Thank you for this delightful and sensitive performance, you have learned from the masters! Yes, Oberlin (especially with Professor Peter Takács) is a wonderful place to study music but has been an often under-appreciated compared to certain famous schools. Best wishes for your continuing studies and for a well-earned retirement for Peter Takács! Greetings from Canada.
9.999 out of 10...why? Cause I wasn't there to hear it live! Excellent performance in every respect. Thank you Crystal and and I will look for more from Oberlin students and Prof. Takacs from now on.
Anyway a good interpretation.
Good performance, though it would be more accurate to say this Partita embodies the styles of German and Italian styles since both the Courrente and the Giga in this suite are of the Italian, not the French style.
I love the tension and beautiful release of tension in this playing. ❤😊

A fine pianist who really understands this music. Her esteemed teacher taught her well, as her performance illustrates.

Marvelous performance - as clear and limpid a performance as was JS Bach's intent when he composed the work. Bravo :) !

And I must comment Ms. Jiang for her taste in clothing; suitable for the music, for the art, and respectful to everyone.
