If it was truly and honestly dealt with proper Biblical restoration, he wouldn’t have been brought back into ministry. According to the book of Timothy he would be disqualified. Not only that, he should have been registered as a child sex offender and wouldn’t have been allowed within so many feet of children. In any case , repentance for sin in isolation, does not entitle anyone to a job or position in a Church , or anywhere else for that matter. It doesn't absolve anyone from the consequences of their actions, or protect them from the consequences of a potential crime. My boss {a woman} in 2015 had a dying husband in the hospital. Robert Morris visited the man. He "prayed". He left the room and told my boss that GOD told him that my boss' husband would Live and not die. Well, a short time later, the man died. 2 confirmed FAKE "words from the LORD". I never knew about this thing with this "young lady" until yesterday. But I'm not really surprised. I always knew his "words from the Lord" were Bogus mainly because there are no longer Apostles and prophets in modern times because the canon is closed. It's impossible to have a closed canon yet still have prophets. If there were still prophets today, the canon would still be open.

The claim that God talks to someone, immediately takes your ability away from you to dispute their claim, because now your being abussively manipulated that any disagreement you have with what this person is claiming is striking directly at God and not the person from whose mouth it came from. HOW DARE YOU doubt them, and thus you are not allowed to javelin a rational conversation with this person. They have weaponized God against you. If you listen to even just a few of Morris's teaching sessions (sorry I can't allow myself to call them sermons) he uses this technique along with other techniques which he uses to place himself in a superior position of spiritual knowledge than anyone else present. Commonly referred to as thinking he's the smartest one in the room. To me it comes across as total arrogance his speaking over those present, instead of speaking to them. I don't believe I could objectively sit and listen to a complete message from Morris, my stomach begins to turn when I hear his voice come over the airwaves.
