Although the pay is good, KLLM in general is very dysfunctional to a company driver (and dont get me started on lease programs) and there is a lot of drama and hate between the old drivers and the new hires. People are trying to set each other up, the "breakdown department" that handles everything does not like their job, people will lie to you downright and get away with it because lying is part of their business culture. And the problem runs high up all the way to upper management. I would avoid this clown school that is KLLM and prefer a company you will like, so that you can stay with your employer for a longer time which will look better on your resume.
