Victoria did such a great job, i truly believe that desperate look in her eyes trying to save flora.
Also Becs saying “i will feel it for you its ok” because Peter abandoned her to feel her own agonizing death and she doesnt want Flora to feel the same brought tears to my eyes.
Both nannies truly loved this little girl.
Victoria Pedretti deserves an Emmy for her performance throughout this show.
@@umarsyarif6535 That's a Grammy
@@wav3rid3r Grammys for music?
@@eemmee3411 Yup. I think they deleted their comment but it said smth like "I thought an Emmy was for music"
@@wav3rid3r hahaha okay makes sense
The fact that "its me, its you, its us" line
Is the same line viola tells her newborn daughter.
woww youre so careful
omg thx
Yes. That's her purgatory so it's her rules.
The way Rebecca talked to Flora just shows that blood isn’t always thicker than water. She was like a mother to her when her mom wasn’t there.
It honestly made me cry, considering the person I call a mother isn’t biologically related to me
Did you know that the full quote of that is actually “The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb.” meaning that the family you make is more important than the family you were born into. Not trying to antagonize or be a know it all but I like letting people know about this cause it's a fun fact that a lot of people don't know about :) :)
Flora can't remember what dani did for her is so sad
That’s one of the most heartbreaking parts of the story 🥺
I agree its sad but if she knew what happened to Dani then she would feel guilty not only because of her, for Jamie too.
It's sadder to me that she can't even remember the good times with Dani
@Zsuzsanna Varga well no shit she can’t remember🤣 we’re saying that in general it’s sad that she can’t remember because what Dani did was so generous
It’s sad. But it’s also happy. The kids had enough sadness in their lives. They didn’t need more.
It's you.
It's me.
It's us.
Wasn’t that the quote viola told her newborn daughter as well?
@@Heart_Fxx Yep!
It made me very sad that the Flora did not remember the Dani. It was the only thing that broke my heart when the story was over. She was forgetten at the bottom of the lake for the flora to live 💔
Victoria pedretti is perfect for this role 😭
I loved Flora so much, this scene had me screaming, I really thought that little girl was going to drown. Rebecca made me cry...
This was one of my FAVORITE roles of Victoria, she really is so talented. She brings such an art to each character she portrays
That little "help!" She sound like a scared kitten. Poor baby.
i hates love in You so much with a burning passion but i love Victoria in all the haunting seasons. She’s such an amazing actress.
I love Love
Yeah Love was a dope character. It was built up very brilliantly
I just don’t understand why the lady chose Dani over Flora.. then I saw the ending.. what she wanted more than a daughter is ruining someone’s happiness... but she made a mistake by choosing Dani,.. Dani’s love is stronger than her own selfishness..
This decade is for Victoria Pedretti
1998-2013 was Leonardo Discaprios
Now its her turn
??? What does leo have to do with this lmfao
@@serenitybeats1677 because Leo is an extremely iconic actor and now all I hear about is Victoria
@@serenitybeats1677 agreed, both are good actors. but it’s also funny how both of them have played characters that usually die at the end
God that scream at the beginning is just chilling. Props
Rebbeca made me cry ,
Did not know what was going on in his series until I was bout 2 episodes from the ending lmao
I still don’t get how they couldn’t of broken Violas curse. I mean Dani taking her into herself lifted her curse from the land. But I was kinda hoping we would see a scene of Dani and viola talking. And somewhat Danis words might help set her sprit free. Or atleast find a way to live together. Like two spirits using the same body. Instead when Viola gets full control, she takes Dani back to the lake and kills her and does the walking sleep shit all over again. I mean it’s cool how she won’t be killing anybody thanks to Dani. But I just didn’t like how the curse continued right after Dani got fully possessed by a Viola.
The whole point is that Viola only cares about herself and treats people as if she owns them while Dani is loving and willing to sacrifice her own happiness for the people she loves. Viola is so stubborn she is able to cheat death for years and is willing to put her family in danger by infecting them. What is this random au pair supposed to say to change someone like that? Even tho I would have loved to see Dani live on with Jamie the show would not have been as powerful without this ending.
Also Viola doesn't directly kill Dani. Dani knows Viola is close to taking control so she sacrifices herself so she can't kill anyone else including Jamie.
Pnzu I disagree....I believe Viola was just as much a *victim* all she wanted was to be with her daughter. It’s not her fault she got sick and was unable too. Of course she would be jealous of her sister....her sister got to be the *mother* Viola never COULD be. Due to her illness. Also she killed her sister because her sister KILLED her. She wasn’t inherently evil. She wasn’t born a bad person. Also her own sister married her husband. I mean come on...all that jealousy and anger and hate consumed her. Because of all those things. An your forgetting, everytime she sleeps she wakes up, she forgets. She didn’t mean to kill all those people in her path. To her vengeful spirit they were keeping her away from her daughter, that she longed to see.
As for her being inside Dani idk....mabe Dani could of talked to her and try to understand her pain. Sure Dani never lost a child but she lost her ex fiancé, she blamed herself for his death. Etc. So they both experienced loss in there life. My point is Viola is a victim just like the rest of them, she didn’t ask to get sick, with an incurable disease. An seeing her sister living the life she always wanted, of course that would take it’s toll on her and her own sister KILLING her of course that would piss her off...an make her a vengeful spirit. As for the Dani stuff I agree. Dani should of been able to live a good rest of her life with Jaime.
But also I feel Jaime should have moved on. Life is about moving on and letting go. Surly Dani would have wanted her to move on and e happy, instead of spending rest of her life waiting for her to come back when she won’t. I mean I suppose her ghost finally came back to Jaime at the end when she put her hand on her shoulder but. Jaime spent all those years most likly waiting for that.
Apparently in this universe, exorcisms aren’t a thing🤦🏻♂️
@@Phightins Honestly now that you say that. That’s another thing I didn’t like about the ending. Dani and Jaime spent years being together but yet...didn’t even bother trying to find a way to get Viola out of her. Like finding an exorcist or some person who delt with the supernatural. It was cool that they were happy but Jaime should of spent years also trying to find way to save her from that fate. But instead she just stood by her until it took her over. Which again isn’t wrong of her but still. If you really love someone you would do everything you can to try and save them.
Everybody talks about how Flora will never remember the sacrifice Dani made but she'll also never remember what Rebecca did for her.
Why was Viola able to leave Bly Manor through Dani’s body, but the other spirits couldn’t leave the property even if they were in another person’s body?
Viola herself was the gravitational pull that kept all the other spirits trapped. She accepted Danny's invitation because of her lingering memory of, "It's me, it's you, it's us," which she had said to her daughter. When she left, everyone else left.
Its implied that by saying "its you its me its us" and permanently possessing yourself with a spirit allows the spirit to leave because their anchor changes to the possessed
Wait when Viola finally became Dani was Dani tucked away in a memory partially?
pls does anyone know the instrumental that starts at 1:50

@@aurorae7448 You're welcome. It's always on my instrumental playlist so not much work. I love the fact that they used that again btw, it soothes and is scary, and beautiful...just as The Hunting
It’s a version of Go Tomorrow!
These kids had what, three women willing to sacrifice themselves for them?
I never noticed the eye here
Why did Viola accept Dani's invitation?
I believe its because it somehow made her remember what she was used to say to her daughter. If you try to remember that phrase: "its you, its me, its us" is what Viola said to her newborn baby.
@@kayanlima4437 so she thought Dani was her daughter? After she choked her?
@@snickerdoodle7760 no, of course not, the sentence is what i think caught the attention of Viola, the reason why she accepted may be cause she felt some sort of "empathy" maybe, because the way Dani stood to protect Flora reminded herself with his daughter.
You see, i dont have a clear reason, guess no one has, remember that there is almost nothing left of Viola in her own spirit, most of it was "washed away", its gone... Trying to find a especific reason why she accepted the invitation is a waste of time knowing that we simply can't have a full understanding of her actions
@@kayanlima4437 That would make sense. It would be cool if we could see Viola's point of view in this situation LOL she probably was confused as heck.
this hit hard

A vida é tão triste
They really need to stop narrating overtop of tense scenes - they did the same thing with returning to the house in hill house and narrated overtop of the bowler hall man staring down the characters.
It only serves to kill the tension
No, it doesn't?
@@undrvvorld but it does because it immediately disconnects the audience from the characters’ situation as it’s no longer happening in ‘real time’
@@Damon242 I think that may be just for you because for me, it enhanced the entire experience.
I actually don't mind them but to each its own.
I agree, for me it was a little too much.
what rebbeca did always gets me in the feels
Dude, between Becs sacrificing herself, Flora letting her in, Flora’s memory, and Dani sacrificing her, this scene is a fucking tearjerker and heartbreaker.
The fact that this woman would sacrifice herself for these children just makes me love her more
*It’s so cool how they made the transition of her eye go from blue to brown. So smooth*
the way victoria/dani shouts "it's you, it's me, it's us!" will forever be perfect
It’s so interesting that Viola accepted Dani’s invitation. She always said “I will not go” and she did return to Bly in the end and yet there’s a part of her that yearns for freedom, to escape her 300+ year long purgatory.
Rebecca and Flora always made me cry. It really reminded me of how me and my mother figure are. I’m not able to see her anymore because of my biological parents, but Rebecca and Flora was a reminder that she will always be my mother
"it's you, it's me, it's us" will always break me no matter what.
those 2 times Amelia screamed 'Dani!' send me, her fear is so clear in those.
And the rest is just -
Confetti
Perfectly splendid
This is the scene where i cried😞
Why is she so beautiful...
Why the fuck do people put spoilers in titles?!
You gonna be a billionaire somehow in near future mate
One of the best show ever
Ok Victoria did an incredible job throughout this show, but I need to call something to attention. What the actual hell is the accent she’s doing? It’s like this nasally childlike voice, and it really distracts from otherwise serious scenes. I’ve seen her in other works and she doesn’t talk like that. She could’ve just spoken normally.
Lmao ikr?? She reminds me of the babysitter from the incredibles with her nasally ass voice 😂😂😂
@@superkamiguru4615 THANK YOU! And yes it sounds just like the chick from incredibles. My friend came in while I was watching and said “is she like possessed or something? What’s with the voice”
It's a regional accent southern I believed. I think she did this so like it doesn't really remind me of which in all totalness it didn't. I feel like if she spoke with her real voice I would've felt a bit of . So hence why the accent but I did think the accent also had a nasty little pitch but I thought it was good.
"it doesn't remind of Nell" "With her real voice I would've felt a bit of Nell"
She literally got chocked out a few minutes earlier and then ran to catch up with them at the lake. So yeah, her voice is going to be a little off after that...
