    The lack of chewing raw foods and the over-representation of soft/processed foods in our diets is major reason for weak jaw bones, crooked teeth, no room for our wisdom teeth, and poor dental health.

    My opinion my friend is that cooked vegetables are better cooked. You get more nutrients out of cooked vegetables than raw. Usually 5 minutes and a pierced sweet potato is done but you can add 30 second or minute increments depending on the size. My mother would be 102 this summer had she lived. She always talked about how you get more out of most vegetables that are cooked. A raw potato does not cut the mustard. Fruits obviously you do not cook. But fruit should be looked at as candy. Oranges are good. Orange juice is like drinking sugar water as are all fruit juices. Fat is not the enemy; sugar and carbs are. Even grass fed beef is good for you as are most vegetables that are cooked. But keep taking handsome lessons.

    Hey bro can you make neckmworkout video no equipment that is a thick neck

    • @Scheereddzz
      @Scheereddzz  Год назад +1

      Honestly I believe all you need to develop a thick neck is heavy deadlifts, farmer carrys, and overhead press focus on shrugging the shoulders up at the top🤝

      @moreassmoregas Год назад +1

      U could do neck bridges but those are dangerous for ur neck long term, Mike Tyson got a huge neck doing that but they fucked his neck up later in life.
      Ur best bet is to get some type of weight like a dumbell or rice back and do neck curls and neck extensions.
