💖💖💖 MICHAEL SCHUMANACHER STILL ON TOP 👏👏👏
yep
Real cars, real tracks, real drivers, real GOAT
The tracks these days are literally the same
@@formularguments7335 Are you new to the sport? The tracks have changed dramatically. Not so much on their shape but on how much you can miss the apex or the limits of them.
Back in those days, one slip up and you are off the track on a sand trap or a wall.
Today all the tracks have expanded off limits so that the cars can return.
In those days you had to have BALLS of steel, be a little crazy and have extreme driving skills to try to pass on the track limits knowing that millimeters of missjudgment will result in serious accident and even death.
Nowadays.....its like kindergarten with all those off limit paved roads and expanded apexes and the lack of sand traps.
Yeah....."the tracks are basically the same".....pfft.....you must be young.
@@LinkSoul64 the track layouts are similar now compared to in schumis days. Thats what i obviously meant. Fr sure its a lil safer but if we are talking realisticly the drivers from the 70s and before had much much harder tracks to handle
@@formularguments7335
Am not talking about safety.
It's about risk.
Tracks through the 90s and early 2000s were completely unforgiving for drivers who made a mistake. The areas around the track were not designed to help the cars not crash or help them rejoin the track.
If you made a mistake it was so easy to simply crash the car or get stuck in a sand trap. There were no escape routes for those who missed apexes or a turn.
This meant that the drivers had WAY more risk when they were planning their tactics to pass someone. This means they needed to be absolutely perfect during driving and careful.
Today's drivers know that the areas outside the track limits are designed to help them rejoin and not crash.
Which means they are more relaxed with their passing attempts.
It's way easier for them to take risky decisions.
This has helped drivers be more daring yes, but it also makes them be less careful when defending.
Meaning they can now be more aggressive while defending knowing that the driver behind them will not crash easily.
This fact has made F1 drivers more sloppy. And you see more crashes between drivers and less crashes because of drivers losing the car and exiting the track limits.
I don't like this at all.
No DRS just pure racing, enjoyed watching the Master first in the Garage Last out, Schumacher is a Legend as well as Ayton Senna who should of been a multiple World Champion .
To me, F1 is not a thing anymore without Michael Schumacher in his Ferrari
to me F1 isnt the same since 2006 as well, but that is not because of Schumachers retirement, its because of they messed up everything in Formula one...they dont got V10 engines anymore, they have no refueling stops anymore, that gamble with refueling was just awesome...its been fantastic back then, but eversince these changes, i lost my passion for that sport...
All good things come to an end :(
I watched all 7 years of MS I wont watch f1 ever again.
@@KingJohnson1985 Yes, It's sterile, boring now. No passion, no risk, nothing.
Yea for older guy who watched f1 back in the 90s and 2000s, f1 now def lost its mojo
Schumacher the GOAT at the steering wheel and Murray Walker, the GOAT on the Mic. Those were the times.
0:25 ‘Michael can do nothing at this moment’
Michael 2 seconds later: Hold my Ferrari
😂👍🏻
F1's most complete package, aside from his utter diligence , raw racing talent, masterful tactics he revolutionised fitness in f1 and general attitude to being a complete racer.
Honestly his best overtake for me was on Button on Imola
@@flipflop4396 2005? - such a brave and clever move. Spain 1996 for me is just incredible. If Hill (who at the time probably hated MSC)who like many others that day went off in the wet could walk in through the infield clapping as Michael drove past. That tells you how good he was.
He put Ferrari from middle-class to the Top and stays there for years.
The greatest F1 driver of all time: Michael Schumacher.
Best Driver of All Time!
The Best Driver in History of Formula1 , no DRS no KERS no Problem if you are Michael Schumacher
Michael the greatest!!!
5 championships with the red car.
No one will be like that.!!!
Best F1 period ever : Michael and Ferrari❤
Keep fighting Michael.
You'll be always the best in F1 history
Even he hasn’t fastest car but he overtakes Mclaren. Because he is the greatest of all time. No doubt.
Yes, he is. Before someone is comparing Lewis to Michael, he has to imagine what Michael would have achieved if he had the F2004 for 7 consecutive seasons.
I cant agree!! SENNA Its GOAT !!!!
@@ramonzaions7522 senna is not even best of his time. schumi is the goat.
@@ramonzaions7522 well, in a ratio to poles-time in F1 he might've been but as fast as he got them as fast as he was aging, he was aging a little bit old already, so he must've rather equaled Fangio, but, I wonder what would've happened if Senna never crashed, I think things might've been tighter
This is why drs is ruining the sport....lewis got away with fir years and now we're gonna see max do it to....back then the best car wasn't always dominating or ends up in first place. Cars used to overtake by brraking and throttle skills. Now we have drs its too easy and lazy.
5 overtakes without DRS, that was pure driving skill, that overtake in Melbourne on Montoya was just insane, the one on Alesi was from anther planet
His overtake on Button on Imola was for me his best, lol only Michael would attack inside chicane you dont ever see that anymore..
Which planet?
@@flipflop4396 I agree, I that was lunatic and on par with Picquet's drifting maneuvre vs Senna
@@sofyane4428from your mother ass**le planet 😉
Overtaking over Senna France 93, and Silverstone 93 were incredible. Also over Mansell Barcelona 91 in the rain, over Prost Spa 93, and over Senna Montreal 93 and Kyalami 93 were amazing. Schumacher greatest driver ever.
Schumacher also overtook Senna in his 3rd race in Barcelona 1991, in the rain, (in the same lap he overtook Mansell). It was for a moment since the Beneton was not as good as Senna´s car, but the overtake was there, forever. Total master.
God of modern F1 racing. Michael Schumacher
My childhood hero❤, made the Sunday evening's so memorable. The GOAT
The GOAT of my generation. Thanks maestro for the good times and memories. My weekends waxed and waned with your victories and near misses...
Let daddy pass !!!
Awesome Schumacher, agressive and smart, the best, the beast
Just imagine if Schumi was driving with fastest cars then as Hamilton now. He would have at least 10 titles. It is the brilliance of knowing how to beat fastet cars. That makes Schumi the best of all time.
It took Michael years in time and better cars to beat Senna's old record times. So imagine Senna in a car of today. R.i.P
@@Devil-024 both guys won most/all of their titles in faster cars (Benetton in 94 was slower then Williams but Hill isn't exactly near Schumacher, he needed considrably faster car to beat him in 96)
There is a reason why certain drivers have best cars usually, because they are the best drivers.
@@Devil-024 He wouldn't, Senna wasn't as fast as you think he was. Being quick over one lap isn't as crazy as being as quick as Schumacher. Both had different cornering techniques but Michael's technique was faster, riskier and tougher.
@@Devil-024 Shumi is the GOAT!!!
Facts Schumacher is the greatest f1 driver of all time king on the brakes aswell
Thanks schumi for all the good races.
Monza '98 was fucking crazy😵 And I'll never forget Michael's last race in Brazil 2006, such a sick maneuver vs. Kimi who replaced him at Ferrari😋
I am already miss Michael Schumacher.... Its been 12 years since Michael Schumacher left F1 for the 2nd time.😢
3:36 not only my favourite Schumacher overtake.. but easily the best commentary Murray had.. the engine noises, his slight stutter perfectly timed with the drivers downshifts. Goosebumps.
Schumi ❤
The best.😇
The GOAT. These were the days when you had to have skill/racecraft to overtake, not press a button and be done half-way down a straight.
True, and people forget he didn't need the best car to win races and fight for the championship. He was very close in 97, 98 and 06. And won the championship in, at best,an equal car in 2000, 2003 (car was good, but michelin tyres were much better than bridgestone). He had strong rivals like Senna, Prost, Pique, Mansell in early years, then Hill, Hakkinen, Montoya, Alonso, Raikkonen. Wasn't so easy like having the best car for 8 straight seasons and having rivals like Vettel, Bottas and now Verstappen
@@ovikob6404 Hamilton worked hard to have the best cars and took risks in 2012 in going to Mercedes for me it's the best move ever
Schumacher and Hamilton are the drivers who have had the most rivalries
@@alexlacl8730 and people should not compare hamilton and schumacher. Both are legends in different eras of f1 racing...
@@alexlacl8730 Hamilton didnt took any risks in 2012, he went from no trophy winning team which is in downfall to team that actually had mother company support and stable engine supplier and already brought some of best engineers in the sport Aldo Costa, Ross Brawn and etc.. really no brainer.
@@flipflop4396 Hamilton might be good, real good. But he won his Titles in the most OP team ever.
That was sick love the Schumacher what a legend
The battle with Raikkonen is just amazing! Loot at this overtake 😍😍
All the top 5 overtakes from Schumi is great ❤
I still remember how f1 make my family watch the sports toghther and always hype when shumacher overtakes.
The greatest f1 driver of all time
Back when F1 was awesome!! charismatic drivers, loud engines, Murray Walker, no DRS ...and look at the crap we have today, it's so depressing.
Michael Schumacher Forza 😍😭
No fucking drs just pure skills❤️👊
Stunning compilation. And the respect and trust these guys had for each other. Michael knew he could trust them not to give an inch but would not intentionally punt him off. Majestic. My golden age of F1...I wish we had V10s again!
I started watching F1 at 12 years old in 1996 Schumacher and Hackinen are F1 gods. Still watching in 2022 cause of them
I startet in 1993. You unfortunately missed 94 and 95.
Perfection at its finest
I was fortunate enough to be at that US Grand Prix at Indy in 2000, it was absolutely an SPECTACULAR experience! Hearing those V10 absolutely scream at 18,000 or so RPM was something I’ll never, ever forget!
Schumacher won, for those who didn’t know.
MICHAEL, THE BEST EVER❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
THE BEST CHAMPION SHIP PILOT F1 IN THE WORLD
In this video at least, can't help but note how tough but fair all the drivers Schumacher overtook were. Special mention for me? Raikkonen. As close as close can get, just enough room for 2 cars. One of Raikkonen's qualities is he doesn't get into any silly fights for positions resulting in crashes.
He allways was two corners ahead of everybody. Not just on the track, but in his mind.
My childhood... wish I had the power to go back to those days
i remember watching with my elder bro.. my brother's favorite was coulthard.. mine was Schumacher. 😁
he later changed his fave to Kimi Raikkonen.
No lame DRS mechanics, pure skill. The GOAT.
How I miss this era of F1...
The greatest f1 driver!
Argentine 1998
Monza 1998
Nurburgring 95
All the overtakes in Spain 1996
Etc etc etc
Michael Schumacher is the greatest driver this sport has ever seen and this is a FACT!
Argentine 98 was great but couldn't find a decent quality footage
Memories Forever❤😂
Imprendibile Schumacher. Il campione in assoluto. Leggenda
4:08 beautiful sound

Back when racing mattered, not just open drs
The real GOAT. Could win a race in a slower car.
Greatest of all times! *I miss you Michael* 😥
Pure brilliance at display
This shit is my childhood, i remember watching F1 with my dad ALWAYS...he always had a beer and i had a cola
I still have a Michael Schumacher flag with his winning pose (the jump)....stopped watching a few years ago because of incredibly boring rules
You......I like you.
I don't know you but I would buy you a drink.
Cheers my friend.
@@LinkSoul64 same goes for you my friend, hope you have a good day
@@LinkSoul64 I'd buy the 3 of us a cola and we'll go watch VER vs HAM
@@thrash1337 I prefer going to watch Leclerc win the Championship in 2022
You should come back then. F1 has finally gotten exciting again
Great days, greater racing🏎 Health and strength for You, Micheal. Keep fighting 💪🏻 and You go, Mick 👍🏻
The racecraft, amazing. Genius
If they ever tell my let them say I watched the gods race. Men rise and fall like the winter wheat but these will never die. Let them say I lived in the time of hakkinen senna. Let them say I lived in the time of
SCHUMACHER
Real legends 🔝
What a nice video : ) I truly enjoyed it
I miss him.. He is a legend over all...
my kid era hero. just wanna be like schumacher.
Beautiful cars
Keep fight Michael..Italy dont miss YOU NEVER..LEGEND
I wasn’t alive when he was racing
I don’t care he’s still my fave
same
The Greatest Driver of All Time!
What a legend
everyone always gave him space but he never gave space to anyone
Excellent
Imagine what schumacher will do with the f1 cars we have now
he probably would drive them against a wall...purposely of course...saying: "keep that trash and give me my V10 Ferrari back!"
Just imagine that.!!!
Michael the GOAT.
Schumacher was something else.
I remember the 98 season with total McLaren dominance, third race Argentina, he was fastest in the warm up and pushed, i think Coulthard, hard of the track during the WU! Schumacher won the race brilliant and showed before he will give everything and more to beat silver on this day!
His early Ferrari years without having the best car truly showed his skills! ❤❤❤
Man I miss the V10 days.
That Sound is so Amazing
Thanks for all the great years and racing you gave us Michael, F1 is not the same with out you anymore
Just look at Michael’s throttle control against Kimi in Brazil. Just an outstanding example of his driving style. Bap, bap, bap on the throttle in the entry to the corner. You cannot coach that in a million years. Was on top of his game to the end
GOAT
And the move on montoya was done by mick as well in f2 last year 😍
The rain master oh I miss him so much
Remember that one on Spain.
He was 4 whole seconds!!!!!! faster than Villenueve, who was the poleman, at the start of the race.
Keep Fighting Michael. We all miss the greatest of all time
Schumacher never had the best car until 2004. Yet, he was a six time champion by then. What a talent! We miss you Schumi!
The F2002 !!!!!
3:39 is simply the coolest thing ever. Schumacher hot in pursuit while the immortal voice of Murray Walker narrates. The best thing about this is how Mr. Walker is surprised by the giant cloud on the racetrack, tries to form a sentence, midway stumbles over his words as he realizes that Schumacher, indeed, just pushed through that fog at full speed and is going for the lead.
And as a cherry on top, just as Mr. Walker praises the overtake, he's drowned out by the banshee-wail of F1's best engine sound.
Everything about this is iconic:
Häkinnen and Schumacher's racecraft and Murray Walker's commentary... just fabulous.
Champ 👑
Schumacher vs Montoya. A duel that is unfortunately somewhat overlooked in the perception of many. Always wheel to wheel. Today, such battles would be punished with a series of penalties...
Nowadays F1 is softer (except the g-force in corners) and much safer
too many times williams let down... we lost a lot of possible great duels between the two of them.. still two racings beasts
Michael Schumacher using less rear wing drag to fight mclaren superior engine power and keeping the pace in high speed curves.
Grooved tires making overtakes even more difficult. No DRS.
Without a doubt the best driver ever!!!
Schumi was my childhood hero and my idol, I remember that almost every Sunday we're watched him racing. With him and his rivals like Hakkinen, Coulthard, Hill and Villeneuve, later Raikkonen or Montoya and with that amazing cars with V10 engine and without bullshits like ERS, KERS or DRS the F1 Championship was unique, but now this sport looks like just business with dodgems. Miss that years so much 😔 Keep Fighting My Idol! 🙏
monza 98 mclaren was beautiful on the kerbs of monza.. straight and clean..while schumacher savagely throwing his ferrari in the corners to keep up.
and after la roggia, you can hear the screams of their engines one over the other..
wow
Some people seem to forget thar Michael hat a WAY inferior car 1996-1998
And still he managed to wreck things
Michael is a Legend ♥️
Legend💪
When F1 was watchable..
For everyone to watch, those v10 sounds, less tech more skill. When f1 was worth watching❤
Michael Schumacher: look, that Ferrari is slow.
Year later, michael proceed to go to that team. 😂😂😂😂
3:53 murrayism
Schumacher vs Montoya...boy i miss those days!
