A little over 10 years ago, I began waking up two hours before work to learn how to produce music because I enjoyed it. Today I wake up at 4:00am everyday to build the business that was a result of learning how to produce music. I am now one of the few women in the country who owns and operates a recording studio. It's still a work in progress but I have made it a part of my daily life to learn and build. In less than two years, my goals is to quit my day job as a public school music teacher. It has been a long and wonderful journey. I believe I will achieve this goal.

19:00 on the food topic. It's worth looking into how blood sugar and insulin works. Carbohydrates and especially sugar (which is mixed into everything nowadys) will spike your blood sugar which then crashes and makes you tired, cranky, and hungry again to get it up again. Rice, pasta, potatos and so on are often the bulk of the meal since they are cheap and pretty much just carbs.
    Smaller portions means smaller spikes.
I tried Carnivore and then keto and my energy levels are flat over the day and my mood improved drastically. 😅

Spot on Dan - In Buddhist tradition, the early morning hours are considered sacred and auspicious. The specific period referred to as the “Buddhist God Hour” or “Brahma Muhurat” is typically between 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM. During this time, many Buddhists believe that the mind is most receptive to spiritual practices and that the energy of the universe is particularly conducive to meditation, contemplation, and spiritual growth.

Working the midnight shift for many years I always talk to people about the special feeling that comes into my body around these hours. It happens almost every night, those when I have plenty of sleep and those when I didn't get much sleep during my daytime sleeping hours. That rules out body fatigue. It is something outside myself that creates it. Thanks for sharing.

Brahma Muhurta is a 48-minute period in the early morning that is considered an auspicious time for spiritual practices. To calculate the exact time of Brahma Muhurta in your city, you can use a sunrise and sunset calculator to find the time of sunrise, then subtract two hours.

I love this video and it confirms my thinking exactly. The night before I am watching this, I lay in bed drawing in the notes app in my phone, using Bitcoin's price to create a metaphor for my life's progress. Just as in Bitcoin, crypto, or a volatile tech stock, the larger the exponential pump, the larger the correction and or consolidation at the end of the pump. I have experienced multiple of life's exponential pumps in progress, business, fitness, and in my social life. I have on multiple occasions ridden the pump for too long and experienced large corrections that are burnout, or fatigue. I am currently in a state of limbo and perplexity again and am consolidating, but am glad that I found this video that does so well to put the larger picture into perspective. I am excited for the next, and hopefully soon to be, breakout.

I manage our small stock portfolio and have realized the same thing. A good investment sort of has a range it trades in. A stock usually doesn’t go straight up. Ideally it’s like a gentle roller coaster up and to the right, which makes sense as the company adjusts to growth. I think life is a lot like that.

🎯 Key points for quick navigation:
00:00 *🎯 Defying Normalcy for Success*
    - Achieving rare results requires breaking away from average routines,
    - Incorporating cycles of intensity and consistency, like waking up early or staying up late,
    - Removing distractions and creating a favorable environment for long work hours.
    02:23 *🎮 Transformation through Focus*
    - Treating life like a video game can enhance motivation,
    - Removing obstacles that make life seem less engaging than games or social media,
    - Increasing life's intrigue to naturally focus on goals.
03:48 *🔄 Understanding Phases of Life*
    - Success involves navigating life phases: intensity, consistency, curiosity, and feeling lost,
    - Progress is non-linear, akin to fitness gains,
    - Knowing when to transition between phases for maximum benefit.
07:06 *🌀 Cycles of Progress Explained*
    - Four cycles: perplexity, curiosity, intensity, and consistency,
    - Perplexity involves feeling lost and tackling boredom by building skills,
    - Transition to curiosity through identifying problems and finding purpose.
09:02 *🎇 From Curiosity to Intensity*
    - Intensity involves a focused pursuit of a goal, leading to potential burnouts,
    - Transitions into consistency to maintain progress without stagnation,
    - Experimentation and strategic resting are vital for long-term success.
    12:57 *🚀 Achieving Through Consistency*
    - Consistency is about maintaining progress through experimentation,
    - Avoiding burnout by managing phases and handling exponential growth wisely,
    - Encouraging non-linear paths for prolonged success.
    17:21 *🛠️ Removing Focus Blockers*
    - Addressing barriers such as lack of purpose, unsupportive environment, and poor nutrition,
    - Importance of allowing boredom to foster curiosity leading to focus,
    - Controlling environment and habits to enhance mental clarity and focus.
19:44 *🍽️ Effect of Meal Size on Focus*
    - Large meals can decrease focus by diverting energy to digestion.
    - Experiment with intermittent fasting and meal size for optimal focus.
    - Balance energy use between digestion and work tasks.
    20:12 *📚 Overcoming Knowledge Blockers*
    - Lack of knowledge can impede progress; incorporate learning into daily routines.
    - Immerse in new information to reshape your mindset and identity.
    - Follow and engage with content that aligns with your goals for personal growth.
22:07 *📝 Vision and Goal Setting*
    - Create a clear vision and anti-vision to organize priorities and tasks.
    - Use tools like templates to map out goals and provide clarity.
    - Break down vision into smaller, achievable goals to maintain motivation and sanity.
    24:34 *🔍 Feedback and Iteration*
    - High intelligence involves learning and progressing with feedback.
    - Conduct weekly reviews to refine goals and vision.
    - Iterating on visions ensures continuous improvement and successful goal achievement.

You are the reason i began my journey on social media some weeks ago. Quite inspiring what you got to say, although i'm entrepreneur since 12 years. Couldn't accept or let's say wouldn't accept that its possible to not work that much. To make it possible to have a good earning with just one person. Atm i'm making 10k a month from my freelancing which was always fine to me. From my companies i couldn't get money out, only for my employees over the last decade. But what you say about cycles and everything you got to say shows me that my cycling in good and slow phases is acceptable and the "grind" everyone talks about can be ignored, if someone doesn't want to accept this. So really liking your approach to business and what you got to say. Sadly i just found you 3 weeks ago. Regret i didn't found you earlier. Keep up!

M.A.O. - Maximum Achievable Output (These are the growth cycles)
    M.M.D.- Minimum Maintainable Dose
(Keeping your base level. The plateaus)
It’s for working out you know your MAO could be 7 days a week working out everyday. Just pure grind. But you can’t maintain that. So your MMD is 3x a week and that’s enough to keep the results you’ve achieved.

I've been so motivated and focused with my project and changing my life that I'm naturally waking up very early in the hopes of having that extra time. Problem: small children KNOW as soon as you leave the room and wake up five minutes after you no matter what time it is.😂
