Downfalls of Notion. You cannot Mas import a bunch of documents from your computer. You have to do each one individually. Pain in the ass. You cannot email documents or email that you’ve received that you wanna save into Notion. You cannot print your pages from Notion.it’s almost like they came up with an idea, but the Notion engineers had a chunk of the brain taken out as to usability
Yes! I really like Notion but my gmail to notion just doesnt function as it should, then I have to hunt the email. I want something simple. And I need to keep important client information and Notion does not fulfil that. But for my tasks it works. I bought Ultimate Brain from Thomas Frank. And that is actually more than I need but has helped me to learn how notion works better. I am testing Click up at the moment.

I use mainly Jira in enterprise environments, as a freelance I’m also using it but it’s overkill, now I’m trying monday
I like monday but it cost a lot. I would only use for myself tho, but they dont offer a package for 1 single user. Why tho?
Liquidplanner is less fancy but a real solid PM tool
Of all these Project Management options which one is best for iPhone/iPad, I have yet to see a review on that.

Linear is much for developer and product oriented, these are more all round use case. We’ve got one of those planned soon.
How important are the AI capabilities within this context in your opinion? I know Click up has them and Notion AI as well.
Blue also has them! But is not in this video. We check the giants, but they are not always the best
