lot easier for them since they can prob breakdown songs much easier than untrained garage bands who are going on the fly...and you combine this with Miku's crazy lyrical talent and you have a much better chance for quality songs than 99% of the other bands on the planet.... just sayin'....
and Miku has mastered Google Translator to come up with key phrases and song titles just enough to keep the Western fanbase happy... LOL... are you ENJOY?
