Bo Jackson is my hero. I broke my hip at 21, avascular femoral head necrosis, the head of my femor lost blood supply and it slowly died, extremely painful. At 25 years old I have a total hip replacement. I rehabbed my hip with yoga and within a year was sitting lotus and back to my old self. I got my motivation and belief in my bodies potential because of Bo Jackson showing what was possible. I would have given up if not for the inspiration I derived from Mr Jackson. I owe you alot Mr Jackson. Thank you for being such an amazing role model.

@@bigbird2240 motor vehicle collision. Rear ended another car with no seatbelt and all of the force traveled through my right leg that was stomping on the brake pedal. It dislocated and impaled the head of my femur into my pelvis. After a week in the hospital and surgery I slowly recovered only to experience severe pain due to avascular femoral head necrosis which resulted in a total hip replacement 4 years later at the age of 25. At 36 I am once again in need of a new hip and I live in pain as once again wait for a new hip. 11 years it lasted me. The next one I'm going to baby.

I also really dig the fact that he was never suspected of using steroids. People knew he was clean, I mean look at his baseball rookie card, he’s got shoulders up to the edge of the print hhaahhaahahahahhaa

Bo Jackson during his Prime of those times, we fans seen him as a prototype Cyborg Player of the future being today of the early 90s. The way he played of his Titan Like Skills, gave US this impression of a Cyborg among men.

You can't teach or train or convince or show or demonstrate or influence someone to become the natural born athlete that Bo Jackson was. He just was. One of, if not the most, idk, people say greatest or best of certain players. what's that even mean? But Bo was the most unique natural athlete of all time. The strength he was born with, the football I.Q. and even playing baseball as a monster. its almost impossible to excel at 2 MAJOR league sports.
Fact though, he loved baseball, said he played football as a hobby.
