Namaste Gurleen Mam.I am ex marine engineer., ex-Banker, currently a trader/investor. A very Informative video. I would like to add certain legal points to the nominee part of your video. Although nominee can claim amount from the bank,Mutual funds, demat account etc but these things should also be mentioned in the will , because technically speaking nominee is just the custodian and not the owner/beneficiary. So a legal heir can always legally challenge the amount claimed by a person as a nominee. Long point short if nominee is the one who a person wants to be the ultimate beneficiary write it down in the will and get the will registered with the sub registrar which makes it less prone to be challenged in the court and proven to be false.
