If you read the lyrics carefully, I see it as a case of when someone says they are fine/ok, but they are not actually fine. The “not fine” is expressed in how they dance in an energetic way quickly followed by tired way and then a member is picked up when they falter. At the end, they are emotionally exhausted from saying they are fine when they are in reality not. Its like the social response or lacking honesty when not wanting to burden others.

To make a song flip it forwards and backwards as far as the actual beat on the track and in the meaning of needing someone to come save you from your sorrow to being fine on your own. I could be wrong, but their music definitely helped me through hard times.
