    I like what you said about taking things one step at a time, one contraction at a time and allowing your body to do the work it needs to do to birth baby. God made our bodies in such an amazing way and gave women all they need to be able to give birth!

    Thanks for the tips. Im almost 40wks. But been having contractions for 3 weeks now even lost my mucus plug. I get contractions evrry night for 1hr, feels like baby engaged by morning feels baby gone up and nothing again. So most nights i get tensed and feel like it might be it but it's not.
    What advice do u hwve for ppl like me sufferinf from prodromol labour
