In my opinion, I ask. Who is responsible for not allowing live ammo to enter a movie set? and in my opinion it's not Alec Baldwin.
@user-qn5ty3el5b Baldwin, as the producer, is ultimately responsible in the same way your employer is responsible for you working safely.
@@syndemanion281 My thoughts too, how many actors know the difference between a live round and a blank? To be a criminal act there needs to be intent, and I'm pretty sure Alec had no intent. This should be investigated just like the NTSB would investigate a plane crash to determine how in the heck a live round ends up on a movie set, and what steps are needed so this never happens again.
@@SammyInnit Isn't the employer like MGM or something like that?
Prosecutor: *Points at Baldwin* "THIS gentleman was the most experienced out of everyone on set."
That's right! Did you see his head shoot up when she called him out for that?? This needs to be pointed out repeatedly!
Someone should point out the prosecuter intreupts the trial so much that she clearly does not want the truth of the investigation to come out. Her opinion about Baldwin is just that. Nothing more.
So funny. Alec trying to look like a member of the legal team...haha. Sorry man...but you're the defendant here. 😂
Just not a low iq like you and is trying to win his case by keeping up with everything and giving another brain to work on it. I think he should do some time btw
Hopefully behind bars soon.
@@georgiacampbell4399Yes!
That's where the defendent sits. A horrible accident. Motor vechicle accidents every day, where someone dies, and often the vehicle owner maintained their vehicle in an unsafe manner, that caused or contributed to the death. They are not put in jail, it is a civil suit which this should be. An accident. Prosecuter is out to make a name for herself.
So sad for everyone involved
This may be the first time in his life he had to sit there and take it. A spoiled toddler with a bad temper.
Just an accident.
I don't understand this. We've been using prop guns in theater, TV and movies for well over 100 years. Is every actor supposed to double check whether or not the prop person did things correctly?
Yes, a horrible accident. Shoud be a civil suit. Prosector is out to make a name for herself, yet has hidden disclosures for months.
Father Time will punish soon enough.
The guilty party is whoever (Baldwin?, someone else?) was so stupidly reckless as to bring live ammunition onto a "shoot-em-up" movie set.
4 years later 🙄🙄🙄
The fact that he tried to cover it up and is still lying about pulling the trigger proves his GUILT

from the Judges legal perspective if she does not allow the witness' for Baldwin's Trial then Hanna's would definately be overturned, . . . duh!
No... hannah put the live round into the gun its totally different..
Alec Baldwin I'm rooting for you...
Your not liable because you didn't load the gun and unfortunately freaky accidents happened.. ❤🎉😢😮
Alec Baldwin is getting ready to receive a sweetheart deal. This will be interesting to see the differences between Hannah's trial and outcome. If Alec gets off Scott free while Hannah is serving her sentence that will be a Bum-Shuttle.

No other way period....
He had control of the gun ...
Its his responsibility to check the gun...
He is GUILTY as the day is long.....
It was not his job to check - it was the armourer and assistant. However, HE hired a useless armourer and he deserves to be tried for having unsafe conditions on set at minimum.
Imo he 100% pulled the trigger knowing there was live ammo in the gun and pointed it at Halayna.
@@dawnatkinson7704 Imagine thinking it's not your job to check a gun that you're holding is live before pointing it at someone.
If I was an actor on a movie where I had to handle a gun there’s no way I would know how to load or unload the gun and would rely totally on the armor bearer and most here wouldn’t know how to either . It was an accident.
@@nowandthennn
If you don't know how to properly handle a firearm then you have no business handling it in the first place period ,,....
Why weren't fingerprints taken from the live rounds to find out who brought them to the set? This person is also responsible 💜
She’s already in jail.
The police did an awful job and the prosecutor destroyed the gun. An accident. Horrible police work. Should be a civil suit.
I honestly believe the guilty person has already been charged HGR and Alec should be found not guilty and the prosecutor should let it go!

Legal problems are devastating! He had to sell his house and probably other assets
How much will Mr Baldwin earn by the end of the trial ?
Why does AB look like he's trying to look like lawyer.. Feels like he thinks he's on a set... I guess you play a part /character in trial
I thought he would want to be there to listen firsthand to understand for himself. That’s what I might want to do if I were him.
@@elizabethann8228 no I get why he is there :)
That's where defendents sit. Don't make something out of nothing. This was nothing more that a bad accident.
It’s baffling that his role as a producer isn’t being allowed by the judge. That was a huge part of the case in my mind. I still think he’s guilty (and a complete narcissistic jerk), but not allowing any of the responsibilities under that job title will make it a lot harder.
I bet eventually he gets off with everything, just gotta pay the right people in his case
He's having to pay millions in lawsuits hardly getting off...
His not guilty
“His” is guilty
@@molsonman1420 his *IS* guilt
I don’t like Baldwin but the man def is not guilty lmao
Yes he definitely is. LMAO
Hey Genius,
You really think he has no culpability for pointing a gun at someone and pulling the trigger? Even if it was a blank, you realize that's exactly how Brandon Lee died? From a blank round with a barrel obstruction. So even if he had checked the gun himself, it would STILL be his fault for exactly that reason. You don't point a gun at someone and pull the trigger.
And save me the BS that he didn't pull it. All the video of him firing after the director yells cut, rushing people, pointing the gun at people and using the gun as a pointing stick. All the people stating he never listened to directions. All those other rounds he shot off and none of them were misfires? The only time the gun misfired after all that waving around and being reckless, was the time he ended up killing someone and might have to be held responsible? You really believe that? That gun misfired that ONE time and never once before or never once after?
Because if the gun DID misfire and he kept using it, he's got an even bigger problem on his hands, so he's boxed in. He says he didn't pull it, but the video shows he kept his finger on the trigger. Not to mention he was the one in charge of the movie.
So, hopefully you either get the point by now, or the jury isn't filled with such simple minded people as yourself. Have a nice day.
@@yallmustveforgot lmao I don’t care he pulled it. That’s the job of the armorer to make sure gun isn’t loaded…. That’s why they have one who is in jail now. Dog and pony show u clown
Agreed.
@@yallmustveforgot that’s why they had an armorer whose supposed to check for loaded guns lmao 🤡
This is witch hunt. Movie sets are supposed to have trained people on set to check guns. That is not the job of the actors.
Agreed
He was the producer, and he commissioned the entire picture. Ultimate responsibility falls to him. If I as an employer set someone to work, which resulted in their death, I am responsible. The same applies here.
The key difference being, Baldwin happened to be the one to pull the trigger that ultimately caused the death of a person in the workplace.
This is as much about employer liability as it is irresponsible behaviour by an actor.
@@SammyInnit but he didn't put live rounds in the gun hannah did her fault...
@@Gabriel-hf1yyBut that's straight back to potential employer liability.
Who decided to not hire the more expensive and experienced armorer and instead go for the cheaper, less experienced armorer? Who's responsible for overall site safety ethos? And on and on...
@marcwilliams9824 yes he's having to pay millions in lawsuits..
It’s the armorer’s responsibility tbh .. so every actor needs to check a gun before filming ??? C’mon.. it’s not their job
Sounds like you're making a poor excuse for ignorance. A gun is a gun and the presumption that it is safe is on the person holding it at any given time. This BS wouldn't fly at a range.
@@SammyInnitthey aren’t on a range though, they are on a movie set. Actors play parts they know nothing about, all of the time.
@@SammyInnityea I agree. It deals with policy. The armorer should be educating the actors on safety protocols including how to check it themselves.
@@38beartooth Exactly, they aren't on the range, so they should take more care than if they were. Ranges are packed with qualified and knowledgeable people. Film sets are not; so why Baldwin thought it was reasonable to take a gun from someone and without doing his own checks, pointed it at someone and pulled the trigger, is indefensible.

I said it before but I bet when it done if he wins they are gonna drop the release date and trailer to rust
Hey Alec; perfect murder?
@@syndemanion281 You know that how?
This case is quite simple. if you operate a fire arm, you yourself are responsible for the safety check, nobody else.
And this is no prop gun we're talking about, this is a real handgun, anyone operating it, whether it be an actor or not, movie set or not, must follow the 10 basic safety rules of handling a fire arm.
if you're driving a motor vehicle on the road you are responsible for safe driving.
So, Baldwin himself had to do a check on whether the gun that was handed to him, was safe to operate.

Alec Baldwin is gonna get convicted
What if Alec Baldwin was having an affair with the halyna hutchins and that’s why he killed her 👀
Bad accident - an accident.... just like a car accident, belongs as a civil suit. An actor's job is to act not act as the safety coordinator.
