- It’s been six days since a 20-year-old gunman attempted to assassinate Donald Trump during a campaign rally in Pennsylvania. The nation was shocked when shots rang out and the former President was swarmed by Secret Service agents while grasping his ear. The shooter, Thomas Matthew Crooks, was taken out within seconds of the failed attempt. @Law&Crime Network why are you not mentioning the fact that the counter sniper unit was on a sloped roof. The counter sniper that killed Crooks was on a sloped roof that appears to be more sloped than the roof crooks was on.

But more to my point, the high school Junior in those photos is not the same person who shot from that roof, people change a lot in those late teen years and it is highly suspect that there are not more current photos circulating, and to your crack head comment, I’m pretty certain that being a murderer is considered worse than smoking crack so that just doesn’t make sense. Still a red flag to me.

The AR-15 Type belonged to his father, and the father probably would only give the rifle to Crooks, when Crooks (the son) asked to take it to the range. The assumption is that he did not ask for permission to leave the house with it.

The weirdest thing BY FAR is the picture. Someone took a picture of the killer at a very close distance 20 minutes before he took the shots. Almost as if they sent it to the news before the shooting even happened. This story is so fishy it should be in the ocean.

There’s absolutely no reason at all that a Secret Service or states sniper would think that Crooks was another law-enforcement officer on the roof! This is all gone over, or supposed to have been gone over, before anybody ever even takes their places. It’s called asset, identification, and overlapping fields of fire. They didn't want to put snipers on the roof where the shooter was, yet several pictures show at least two different sniper teams on the top of buildings with the same slope.

Just guessing so don't jump all over me, please: Perhaps they disagreed about their son's mental health. One parent may have had an inkling that the kid was disturbed and in need of some therapy while the other may have judged him to be perfectly sound of mind. Often ( NOT always ) it's the father of a son who doesn't think there's a problem while the mother has observed behaviors she finds troubling, such as torturing animals or abusing her verbally or physically. Particularly if the father is the dominant authority figure in the family, the boy's unusual behavior may be excused. His mental health needs will be neglected, consequently. Then stuff like this happens.
So a lot of people in the psych field themselves have a lot of issues that drive them into that field. I’m friends with a lot of psychology majors in my college who have a lot of mental health isssues. So there could be mental illness kinda culminating in that home and no one wanted to address it
If the Crook's family was concerned that their son was missing and called Law Enforcement, why didn't the Father mention that his AR-15 was also missing? Also why was there an open window on the second floor of the building behind the shooter?

I'm usually enjoying my time to the extent that I don't think about grabbing a selfie or having someone take a picture of me in that moment. Tough to go off of only school photos available.

There are at least two different audio signatures during the initial barrage. (The 2nd shooter was farther away)
