Ingredients for Salmon Patties:
►1 lb fresh salmon filet
►Olive oil
►Garlic salt (I used Lawry's Brand), to taste
►Black pepper, to taste
►1 medium yellow onion (1 cup), finely diced
►1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and diced
►3 Tbsp unsalted butter, divided
►1 cup Panko bread crumbs
►2 large eggs, lightly beaten
►3 Tbsp mayonnaise
►1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

lol it is funny hearing Americans try and pronounce "worcestershire sauce". Here is a tip - say it like "Whoosh-ter-shea sauce" - that is how it is pronounced. Also, another tip, try sweet chilli sauce instead of Tartar sauce. It suits fish cakes much better. So does a squeeze of lime over them before you serve.

I made these for dinner tonight. My husband loved them. I usually have to ask how he likes something. Tonight he said, after the first bite, "Wow, these are really good." You could have knocked me over with a feather.

I keep coming back and making this!! It's so good. I also make your homemade tartar sauce but I switched from using Dill pickles, to Gherkins - they are a little dryer and crunchier. Yum to both recipes!

Made the salmon cakes and they were delicious! Serve them with an aïoli with mayo garlic and lemon. The secret is with the garlic is to use a micro plane grater so the garlic when grated is creamy with no bits of garlic. Really makes a big difference. Thanks Natasha!

I tried your recipe, delicious! I had more salmon mixture and used a larger scooper. Eating just two was a meal. I topped them off with your homemade tartar sauce. Yes! This was delicious! The tartar sauce taste good all by itself! I 😊 Thanks!

I make this with left over salmon. My recipe is almost the same, but never used bell peppers. Will use them in the future. I mix Siracha and mayo to make a dipping sauce, yum yum. Also, I let it sit in the fridge for a couple hours so the moisture can be absorbed by the bread crumbs or panko. Love your videos, thanks

Wow I just did this recipe it came out excellent I tweaked a few flavors for myself. Also I baked 15 minutes and then broiled to be crispy but girl this is the best recipe

A great base recipe for not just salmon but any fish or shrimp or crab. I would only add lemon at the end... got have the lemon!

I used a can of Sardine that I don’t care for. But I try to eat it often since I am on a keto diet for two months.
Boy, I really enjoyed my Sardine fish cake with a few modifications. I did add some apple cider vinegar and lemon juice. I put almond flour instead of regular flour.
I used my hot chicken wing sauce for dipping. That was yummy.
