@@raghads9985 I'm assuming you mean when the top left corner dialog box says "Microsoft Windows is not responding. Would you like to end the process now?" Because it just says that when a process in the operating system (Which could be anything, it could be a game, or it could be a critical process that would shut the whole PC down if you stopped it) isn't responding. If Microsoft Windows actually wasn't responding it wouldn't be in such a condition to even show the dialog box.
OMG I LUV U BRO, I'VE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 HOURS AND THE HIGH PRIORITY ON TASK MANAGER METHOD WORKED I SUBBED TURNED ON NOTIFICATIONS AND LIKED THE VIDEO MUCH LOVE.
I have an issue with a program , once I click on it to open it a black screen with my mouse loading appears and there not even the panel of " the app is not responding" , just an infinite black screen , idk what to do
may the first solution helped me .i did change the priority. then nothing happend. but I did close the logiciel and after I did start it again he asked me that he did take an autobackup if I want to open it.
it did not work for me, but when i click on roblox it takes like 24 minutes to open. but the wifi is working just fine i do not know why it would not work.
Could mods be causing it? Or if the game is from the Steam store you could try verifying the game files to hopefully fix the bug. It might also be helpful to copy and paste the error code to see if others have had the same problem in the past.

a wise man once said: how will you end the process when even the end process window is also not responding
Just move the program that isn't responding to another virtual desktop
@@FellEM They mean that it makes the whole PC freeze since you can't exit out because the app is in fullscreen and won't respond to you minimizing it

I wish they change that to "Unresponding" instead of "Not Responding"! Because I hate "Not Responding"!

Not even my task manger will respond
Check to see if its your One Drive. That was what was stopping me from right clicking my Desk top and File explorer.
i can't find the set priority button
For me it says program not responding but it doesn't even show what's not responding
Is there anything in the task manager that could be it, maybe in the background?
i cant set the priority to high because the Access is Denied.
Are you using an admin account?
