Nice breakdown of the software. By the way, I’ve been trying out the Astirna New Tab extension, and it’s great for keeping track of my tasks and deadlines in a clean interface.
Oh dang, this is a great review! The visuals really show what different apps can do. I wish you wrote a list of all the other 9+ services you reviewed 🙂
Thank you for your feedback, and I'm pleased that you enjoyed our content. 😇 Essentially, in the reviews we conduct, we evaluate software based on various categories and assign ratings to indicate how well they perform within each category. Then, we use this table to create a script. These comparison tables are created by individuals who have been setting up project management boards for top companies for over 5 years. We aim to incorporate some of this review process into our upcoming project management round-ups.
Great Video. I hope next time in the end of the video you make list of basic function of the apps like how many user the apps can afford for free plan, limitation and ect. So we can compare in the simple way. Thank you
Visuals and point articulation, I won't see a better YT video this year than this. In your opinion, which would you say is the best based on all the features these 6 apps offer (whether free or paid)?
Trello offers a free feature called Card Aging, which displays the exact date a card was created. This allows you to easily track the number of days spent on a particular project.
Well the information is good but the video has some errors such the intro to the video saying five programs were going to be reviewed when it was six. There were mentions to Teamwork when it was not reviewed in the video at all. Also Asana was reviewed but was not included in the conclusion which leads me to think that Asana was either swapped out for Teamwork or was added by mistake. Finally misspelling Wrike as 'Reich' in the chapter markers.
@@Deb_deCoder Because its when you compare F1 car by some road car. Clickup, Trello and others are good for smaller companies, but when you build a skyscraper, or developing airplanes - there are zillion tasks, people, vendors, deadlines etc.. For large companies M$ is standard.
Microsoft Project is the BEST and only one pro software in industry (Gantt) and for large companies. MS Planner is the same category like these. Difference between MS Project and MS Planner is like MSSQL to MSAccess. MS Project's copilot AI version is 30 USD/month
This is seriously helpful. This video deserves Million Views 👍
Glad you think so!☺

STOP KISSING HIS BUTT!
Great collection of PM tools. I am using Jira (for scrum) + Orangescrum (Time Tracking + Resource Management)
Thsi really helped me pull the trigger on a app to use. Thank you so much.
That was extremely helpful and detailed, you deserve more views & recognition 🙏
Very helpful and well-produced video. I subscribed to your channel. Thank you.
Totally agree. If you find clickup complicated you should not be using a PMS but a to- do list app. Amazing Software.
🤣

good job.
Jira is free only 30 days...don't post false information on youtube....
It's free for teams with up to 10 users.
He literally goes over the pricing and shows it in detail lol. So how’s he spreading false info? I just don’t think you watched.
Very helpful
Glad you think so! 😇
Thank you so much for this. Really insightful video ❤
You're so welcome! 😊
Smartsheet is a good contender!
cheers bruv you helped us fiz some organizatiopn prob in south Brazil . Spelling willbe fixxed nexty year
You mean Free as in Free? You can't export your Gantt chart using Click Up's free version. cuek.
This is good but they aren't free past their trial period.
What about Miro?
Asana is only free for 30 days...
they are totally not free. do not loose your time guys
Clickup is too complicated and even their software training is not organized.
Clickup doesn't allow more than 1 user in free plan
Trello is now limited to 10 free users
All if themare free now
Notion gives everything on free. not many people knows it.
none of these are not free. You must chose paid plan to use with minimum features.
cool video, but i hate the ai voice
Microsoft Project :)
Did you use it? How's it? I am thinking of using it

Best but not free
I think wrike is no more free
Click up just offers 100 MB in the free plan
How about Microsoft list?
