Hi, it looks like a quick operation on the video, but I purchased the bundle Sharpen-denoise-gigapixel AI a week ago and I'm finding it very slow to do any work with them almost like the Topaz Denoise 1.3.3 I bought two years ago and gave up using it. I have no new but decent 2014 Mac Book pro retina 15"-16 GB Ram, 2.2 Ghz Intel core i7, SSD hard drive. Do I have to buy a new computer just for Topaz? I'm thinking to ask for a reimbursement. Comment? Thanks
Hi - I'm running the trial version 3.3.1, and so far it is proving incredibly slow when it comes to saving the processed file as a DNG. I am using an iMac (27-inch, Late 2013) running High Sierra with an NVIDIA GeForce GT 755M 1024 MB card, which Sharpen AI is set to use. The Mac is the 3.2 GHz Intel Core i5 version with 32 GB of RAM. It has so far taken about 30 minutes to save a DNG and it is nowhere near finishing. This can't be right, surely? Unless this can be fixed it sadly makes your software worthless as far as I'm concerned.

If I understood you right, "Apply auto lens correction " and "Apply raw color correction" must be disabled if you import a raw directly in Topaz Sharpen or Topaz DeNoise as a standalone application, is it correct? They should be on if they come from from LR or PS, right? Thanks for clearing this out
I downloaded Sharpen AI and it took over an hour and my PC is pretty new and fast and so is my connection. However, I tried a couple photos to enhance the images, one of which is blurry out of focus and the other pixelated, both are improved somewhat but not nearly as good as expected, mediocre at best, and I haven't found the upsizing controls to make the images larger. Quite disappointed. Huge bloated GB file size. Plus, I am trying it out to see if I like it and a giant watermark is over my enhanced images. My v7 Photoshop does just as good with filters. I will try the competition. Possibly one star out of 5 IMHO.

You mention you have a video on masking. Can you please tell me what it’s called? The only one I seemed to find was over a year old so the version was very different. Thanks.
v402 that I just bought yesterday is an impossibly long download! The models are taking even longer at up to half an hour each....66mb to 130mb. Hours and hours and hours for 10 models. I will restart and see if they want to again as they did from last nights launch to noon todays launch of the app. Its now 2:02pm and not half through them. What gives. Topaz there Is no forum on your site. I love the app though for the 5min I used it last night. iMac, 3gb RAM, 2tb Samsung SSD and onboard nVME.
reading these comments im very hesitant about buying even with the discount. sounds like this program is FUBAR. no matter how powerful your computer is....
I had this version and found it was "garbage". Luckily I took it on trial. It is really limited in what it can do and can be very frustrating. Slow and messy. They have a long way to go yet in sharpening images so I will stick with PS until it ever gets better.
Wondering why when I save a modified image, it becomes smaller (even though selecting maximum quality) 14.2mb after being modified becomes 6.7mb. I've noticed this with the first few images that I have modified and saved.
At about time 6:50 you mentioned a fourth option for Out of Focus titled "Advanced". I am running version 3.2.1 which I just bought in the past week and I do not see this option show up. Is that option for a future release? Thank you.

your doing something wrong then. my pc is over a yr old, files are quick and fine. sorry
Running the current version 3.2.1 and there is no "Advanced" option under "Out of Focus" as you show in the video.

Amazing software , i am just in awe but I got the latest one and I have no advanced setting in this one. Please put it back.

Version 3.3.5 demo doesn't work on Radeon powered Mac - keeps telling me to change processor in preferences but it gives the error no matter what
