That’s Mike Flanagan’s whole thing. These stories were made to explore deeper human relationships and themes of loss, guilt, depression, mental illness, etc. while using horror as the “means of transportation”.
The saddest most heartbreaking thing is that they wont be together even in death. Jamie will pass away and her spirit will move on while dani will stay and haunt the grounds of Bly manor for all eternity, forgetting a piece of herself with each moment. This fucking show.
No this is wrong I think??(not being hostile) but the only reason why spirits couldn't leave bly was because of Violas stubborn gravity right? And that "curse" was lifted when dani invited viola in? Then again maybe with both Dani and Viola dead maybe the gravity is reinstated? But I dont think they would have gone with this ending bcs of their decision to exclude the red room window from the ending if hill-house to give the characters a happy ending, I feel like they would have as much or maybe even more reason to let Dani and jaime have a happy ending too, especially with how much Dani sacrificed, so selflessly. Idk tho you could be correct but I think that Dani was able to contain viola, she died a far more peaceful and controlled and rational death then Viola so I feel Dani could keep her at bay she may be strong enough to keep viola at bay and live her ghostly make belive afterlife with jaime too.

Older Jamie (narrator) also says that if you go to England, you will not find a place called Bly Manor, which means that she made up the name in order to prevent anyone from going there and exploring it.
My question IS, how did the Wingraves survive the years Living at Bly Manor WITHOUT ever crossing the PATH of Viola’s deadly “walks”…? HOW? The children were OBVIOUSLY too young to recognize the ghost of Viola for their first few years. So who protected them? The mother had a late night affair which would have put her in great danger of Violas “awakening”. AND..where did Mrs. Wingrave sleep? Was it the same room that once occupied Viola and where she takes her nightly strolls? So why didn’t Viola ever kill Floras mother? I’m just so confused😭
I've read in comments from other people that the Wingraves didn't live there. It was more of a place to spend the summer. Also, Viola doesn't do her walks every nights, it's just from time to time. I'm not saying that's enough justification, but that's all we got
@@jmo4479 yea it was sad, she died like seconds before Dani started her first day at the house we saw the opening scene of her arrival from a different perspective.
Hannah’s story is the true tragedy. Falling in love, and when you finally pluck up the courage to embrace it and live your life it’s already too late. 😢
30 mins in the first episode. When Dani cant sleep. She goes down to make tea. When shes walking back up to her room and you see the doctor with that mask on turn his head to look at her. Right there. I was hooked
What I don’t understand is how jamie looks so much older by flora’s wedding. They show her when Flora is 17 and she looks nearly the same and I’m guessing Flora was maybe 25 at most when she’s getting married. That’s only an 8 year difference. Lol her age progression literally makes no sense.
I think Jamie changed parts of the story so the wedding guests wouldn't be able to pick up on it. Like how it's not actually called bly manor and flora was actually her middle name.
I don’t think it was floras wedding, was it? When the characters flash showing them younger I figured that was just her identifying them with those people because you’re right, that age gap is kind of a huge plot hole
Ok so a lot of people assume the wedding took place in 2007 bc it's 20 years later after the event. That would also put Flora at 28 years old, which is a pretty common age to get married. I saw somewhere that Dani died in 2000 bc she died the day after Jamie came in with their civil union, which was legalized for same sex couples in Vermont in July 2000. Jamie was complaining about long lines, indicating it was rather soon after the legalization. So if Dani died in 2000, 13 years after the events of bly manor, she was probably around 35 at the time. This can put her at the same age as viola when she died, which is why I'm thinking 35 because maybe there was some hidden meaning. Assuming Dani was the same age as Jamie, we can put Jamie at 35 in 2000, then at 42 in 2007. So it's not a horrible stretch, although the graying hair and wrinkles are still a bit iffy.
I think it's because she didn't realize she was dead.Same thing with Peter, after he was killed he came back not realizing he was dead until he saw viola dragging his body. Its deeper than that tho so idk. Also when Hannah died she looked at her body for at least 5seconds
i think ghosts can choose whenever they're seen. that's why hannah disappears for a while when there's no maintenance to be done. dani even said she was looking for her in one of the episodes. and just like peter being outside the house, dani could see him but he would then disappear
The people in the house can by occasion see the ghosts, Quinten said:" It room me a while to figure out how I can make you see me" to (still alive) miss Jessel. When Quinten was Just killed and he hadn't realised he was dead, the kids also talked to his ghost. So the same with Hannah, nobody knew she had died and they all where talking to her ghost
@@amRohma i think it's anyone that died on the property, its touched upon in viola's episode that it's more to do with the house rather than the cause of death
I get that Flora might lose most of her accent since she lived the rest of her life in America but her English accent was so thick I would think she would still have a bit of it.
I think that when Jamie retells the story, she changes a lot of it so she won't make Flora realize it actually happened. My theory is that the mansion and the family was actually American and Danny was actually from Britain making "Poppins" An even more fitting nickname.
But how did Jamie know all these things about Viola?! I thought it might be Dani telling the story the whole time because she was possessed by Viola 🤷♀️
Dani probably told Jamie all about Viola when Viola's spirit merged with Dani. Like for we see the beast in the jungle conversation where Dani is talking to Jamie indicating Viola. You don't have to directly see how Jamie knew all the things about Viola, you just assume and can tell. All the other characters didn't know about who Viola was or even her name, so it's safe to assume Dani was the only one who truly knew things about Viola
@@robertathespider5311 true. you make a good point. I was just thinking that cuz in present time you see viola take flora from the same bed Isabel was on many years ago. viola thought it truly was her daughter. meaning viola still had the some core memories/ knowledge left. or just Jamie didn't tell all the parts and history of viola. maybe Jamie made up some of the other details bout viola to try to make sense/cope of Dani and her seeing a faceless woman "lady in the lake" , viola taking flora, and Dani's death. could dani just have had bad ptsd from the traumatic things she experienced/saw (more stuff than Jamie) at Bly? so dani couldn't take it anymore, went back to Bly to take her own life. even though she still loved Jamie had love for flora and miles. It honestly could just been a plot hole.
I don’t get how Jamie found out about the history of the previous owners. Like how viola killed periditta after she suffocated her. How would she be able to find out all the details?
Maybe Dani learned it from having Viola inside of her so she was able to access her memories and she just told it to us at that part of the story so we would know it then 🤷🏻♂️
I thought I was totally confused even after I finished watching it all, yet your video helped me confirm that I did actually have it understood (for the most part anyway)
The question is why not the lady of the lake stay in the LIVING Dani for the rest of dani's life. Why did she have to go back to the lake. And why was she still angry since now she's experiencing life and love again through Dani's body. Also why were all the dead people including the lady of the lake and Hannah have physical bodies that everyone can touch except for Peter and Rebecca!? That made no sense
Viola doesn't kill Dani by drowning at the end, Dani does. She sacrifices herself so that viola cannot return to the world through her and cause more harm, a realisation that comes to her when she finds herself almost choking Jamie.
As for the second part of your question, I think the ghosts have a choice on whether their bodies can be physically interacted with or not. Peter pretends that he can't be touched so that Rebecca gets convinced about his plan, and she herself uses this tactic later on. Similarly, the lady of the lake carries flora physically WHILE walking right through Hannah, hinting at the fact that it's something the ghosts can control.
I think it might have something to do with realising they are dead. Hannah seemed mostly physical until she always recalled being dead. So possibly when Viola was carrying Flora and they passed through Hannah, it’s because “they” passed through Hannah as opposed to Hannah passing through Viola. Viola has become somewhat a mindless ghost, so doesn’t have the acknowledgement that she is dead. Which is why she can physically interact with things. That’s the only way I can think of. I don’t think Peter actually intentionally passed through Rebecca to trick her (although it wouldn’t surprise me if he did) but Peter seemed to be the only one that was always conscious of being dead. Which again I go back to the idea of knowing one is dead determines how they end up being able to interact with the world. But also I think they must be able to control it to some extent. Again, possibly after they realise.
If Peter got out of Rebecca’s body after he possessed her body and walked her into the lake. And Rebecca was also able to be a ghost outside of the lake to walk around. Then why did viola not get out of Dani’s body after Dani walked her into the lake?
Because by the time that Peter left Rebeccas body, she had been breathing in so much water that by the time she realized it, as she was being tucked away again in and out, it was too late. Peter left her body at the last few moments, so Rebecca died alone. Dani walked into the lake with both herself and Viola, who had not yet completely taken over Dani’s body. Dani did not want to give Viola the opportunity. The last straw being that she almost strangled Jamie while they were asleep, thus why Dani walked herself into the lake to trap them both there, no one could be harmed by them.
It's just an ordinary ghost story. You know.... The fairy tale story and a curse... Hill House was extraordinary and Bly manor is nowhere near to that level !

I think he was already possessed by Peter in all the school scenes (they take place 6 months earlier, so Rebecca is already dead) and Peter let Miles do all the horrible things to get him back to Bly, so he and Rebecca can take over their bodies
What I understood is that everyone has a "key", i.e. something that will allow you to get what you want from them. Miles wanted to go back home because of Flora's letter. Miles stated he was searching for Father Stack's key; I think what he meant was, he was trying to find what he needed to do to make Father Stack finally give up on helping him and send him home.
It's very difficult to explain how she held stuff and was visible to people but I've heard of two theories: 1) she's in denial about her death so it maybe just doesn't affect her like it does others 2) Hannah actually dies the night Peter is executing his plan thingy and the entire finale happens. The scenes with her memories happened right after she died. (But this doesn't really add up because we could see various instances where Hannah would just vanish and act lost and stuff)
Only the blipping part was confusing to me where the ghosts travelled through memories and stuff especially the part where Peter and Rebecca had a plan to unite this way. Also if Hannah was a ghost how was she able to do normal human stuff
I'll be honest, when you start watching this you are very confused. When episode 5 hits, you get super confused. It's not until the last two episodes they start to explain everything. But the explanation just feels like a jumbled mess that's not very compelling.
I can't be the only one that is still wondering how the wind Graves were never aware of the lady in the lake. She left muddy footprints, and not to mention if any of them were awake in the room at night to get water or go to the restroom they would get choke slammed to death. I understand that they didn't live here all the time, but I mean at one point she had viola in the bedroom with her when she was born (again i understand she wasn't the size of her daughter). But I feel like the is a very convenient pothole. Anyone got any takes?
My sister and I discussed this just today. Viola kept visiting her daughter's room. In the beginning of the show, they said that part of the house was closed off. The house was fairly large so Flora and Miles might have been in other rooms in the house. Viola only knew one route, from the lake, up the stairs to her daughter's room. Over time she would forget why she was even there and turn back around. As long as no one was in her path, no one got killed. That's why they wanted Dani to stay in her room at night. The muddy footprints weren't there every night because it is possible that Viola did not wake every day. Hannah mentioned that she just had to mop the floor 2 weeks ago. They always assumed it was the kids sneaking out some nights and the kids never denied it because they were trying to keep the secret of what was going on.
@@joanski786 hi Joanie_bee no I don’t doubt why miles and flora didn’t directly encounter her, since I understand that they were in their rooms which were not in viola’s direct, consistent path. What I don’t understand is how their parents, Charlotte and Dominic wingrave never encountered her, given that their bedroom was Violas bedroom (prior to when she got sick). If you recall Viola’s husband, her daughter and her slept in that main bedroom prior to get getting sick. Thereafter her daughter and husband continued to sleep in that room which is why she kept walking to that room, following the same path to find her daughter there. From my understanding the room her husband and daughter slept in is the same as Dominic and Charlotte wingrave. So unless viola literally went into hibernation for the entire time they used that room (which was years), I don’t understand how they they never encountered her. Which seems unlikely. I think it’s a plot hole
@@martiniquecordeiro167 What i am saying is, the room that Viola visited was not their main bedroom but their daughter's bedroom. That is why she once found a random child there and took him. It is possible when she roamed the halls during her illness and saw her father with her, it could be that the father stayed that night with her after tucking her in, hence why Viola never got a chance to interact with her. The husband was there.
@@joanski786 hey I fully understand what you're saying. But I happen to, respectfully, disagree. I believe the room she walked to every night was her old main bedroom (that she shared with her husband and child prior to getting sick) and not her child's room. I do think her child probably went to sleep there over the years with her father (even after being an infant). However I think Viola walked there because it was the room she shared with her infant and husband. In fact, if you remember from episode 1 Miles, Flora and Hanna specifically mentioned to Dani that there is a wing of the house where their parents used to live and that they don't go into anymore (this can be found around the 21-minute mark of episode 1). I believe that Flora and Miles made this so as to protect people from going there, knowing that the lady of the lake walks that exact route. In episode 8, when Viola gets sick and the doctor tells them that Viola has to be kept away/separate from everyone else, Viola's husband specifically mentions that their daughter cannot sleep without their mother (this can be seen around the 12-minute mark of episode 8). You can also see by the double doors, windows and layout of the room that Viola keeps walking to the main bedroom (which has the exact same layout, apart from where the bed is placed, as Charlotte and Dominic Wingrave's room). You can also see this from episode 9, when the lady of the lake drags Dani's body through the house. Viola drags Dani to a room where the furniture is covered in sheets. If you remember, all the furniture in Charlotte and Dominic Wingrave's room is covered in sheets as they do not use that wing anymore. This can be seen around the 5:30 minute-mark of episode 9. This is the same room that Peter and Rebecca go to, which is where Peter was trying to steal Charlotte's jewellery and made Rebecca wear that coat. Actually in episode 3 when Peter takes Rebecca to the Wingrave's old room to give her the coat, Rebecca actually says 'why do the kids keep tracking mud in here'. This is heard at around the 38-minute mark of episode 3. And when Peter says its fine, Rebecca says the kids shouldnt be in their parents room/wing at all and neither should they (being Rebecca and Peter). The mud prints, as we know are from the lady of the lake (hence, Rebecca thinks the kids are the ones tracking mud into the parents wing, unknowingly). And since we know that Peter is taking Rebecca to the Wingrave's old room this proves that this is where the lady of the lake is walking to. Hence, this is why I say that it makes no sense that the Wingraves never encountered Viola. You'll further see that when Rebecca and Peter enter that room that the furniture is covered in sheets and is the same layout as the room that Viola walks to. Also around the 14-minute mark of episode 9 you can see Henry with the kids in the old parents bedroom (the same one I believe Viola walks to). Here, some of the sheets have been taken off the furniture and they are looking at old photos and old things belonging to their parents. They are back in their parents room because they are no longer scared to go there. They are also packing up the house to leave. Further I found this article below explaining (which can also be heard around the 45-48 minute mark of episode 8): 'So she slept, she woke, she walked. She would rise out of the lake and walk up into her old bedroom, “feeling that if she walked to her bedroom, to the room she once shared with her husband, her infant daughter, that perhaps the nightmare would abate,” the Narrator explains. But each time she faced an empty bed, she would remember. And the remembering itself “was injury anew"'. I found it in the link here: collider.com/haunting-of-bly-manor-episode-8-explained/ Moreover, I also found: “Throughout her 6-year illness, she notices her husband and sister growing closer. Missing her husband and daughter, she wanders to the main bedroom every night to watch them sleep. Eventually, she decides to put all her jewels and clothes into a chest and lock them away, only for her daughter to open when she's old enough. Arthur and his daughter then move out of Bly Manor and throw Viola’s chest in the lake. Viola’s room vision soon merges with the watery grave she’s been condemned to. Now, instead of leaving her bedroom and walking to the master suite, she walks from the lake, into the house, up the stairs, along the corridor and into the bedroom, in the hopes of seeing her daughter.” www.popbuzz.com/tv-film/haunting-of-bly-manor/who-lady-in-the-lake-explained/#:~:text=Viola%20and%20her%20sister%20Perdita,a%20man%20named%20Arthur%20Lloyd.&text=Throughout%20her%206%2Dyear%20illness,night%20to%20watch%20them%20sleep. Feel free to double-check me, but I definitely stand by the fact that Viola kept walking to her old main bedroom, the one she shared with her husband and daughter. And that this was the same main bedroom that belonged to the Wingrave's. Hence why it seems like a plothole that Charlotte nor Dominic wingrave, never encountered Viola, even whilst leaving their room to get something to drink during the night.

The haunting of hill house on the other hand is another story lol
What is the significance of Miles throwing the viola doll down the trash chute and what’s the significance of him being all ready to go as if waiting for Dani when she comes in the room in the morning? And what was the point of the scene of him almost pushing Jamie off the ladder? And then Flora acts wired also, she hides in the attic with all the ghosts but is afraid to go to the basement? But let’s Dani go? And how did she know that her Viola doll couldn’t remember her name on the walk back to her room after danni got the doll from the basement?? I think she lured Danni to the basement for the doll and to the attic during hide and seek but I can’t understand why? If she was possessed at those times then why would Rebecca want to do that? Was she trying to take over Danny’s body the whole time but making Peter believe she would take Floras? And she seemed to have lured her again when setting her free and telling her to leave with Flora. Wouldn’t she know the lady of the lake was making her walk? I feel Rebecca wanted Danni to die because she was jealous of her in some way. And then Flora humming that song at the beginning and in the attic, if she was possessed by Rebecca at his time why is Rebecca singing that song? That song is significant to Viola and old af. Why would they both keep singing it because of a jewelry chest?? It makes me feel that Flora may have been possessed by the lady of the lake also or that something deeper is going on with her. Like Flora was born in that house at night during the time Viola could have been making her walk. Makes me wonder if there was something going on with Flora deeper than anyone ever imagined. There’s just so many plot holes to me 🕳

I think it's because she doesn't accept her death yet. Viola is also able to touch people and interact with the physical world, and she too doesn't accept her death. In a way I guess it keeps them grounded in the physical world?
@@ventor11225 Why does it have to be bad writing? I really think it's a choice they made and I find it pretty logical. It's like denying their death keeps them here, and as they come to terms with it, their spirit can finally rest and they start going "towards the light" for lack of a better term. Notice how Hannah, after finally coming to terms with her death, can be seen but not interact anymore: Viola and Dani go straight through her in the final episode, then she can be seen by Jamie and Owen but no one touches her, and when everything is over and Bly's spirits are released from Viola's gravity, Hannah can only be seen by Henry's ghost, until Henry comes back to life and Hannah's ghost disappears. Viola is the only other spirit that is seen as being able to touch people, and she doesn't accept her death either. To me that's the most likely explanation and I think it makes sense.

Its because Peter Quint killed her by pushed her to the well that night (when he posessed Miles). So from that point Hannah was trapped in her memories. Then later that night, Owen and Jamie came back to the Manor and saw Henry's car, at that point she recently died and she told them to go to the lake.
Liiike
Maybe she was sleeping then sha
I've read in comments from other people that the Wingraves didn't live there. It was more of a place to spend the summer. Also, Viola doesn't do her walks every nights, it's just from time to time. I'm not saying that's enough justification, but that's all we got
ikrrr
i just would like to acknowledge what a genius Mike Flanagan is
Here here.
The original novella is written by Henry James
Love that his wife (Viola) always stars in all his works
The weird thing to me, was that I didn't know Hannah was dead until the end of it. I though she had some kind of premonition or vision.

@@hashbrown7669 noooo loll I just have missed that. I only saw her looking in the well and then the children ran to Dani.

Am I the only one who bawled their eyes out on the last episode???! Movies and shows never even usually make me cry!

I think it was her wedding. Remember owen said the kids didnt remember anything when they were all at his restaurant? And that she had a boyfriend
I guess they only did it so we wouldn't know it's Jamie before the very end. It was the only way, really.
I checked whether I am playing it on 1.5x..
I keep rewinding, then i change to playing it on 0,75x
The best part of this series was the plot twist where we find out the narrator is Jamie
And the bride was Flora.
I really liked all the narrating to tell me what was going on. The hallmark of a quality show.
Simply splendid 😄
How were they still able to see Hannah ? That part still confuses me lol.
Ya that too confuses me because i thought only the people killed by the lady in the lake can become ghost?!
Why is the two colored eyes not mentioned?
Idk why ppl were acting oblivious to that
Well because it's pretty straightforward. The heterochromia is a way of showing us their body is occupied by another spirit.
@@icancounttopotato18 I agree, I think everyone understood what happened there.
@@mc_fly246 But even Viola didn’t know who she was. That knowledge was lost to her over time, so how would Dani know
@@robertathespider5311 true. you make a good point.
Good point. Just chalk it up to "Movie Magic"
Maybe Dani learned it from having Viola inside of her so she was able to access her memories and she just told it to us at that part of the story so we would know it then 🤷🏻♂️

@@ventor11225 the film was brilliant and I think I lot of people can agree🌸💕
I thought I was totally confused even after I finished watching it all, yet your video helped me confirm that I did actually have it understood (for the most part anyway)
This video is perfectly splendid!
This was my question also!
@@UltimateBrofist13 not super convinced about this one
Guys are we all actually dead? I'm so freaked out right now.
LMAOooo
If Peter got out of Rebecca’s body after he possessed her body and walked her into the lake. And Rebecca was also able to be a ghost outside of the lake to walk around. Then why did viola not get out of Dani’s body after Dani walked her into the lake?
Because viola had no where to go at that point. Remember when she went into Dani, all the other ghosts were set free.
Not everyone would love this series. I loved it.

So was Hannah a ghost the whole damn time? When did she get pushed into the well by PeterMiles?
It's very difficult to explain how she held stuff and was visible to people but I've heard of two theories:
1) she's in denial about her death so it maybe just doesn't affect her like it does others
2) Hannah actually dies the night Peter is executing his plan thingy and the entire finale happens. The scenes with her memories happened right after she died. (But this doesn't really add up because we could see various instances where Hannah would just vanish and act lost and stuff)
I've seen so many RUclipsrs post a video "Explaining the ending". Who didn't understand it? I thought the whole thing was fairly obvious.
So many people in my movie groups on facebook were so confused! I thought the whole series was obvious lol
Only the blipping part was confusing to me where the ghosts travelled through memories and stuff especially the part where Peter and Rebecca had a plan to unite this way. Also if Hannah was a ghost how was she able to do normal human stuff

Great summary. Nailed it.
I had the same thought. How could that be their main bedroom but they never encountered viola ?
Further I found this article below explaining (which can also be heard around the 45-48 minute mark of episode 8):
'So she slept, she woke, she walked. I found it in the link here: collider.com/haunting-of-bly-manor-episode-8-explained/
Moreover, I also found:
“Throughout her 6-year illness, she notices her husband and sister growing closer.
Now, instead of leaving her bedroom and walking to the master suite, she walks from the lake, into the house, up the stairs, along the corridor and into the bedroom, in the hopes of seeing her daughter.”
www.popbuzz.com/tv-film/haunting-of-bly-manor/who-lady-in-the-lake-explained/#:~:text=Viola%20and%20her%20sister%20Perdita,a%20man%20named%20Arthur%20Lloyd.&text=Throughout%20her%206%2Dyear%20illness,night%20to%20watch%20them%20sleep.

@@icancounttopotato18 Bad writing.
Ok. But, they tried to make it seem as if the children were dead and that Henry killed the parents
You also didn't mention the people Jamie is telling the story to. Are they actually the grown ups version of Bly Manor people or not.
The bride is Flora, Owen and Miles standing together, Henry danced with Flora.
@@spicybrown75 it is not the real Flora coz by that time flora would have been in her late 30s
@@yadukrishnan4594 Flora is 8 in 1987, the narrator telling the story in 2007. So she would be only 28 years old in 2007. It was the real Flora from the story.
@@spicybrown75 if she was flora how can she not recognise the story as her own? I mean even if she doesn't remember the incidents she certainly remembers that she had a summer home when she was a kid. And also No reaction from Owen or Henry after hearing the story.
@@adhunikmanav2638 rewatch the last episode. Owen explained to Jamie and Dani that kids couldn't remember a thing.
Great explanation 👌
They never should have made Hannah been dead from the beginning. It makes absolutely no fucking sense since she literally falls asleep on Owens should in that one episode and he leans his head on hers. How does that work if she was already a fucking ghost?
This is everything I’d ever want in a tv showwww
I thought that this was a retailing of the book a truning of the screw .
Why is Hannah the only one that can be seen by everybody and hold objects while being dead? Also drinks... at some point?!
It shows her denial, she denied her death
Its because Peter Quint killed her by pushed her to the well that night (when he posessed Miles). So from that point Hannah was trapped in her memories.
Then later that night, Owen and Jamie came back to the Manor and saw Henry's car, at that point she recently died and she told them to go to the lake. Thats why you can see Owen realized shes suddenly disappear and sense somethings wrong with her.
Then she told Henry (when Henry's unconcious and Owen doing CPR to him) to check the well because that bastard Quint pushed her there that night.
@@lekomato1772 this would mean Dani only serve in bly manor for only a day, which would make sense
@@ace5768
So if one denies of his/her death then the person can actually keep on living like an actual living individual.... Is this logical ? What is this ? Some kind of joke with death ? 😂
Eeehhhh how exactly did flora's parents died cause when henry was talking with his evil version he said " tell them exactly how their parents died" and its only mentioned as an accident
Thank You ❤️
can someone tell me at what times the kids were being possessed exactly
Well for sure whenever Miles was being a complete brat, he was being possessed . He always had that wicked lil grin on his face and he talked more adult like. As for Flora I didn't really realize until the end that she was being possessed, I guess because the change in her was more subtle if not almost non existent .
I think for Flora it was whenever she would look over her shoulder and zone out
@@zolekangwenya5658 no because when she looked over her shoulder she was actually looking at rebecca
perfectly splendid
Does anyone knows what was the name of the sickness that cause Viola’s to died? Cuz “The Lugs” makes no sense for me 👀
Well, I was the “lung” and Im guessing it was lung cancer
My guess is it was tuberculosis, which is a serious, potentially fatal, bacterial disease that mainly attacks the lungs.
Yay now I don’t have to watch it and feel scared 😂👍🏻
After watching both series hill house and bly manor I can’t decide which is better, probably bly since it was a lot simpler and had a better story line and yet so sad at the same time
Concise AF! +1
Before the parents died, we have no ghost story. Why? And why Hannah is viewed by everyone, while the other ghosts don't?
Thank you! 😀
What channel is this lovely show on???
Netflox
I still don't understand why the evil Henry showed up after he found out about the parents death
His older brother basically cursed him. After he found out Henry was having an affair with his wife, he confronted him and said something along the lines of “may you live every waking moment with your ugly twisted self.” He basically manifested it all into Henry’s mind which drove him to alcoholism
@@ChiliCrisp88 ohhh right I see, thanks for the explanation 😊
@@funkay1 happy to help!☺️
I am in love with this ❤️❤️❤️
Who is the little boy ghost?
I fully understand the story but I’m a bit confused with Hanna. Since she was dead even before Dani showed up, does that mean Dani was seeing her all along ?
Dani saw her because Hannah chosen to be visible to the peoples of Bly manor, she can’t leave though, so others can’t see her from afar I suppose.
was that even a big reveal ? the narrator was the gardener
Same house as in Steven King's Rose Red.
Now i know she always lit 4 candles. One was for herself!
She would sleep. She would wake. She would walk.
I think that's what throws me off, Jamie, isnt she like, Irish or Scottish? Why is she so English as an older chick?
Finished it recently, but i think I don't understand how Jaime knw everything, or mayb she made it up?
Tot it was dani tat was telling the story
She is so beautiful the black woman !! Wow
Her bald hair suits her so well.
I was into this show at first but and then episode 5 had me really going wtf?? But then it seemed like they were just trying too hard and all the cutaways and flashbacks made the story a chore to follow. By the end I was glad it was over.
lazy lol
Didn't glow my mind. Don't assume. I simply wanna dive deeper
I found this confusing..The repeating got a bit monotonous..
how was hannah able to touch owen..cause peter couldnt touch rebecca
Hannah doesn't believe she is dead. Peter knows he is. That's the cartoon reference.
Why can’t dani just come to her during day is it still because of viola or other
