Hello everyone. In today's video, i will be sharing how I grill beef in the oven.
What we need (Ibikenewe):
-Beef meat 2kg
-Salt 1 tsp
-Black pepper 1/2 tsp
-Paprika 1/2 tsp
-Soy sauce 3 tsp
-Olive oil 2 tbsp
-Garlic 3 cloves
-Ginger 1 small pc
-Coriander 2 tbsp
-Lemon juice 3 tsp
-Onions 2 pcs
-Vinegar 2 tsp
-Cube Maggi 2 pcs
-Foil paper
-Set the oven on 180 dg C
-Cook for 60min covered, and 20min after adding other spices
-Mortar and pestle( agasekuro)
