    Are these a wider variation of jm presses? Used to seeing that movement be closer together

      Yes, it is. I feel more of a stretch and better recovery for armwrestling that way

    What is the difference between the pronation to the shoulder and the one that goes to the ear?

      The pronation to the shoulder involves more internal rotation. To the ear is more elbow flexors

      Check out Voice of Armwrestling brachialis pain. Massage, stretching, and maybe some JN presses can never hurt, even if it does not make sense on a "paper" to do them, they somehow help :D
