    can we take a moment and look back tht this dude broke his arms not a long time ago and he came back stronger than ever. His mental strength manage to overcome that unfortunate day. Mad respect to him.

      @@nvmffs the point of break does but the ends don't, means it won't break at the same place but the proximate area is still vulnerable

    I never thought I’d see him back at such a high level after that nasty arm break but after watching the gorilla suit after-pull and seeing him training here, looks like our boy is ready for a super match.

    Love these exercises but as a simplicity enjoyer I honestly think this system could be a little too complex.
    Specificity is king, but so is simplicity, you could reduce the number of exercises here I feel by a factor of 3 if you would employ some multispinner work. But the guy is world class and I’m not so props to him for putting in the work.

    Great to see some content with Sergey! Nice job on setting this up. Seems like he's really into isometrics, which is interesting. Hope to see Sergey in some high-level matches soon, he looks really strong.

      I will train isometrics for about a month, currently I train with undulating intensity throughout the week. Please remind me in around a month and I will reply with the results

    Also, remember, if you're a female you need to wear skintight clothing while training - otherwise your performance will clearly severely degrade!
