0:21 some skill entering a corner, WOW!
The number F1 world chanpions in the world 👑💪🏎
For those who say this is not the best lap ever: when was the last time you saw a F1 car drift and not impede the lap time but in fact be in pole. James Hunt himself would have been proud.
Leclerc in Singapore 2019, he drifted 3 times, maybe not as much as Schumi here in 0:21 but still
@@zuczek8669 I am sorry Zuc. But I have to disagree. LEC’s in Singapore drive was more wheel spin AFTER the corner; none his fault cause of the bumpy street circuit that is killer gaining traction out of the hole.
As with MSC, Mike was inducing the Ferrari to drift prior to entry of the corner, with the car “sliding” into the corner. Something Sir Sterling Moss would talk about in the 50’s - 60’s. It takes a trust of your equipment, trust in the workmanship of the boys back in the garage and a big pair to pull it off.
@@jtrevrb1 How do you know he induced it and didn’t overcook then recover it?
That’s right, you don’t.
@@gottliebdee263 overcooking is when you lock up and flat spot your tires only to botch your lap. This was pole pace and looks like a slide under control to me. But your right. Neither of us will ever know what’s it like to be totally at one with a F1 car. Only the gods know.
He lost 3 or 4 tenths atleast with that slide
The Goat of F1!!!!
I reckon the best lap was in Australia (2004) on the Friday. He came out and did a warm up lap then a flying lap taking more than a second off the best time previously recorded for the circuit then put it away for the rest of the day. First GP for the season and he just threw the gauntlet down.
when i was child i didnt know this was a ferrari car. I always thought cars were called marlboro, camel, west, Jaguar, renault etc... I want those memories and v10's back :/
Massive Slide!! 0:21
Best 3 minutes on RUclips, couldn´t watch just once. Kudos to Kimi he deserved more than just one title.
What a Legend! Keep Fighting Michael! Barone Rosso per sempre!
Don't you have the legendary video of Schumi in spa with the Ferrari v10 on a wet floor? I didn't find it anymore, the last time I saw it they had shown it in 2013 as a memory...
Schumacher is the person who squeezes every last drop of ketchup from the jar
.höchst Leistung Schumacher Respekt...
you know people say we keep living in the past but dude this era was 2nd to best ever in F1. say what you want about the environment, 20 V10s every Friday Saturday and Sunday wouldn’t hurt the Earth as much as everyday drivers
La Perfezione. Curve disegnate senza nessun errore. Brividi nella schiena... Numero 1. SEMPRE. Esisti solo Tu. Ciao Schumy

Schumis high-speed #PowerSlide ❗❗❗ (absolute amazing)
You think what i am thinking, Schumi style.
just mistake. As a full lap, except 3rd sector
This pure Sound!! Waah ❤
V10 sound.... 😍
Yep. It's stunning, isn't it. 18,000 rpm. 😁 And to think that the engines had to rev like that for up to 2 hours... This was an amazing era of F1 engineering.
Cracking lap to be down in sector 1, drifting and still get like. Stunner
A1-Ring wasn't a track where Schumi could excel cuz his driving style, he even fail to match a perfect S1, but the rest of the lap is on a genius level... nice video!
I think he chose a completely different setup, maybe more downforce, ... basically sacrificing the first 2 sectors. He found a clever tradeoff.
Best era of F1
His peak was when he was the only guy in formula 1 to be cappable of compete with the Maclaren Mercedes (when hakkinen was world champion) because the difference between Maclaren and the rest was huge... he still was cappable of challenging hakkinen for the title despite of that... its a pity that in the 5 consecutive times he won the formula 1 tittle, he barely had any oposition, because he was probably the best F1 driver after Senna, unfortunaly formula 1 started to lose its magic in this period, they changed the qualification rules, the fuel pitstops, the budjects were controlled, only 1 engine was allowed per weekend and stuff like that, they killed formula 1 slowly...
The early 2000s Marlboro livery is the most iconic in the history of the sport. Sure the latter McLaren Marlboro cars were gorgeous too, but gimme that F2003 in glorious fluorescent Rosso Scuderia and full Marlboro markings any day.
Absolutely. Iconic and beautiful.
What a magnificent young man
Incredible how he rotates it around the front axle under braking for the tight right at turn 2. I would love to see the onboard of that. It looks perfectly executed from this footage
Михаэль,ТЫ Лушчий...лучший гонщик за все врмена.
