- In this video Kevin, David and I install Feal Suspension 441 Coilovers with Swift 8K springs on Davids 400WHP 06' Hawkeye STI. I love the way these coilovers feel so much smoother than the old Eibach's. David's car is going to be so much better at the autocross this weekend. Lets see if I can still keep up. Always make sure to get a proper alignment after installing any suspension component.
Talk to Odi to get a awesome set of Feal Coilovers or if you need your old coilovers rebuilt.

Hey BLAKE!!!! I bought function form Type 2 coilovers for my 2005 STI after a month of used the front passenger side coilover mount snapped. Do to my budget I decided to buy Raceland GD Primo Adj Damping Coilovers. I struggle with the stiffness, they were either too soft making my ride feeling like riding Ocean waves and to stiff when going over bumps creating too much bouncing with no cushion so I returned them. Tired of that bullshit I decided to go with stock shocks. In the end I bought stock shocks through 3 companies but the shocks did not fit my 05 STI. Basically the 2004 STI knuckle are smaller. 2005-2007 WRX STI knuckles has a width measuring of 1 5/32 and the bracket bolts holes distance from the top to the bottom from end to end is 3 17/32 distance. Bottom line no stocks shocks are available for 05-07 STI’s!!!!!!! My question is how are those coilovers doing so far in your friends 06 STI? Any issues or problems such as the ones I encountered? Can you or do you have any recommendations??!! My STI has been sitting on towers!!!! BLAKE HELP OUT A BROTHER!!!! Requesting help from people who encountered the same situation as I am but found a solution, please me man!!!

Any advice on how to get the screws out? In the back of the rotor? I’ve got the nut off but the bolts won’t come out.

i love my feal 441's. The swift springs makes a huugee difference. If anything look into SCALE coilovers too, they rock the same springs but has a payment plan option :D

Nice install and clean O6STi, I have one as well. How is the ride compared to stocks with lowering springs? I'm debating the 441 or the fixed perch adjustable struts.
+skizzdawg These ride so good with the swift springs definitely recommend the 441's. If you call them let Odi know you saw them in my video.

Blake what class you run? I'm here I. The sd area with a 15 wrx and as hard as I try, I can't keep up with the twins. My best chances are to go back to ds but that's not happening anytime soon:(
I run in SM Street Modified definitely over classing my car but I like to compete with the other fast Subarus. I think technically my car is DSP but there's usually no one that runs in the group so it's kind of an automatic win no fun in that.

I would recommend the Feal 441's but if thats out of budget then Tein basics would be a good choice.

What's so weird about the Eibach coilovers?. They don't have the height adjustment at the bottom?. KW and H&R or any other major European coilovers seems to be designed that way.
+Mark Speed6 The way the spring looks is kind of odd for coilover's or super big and tapers down more like aftermarket springs than most coils.
+Blake's Garage it's a progressive spring not a linear spring. My H&R is like that, I'll be switching soon.
Mark Speed6 Yeah, I know but I'm just saying that weird in my opinion for coil over design. Or at least all the ones out there that I have seen. Ex: Ohnin's, Feal Suspension, KW, Fortune Auto, ISC,BC or any of those look like.
+Blake's Garage from what I know why they used a progressive spring is when the kit is only height adjustable and no rebound or compression adjustments... the progressive spring is supposedly to make the ride soft on slow bumps, but stiffens up when things gets fast...
