- Hello there!
This build focuses mostly on Mod and Skill AOE damage while giving you insane amounts of lifesteal :)
You can easily defeat apoc bosses and regular enemies. It's valid starting on Invoker level 1 since it uses the first skill invoker gets and is incredibly efficient when farming XP to level up your archetype.
Deathwish gives us a whooping 50% increase to all damage and some sweet sweet lifesteal on top of that!

As soon as I saw and tried the Monolith after beating the boss while using invoker I knew a video like this was about to drop
Duuuuuuuude! Love this build. Just took out Tal Ratha on apocalypse in one go! It was SO much fun! I made a few mods but kept 80-90% of your structure. Cheers amigo!!

Glad you like it! It is a lot of fun to play it but you have to remember on Apocalypse that everything has its limits and if you get hit 3 times in a row you die :D

this is awesome! i made a very similar build to this utilizing the echo of the forest amulet with profane heart for the 30 secs of life steal from the relic (good for when deathwish is offline). hunter/ritualist does damn good damage with monolith, or can go more mod heavy with archon/ritualist
Profane heart gives u 3% life steal with out using it, pair it with leech and siphoner trait 💪💪

I used a tank passive health regen build around 230 armour and 73 dr and man some of the dlc bosses can just tap you soo easily with skull cracker and stuff. But very nice build my guy

Thanks for the vid! Excited to try this out once I get that new Losomn amulet. Quick question tho since I've been away for a couple months - didn't the whole Deathwish/Kinship thing get nerfed? Or was it that Kinship was affecting Deathwish too much and they lowered the effect? Looking forward to all the new builds you'll come up with from the new DLC!
Hope you find it quickly as it's extremely fun! Bonus area and duration feels great. The story of deathwish kinship was that it used to take into account both kinship and armor values when calculating damage inflicted. Then they changed so it didnt take any of them into account and then they reverted it but made only kinship affect it. Right now Kinship still affects it but as you can see in the video its not even needed now as it barely does any damage. Will probably get changed again soon :D

I'm using a similar build atm but I'm using world's edge + tainted blade, reasoning is that since ritualism isnt your main, you will have clear/aoe issue. World's edge with tainted + damage buff from ritualism completely shreds world mobs, elites will in seconds, that "big" plant elite in the new area takes less than 2 charge attacks. Try it out!

Thanks! Yes it was fixed with a patch yesterday. Now to run it you basically need kinship maxed out but even then its doing more damage than its supposed to.
@@Mr-Nacho420 nope.. tried this.. they have again broken kinship to work with this. so for now there is no way to negate this damage until they fix kinship.

@@Mr-Nacho420 yeah I tested it the day after the update and at that time it still gave me 1% hp when using deathwish with kinship. Today I tried it again and tooltip says it's suppose to deal 60% dmg with kinship on but it deals around 80% not 60 so it still seems to be broken somewhat. I read up on this and it's not first time they have broken deathwish with kinship sadly.
@@missdokidokisan Yea deathwish was reworked like 5 times already so its sad its still not fixed. The problem that is causing that is that the increase to the duration does not decrease the damage you take. So by default its 60% over 20s but if you increase skill duration with trait and amulet then it will deal more damage to you this way over the whole duration.
I think maybe it’s the skill duration increase that’s effecting the health drain of Deathwish. Since they made that change in the patch maybe the drain gets spread out more evenly rather than sucking your health bar away almost instantly. Just a guess tho
No idea really but even if they change it then investing in Kinship will make it work perfectly fine :)

Sorry for the off-topic but i wanted to ask your opinion about the Sagittarius' mod changes on recent patch and if it makes it viable now to use as a mod damage build? It's my favorite mod in the game, but prior to the patch it really sucked and nobody used the mod, now though i'm hopeful. Thank you for your content and this awesome build too.
It is doing good damage now and is quite reliable. The problem with it is that it’s static so if you don’t manipulate your enemies to stand in place or if they just get away some way then you’re not dealing dmg. But in general it can work on a mod build. The real question becomes why would you use it instead of let’s say monolith that has a mod of similar size and damage but follows enemies too :)

I love this build one question have you tested it with devouring loop for skill spam? I can only see it being used for maping just curious though
Honestly I'd go with the Sapphire Dreamstone as its more consistent but devloop is not a bad choice. We dont have a ton of crit in this setup and now they changed it so you only get one charge when devloop procs.

Is that a bug? An oversight? If it's intended, that has got to be one of the most baffling design choices I've ever seen. It kind of annoys my ADHD so much it's making me hesitant to use the build.

I just like it a lot. It does not play a vital role but 7% DR for a consumable is very good :)
I still have to beat the night weaver on this game, I think that's when I last played this game in I don't even know how long but I do remember where I was in the story mode

How do you get the profane heart relic? Great build btw!
You need to go to the Infested abyss and submit to the cow aberration. It will give you the profane soul stone. Then you need to go to the labyrinth and talk with the eyeball at the end and refuse its offer to cleanse the amulet. Then you need to come back to the cow and submit again and you will get this relic as a reward. I recommend doing it on the adventure and only going back to campaign for the labyrinth. Hope that helps :)

I just discovered a remnant 2 toolkit on my phone and it made remnant fun again after having the platinum and I'm doing a lot of the builds on it and I wonder for this one:Is it better to use deathwish then the big splashy wave or the other way?
yea deathwish fist since it gives you bonus damage on the wave :)

Still looking for the necklace, but I swapped a few things.
I removed burden of the destroyer for the leaking gemstone, so that Nebulas mod charges while it is active, and removed swiftness for chakra for additional mod duration
Sounds like a nice quality of life change. I however, need to go fast so swiftness has to stay :D

Finally found the glass, unfortunately the duration of Sandstorm is not altered by it or chakra only Nebula. May just go back to swiftness after all
Any way to increase survivability? I don't play multiplayer and I can't get leech. I'm getting one shotted. And also somehow you have more HP than me. How do I increase it apart from traits?
You could drink the mudtooth concoction that gives 20hp for 60 minutes. Also you could probably go for barkshin instead of leech or even strong back to equip heavier armor. Also you can trade the Token of Favor for Seal of the Empress. That would make you much tankier and still do good damage
The Deathwish part has been fixed and this build no longer works as the health drain hits immediately and definitely takes you to bare minimum
It works very well if you put points into kinship as I said in the video

The comments in this video over the past 24 hours just shows how many people have the attention span of a peanut. The man stated in the video than when deathwish got fixed you will need to invest in Kinship but everyone conveniently skipped over that important info.
That's true, the video is about 13 minutes long but I see that most people just watch it for 3 or less. I know Im not the most entertaining out there but if you wanna know how to use the build I'm showing off you gotta listen :D

If you don’t have it you can run legacy protocol, jesters bell or even golden ribbon. All of them will be ok 👌
Fragrant Thorn: Inflicting 4 or more unique Negative Status Effects on a target applies Exposed for 15s. I think without this amulet exposed ring is useless, correct me if I'm wrong.
Our weapon the monolith applies exposed and so does it’s mod so we are fully benefitting from this ring :)

Gonna be completely honest here. The old setup will probably get out of it as much as possible. It was just an all around nerf and it's just going to be weaker than it used to be :C
If you want to have some fun right now thought try the huntmaster or trinity with bulletstorm. Its so broken its not even funny but going to be patched soon :)

Yes I saw. You basically need kinship now but other than that it should be fine :)
@@Mr-Nacho420 Deathwish removes almost all your health and if you don't have any skills up its more difficult to survive. I like the build very much only a sandstorm build that looked like it.

Just wish Leech was where chakra is located and vice versa. Leech has to be one of most useful and I only play solo so…rip lifesteal potential for me

I think that without the leech trait this build should work absolutely fine. To add to that if you come to the RemnantTheGame discord server there are plenty of people getting new items and traits so I am sure someone would help you get Leech if you want it :)

It used to be this way but they changed it. Right now death wish does not care about how much armor you have

The way its designed is that you cast it and forget about it. I dont know if there is any other weapon that can do that except nebula, Try it out and let me know!
I was done with this game the moment I beat the final dlc boss. That's how much of an impact it made.

It's weird to me people play on the easiest difficulty, rush out a DLC in 30 minutes, then say it was garbage.

Its a huge source of damage and lifesteal thanks to mod and exposed debuff. Also it pairs well with spellweaver. Not sure it can be replaced
Sparkfire shotgun does the job, but monolith is a monster.

@@gaalattila829 deathwish cannot kill you by itself. The lightning will still heal you when mobbing etc. Also you don’t have to have it active at all times.
This build still good? Ik Its only been 4 days but i wanna be sure 😭 im just scared about the losing 300% health, im on a HC character and i dont want my health to get nuked

Why does Leech require multiplayer to obtain? It's so useful even for solo players.
No clue why they made it like this but just because you obtain it in multiplayer does not mean it’s for multiplayer use only

The asylum miasma trick seems to be working very well :)
Basically you go to the Asylum, cast miasma, wait for everything to die, touch the stone, repeat.
@@Mr-Nacho420 ok :-D I don't have the Ritualist yet either, maybe today have the chance to get it
if you don't want to do the asylum method, just make the build you want to use with the archetype alongside another fully leveled archetype while making sure you reserve 10 trait points for Scholar for the extra xp, equip sagestone in the slot of your least important ring, and then make sure to chug a Mudtooth xp elixir, and then just play the game. If you don't have a roll you're going through on adventure, I'd just roll whatever on Survivor and just play through it. You'd be surprised how fast you get levels on the new archetype with just those three things (Scholar, sagestone, mudtooth xp elixir). Besides, there's stuff in Losomn and probably other places so you might find new gear while leveling up!
I dont have the amulet, can I use the cooldown reduction one instead?

@@Mr-Nacho420 Thanks for the reply! I was actually thinking of Legacy Protocol. Have you considered the new ring, Tear of Lydusa, for the build at all? It increases life steal efficacy by 20%.

There are so many broken interactions with invoker. So many things will get nerfed. Not to mention the amount of life steal you can now stack makes you pretty much immortal. Enjoy while you can boys

@@Mr-Nacho420 heatwave is also busted with energized neck coil. It currently has the highest base tick DMG per second on an optimized build. Giving you some big number explosions

where you got Resonance from before
So you need to follow this guide and instead of Resonance you will receive Leech, hope that helps man! :)
Dormant N'Erudian Facility - Multiplayer Trait. One player needs to be in the control room, located at the end of the secret path where the Biome-Control Glyph is found. The player in the control room needs to activate the console, which is only possible while the Quarantine Event is still running. All players inside the control room or any other part of the secret path will not receive the Resonance Trait, but the Siphoner Trait instead.
You can only get this when playing with someone. There are plenty of people going after new traits in the RemnantTheGame discord server so it would be the best place to find help.

There is no exact spot to get it. It’s a random Losomn drop meaning that you may or may not get it when playing losomn story

Edit: Kinship does help a lot; from 300% health drain to 70%, more or less
What do you mean update my video? :D I already mentioned that it's probably not working as intended and if it gets fixed then just invest in kinship. I literally prepared this video for when the deathwish gets fixed.

Yea it does! You just have to invest in kinship and you should be ok! Also Pop deathwish when you know there is gonna be enemies around as it will drain your HP when you are not killing stuff :) Best used for bosses and you dont really need to use it for mobbing

Dummy if you paid attention he mentioned to use Kinship when they fix deathwish. It was mandatory to run kinship when deathwish was first introduced this isn’t new.
