I lived there in 98, worked as a chef in Alfaz del Pi, 6 days a week. Pay was 200 000 pesetas a month (1200 EUR) after tax, and I paid taxes and had social seguridad. I paid 80000 pts a month for a big flat in calle ibiza 22nd floor with a pool and tennis court (didn't have the time to use either). Best clubs were KM, Pacha, Space and Hipodrome. Sticky Vicky was going strong. 😂 Tony Romas had Ribs and Mundomar was considered "high culture". In the old town there were some nice bars and a tapas street. Penelope and KM had beach bars at the end of Levante. There was a restaurant close to La Strada that specialised in fried rabbit with garlic. Benidorm Palace did a lousy show with horrible food. El Molinos was a good gourmet restaurant ran by some Belgians. Good Times when you were 19...

I ended up there, you got 70 year olds laying in bed with a shitty nappy on waiting for a visit 90 year olds waiting to die . good luck to these people I've never go there but just seeing old people having fun and being happy is so nice
Indeed, how can someone kill puppies. How can anyone kill any animal at all. There is NO need to kill ANY animal. All animal have feelings, and all mothers love their babies, not only humans, cats and dogs 🌱💚

Or make themselves homeless ! I love dogs and would keep them all. Like most people, I couldn't afford more than 1 or 2. (I'd have to keep beautiful Flora and a puppy, though). The pounds are often full. What's going to happen to the dogs , then ? It's awful to euthanize puppies but, if people won't home them, where will they go and how will they survive? All the shelters dogs should be sterilised....

If you go to Spain, have lots of patience, because the laziest civil servants on the planet will turn your dreams into a nightmare. Another advice? Learn Spanish! 2nd advice, the houses are extremely expensive, and with expensive I mean not affordable expensive foremost Spanish style badly built ruins. Never trust those realtors! They are for the full 100% only interested in your money, whilst not doing anything for you. Once you got those keys.....they hide. I grew up in Spain and lived there 15 years, so I know what I am talking about. Cheers and thank me later.
Yes, so true. Never trust an Estate Agent (realtors) They care nothing for the buyers They are there for their sale commission, in every Country. I've lived in 4 Countries. We bought our home in Europe.( Not Spain) Actually properly is very affordable in many areas, just be savvy about where you live. Not on a beach, when an hour's drive away can save many thousands of Euros.( And you can choose if you want to be around holidaymakers and endless traffic jams 😊) Were planning on moving house, This time we will do without the rip off merchants, but have a full survey. We did that in our current home, too, though most buyers don't bother....It's the way to avoid a well camouflaged , collapsing house!!
