Sandy Lane Update 21st April 2024 - is the wait nearly over?

- It's near the end of April 2024 and Sandy Lane was due to be opened at the end of March, however as seen from my last video, this is not the case. This latest update shows the temporary fix we will have until the 'road to nowhere' issue is fixed - if it does get fixed! The council have responded to some of the concerns of local residents and the developer has blamed residents for 'unauthorised works' which have caused delays. What these works are, we don't know.
Sandy Lane Plants and Threadgolds have applied for compensation, but have not received anything so far. The response previously was that this was planned work and therefore no compensation is applicable.

Filmed using the DJI mini 3 drone, all drone regulations were followed and I have an operators ID as per rules.

@@clarebabes unofficially the planners at the WNC have invited the legal owner of the land in question to an Arm Wrestling in the rear car park at their HQ in Angel Square to decide who is right

Great drone footage as always what is wrong with Northampton council sandy lane duston end is not a new road its been there years so get on and open it thay should never have let the developers have the upper hand

Northampton council still denying access to a road that's been open over fifty years need to open it now sorting other problems after we wont our access back
