I'm highly active and struggling to lose weight. from 2am until 7pm I am on my feet. for my job I constantly walk, move, twist and I'm picking stuff up from 1.5lbs to 52lbs all day. I get up in the am and go for a walk before work while my vehicle heats up, then do everything at work and then go on a walk after work and usually before bed. I have a step tracker and walk on average about 10,000 to 15000 steps a day

OK, I am doing keto dairy free my ratio is 5%carbs ,15% protein and 80%fat ,what should be my calorie deficit? to lose weight I wear a fitbit and usually average 2,300 to 2,700 cal a day is it safe to go to 1500 or is it to much of a deficit?

So I'm trying something new this week with a Keto diet. In a day im consuming eggwhites, chicken breast, salmon (EXPENSIVE), 2 protien shakes and almond nuts. I counted my macros and it is weird... 1978 CALS 95g fat (26%), around 20g Carbs (5%), and 247g Prot (68%). I'm only 5'5 and currently hovering around 175lbs (goal weight is 150 at the moment). I was taking in less protein and fats the last 3 weeks but not really seeing too crazy of results. Felt stronger, saw about a 4 lbs loss in those 3 weeks. I think it's a good pace but I got tired of damn salad/chicken breast lol. I know 3 weeks isn't long but I'm changing it up to see if my body reacts different. If anyone had anything to recommend please let me know. Goals is pretty typical, lose weight but try to get toned and build muscle same time. Oh and thanks for the video. I know it's old but helps to hear what someone else thinks that has been successful.

Ok now I'm major confused lol. The first website said my weight loss cals should be at 2200.... macronutrientcalculator is no longer there so I went to another site and that one says my cutting cals should be 1400... ummm.. that's a HUGE difference. I'm in the gym every day (need fuel) and I am overweight so I can understand the 2200... but can also understand the 1400 because 2200 sounds insane for cutting.
I was skeptic about NextLevelDiet because I thought that I would have to eat only broccoli to lose weight. I am eating only food I like and still losing weight.

I've been tracking my macros for a while now and one thing I've noticed is that I'm on a cut so I have my calories set at 1,500 calories. I shoot for my protein goal everyday but at the end of the day I'm still under my carbs and fats while still being under my 1,500 calories (but not by much). So my question is, do I need to hit EVERY single macro or could I be fine with just meeting my protein goal while staying under my carbs and fats for the day as long as I don't go over my 1,500 calories? Note: Even though I'm low on carbs and fats throughout the day I don't feel any hungry.

So my TDEE came out out to 980 calories for fat loss. So if i only eat 980 calories a day and exercise for 90 minutes for 6 times a week. Is that even healthy. I followed the steps on video.

Im a male 25 years of age and weight is 158 pounds. Ive seen your videos and when cutting you're consuming around 100grams of carbs a day. Please let me know if i'm on the right track or if I need to change something. i'm training 6 days a week too :)

I only see about fats, carbs and proteins. How do we calculate sugar, sodium, fiber?? Do they matter
