I think all these project management courses on udemy as extremely valuable. But true project management comes with experience. I am a real world project manager for over 15 years a book can help to a certain point. Pmp, Capm etc are great pieces of paper to say you have 10 percent understanding. So that, I have a question for you: is there any huge difference between this particular course and the first one you recommend in this video “deeply practical pm..”? Will you recommend to pass this practical course by Dc Stuart in addition to 365’s one or there will not be any big differences and better to go further for Scrum and Agile that you have also proposed? The first step I did was to look for other opportunities as a PM and I started applying to those jobs, using the experience and skillset I already had from working as an Engineer. I'll definitely make a separate video going into this in more detail!
I want to do the CAPM certification. I just want to be sure before I purchase the Joseph Philip exam prep. Would that cover everything for the exam for someone sitting it in 2024? And once I finish the exam prep, do I just call pmi and book my exam?
