@@borisgaming4473 Eating exotic food carries lots of potential risks because no one really knows the effects of doing so because of how rare people consuming it is. For example, venison can have different prions like mad cow disease the effects and the prevalence of which are not well studied. Caution is perfectly reasonable.

世界各國對食物料理應該都同意〔色〕、〔香〕、〔味〕三大評價標準!中國料理在烹飪方法、食材及調味品種類上,〔香〕、〔味〕兩方面要比西方料理要更豐富多樣許多,但在勾引食欲的〔色〕方面料理方式,中國料理大大沒有與時俱進,很多中國特殊傳統料理,反而在料理外觀〔色〕之勾引食欲方面,大大的〔原始落後〕,反食物料理〔視覺美觀〕,不管食材原本如何〔醜陋怪異〕,中國料理就讓它保持〔醜陋怪異〕,而沒有用任何廚藝和心思技術,去作〔色〕方面的美觀〔料理〕改善進步,老實說很多含湯汁的〔菜〕品外觀爛爛糊糊暗暗紅紅,在鍋裡和在廚餘桶裡的外觀顏色,不是誇張抹黑真的七成相似,所以說中國大街上大衆料理的〔色〕方面,真的〔很原始落後〕不符合大多數人類的〔視覺美感〕,反而更多是原始感、或怪異感、或混濁感、或恐懼感,無〔料理處理感〕!當然有些中國餐廳飯店的廚師,有進步學得〔色〕方面的〔料理〕觀念和技術,懂得擺盤、刀工或其它〔料理方式〕,讓食物有更加〔美觀誘人〕,而不是保持清末到八九零年前,傳統落後的中國料理方式,大衆中國街道“美”食的外觀,很多還是固執於貧窮落後時代的觀念,真的是〔原始和怪異〕多過〔視覺美觀〕!中國街道美食料理在〔色〕方面,處於世界較落後觀念居多,並沒有〔勾引食欲〕的美感外觀 。
