You just do whichever one you are most excited to do right now, (which from the look on your face has to be the overlook lol). Thank you so much for all of tips in this. Hahaha is it that obvious? The shining is my all time favorite movie, I just think it would be sooooo epic but I want to make them all. I'm too ambitious for my own good.

Your gingerbread houses looked incredible! those little glass hearts in the gingerbread men too! honestly i can't make up my mind which of the 3 options i liked the most, they all really blew my mind. you are so creative and artistic, i'm excited to see how everything turns out
Thank you so much for your sweet words. Those cutouts in the gingerbread men are such a simple little touch that elevate them so much. You could put bits of red jolly ranchers inside them when you bake and they'd be so easy. I was just experimenting with the isomalt and wanted to try it everywhere.

I loved this was wiser you looking back on last year you! When you said the Home Alone house I was like YES, but then The Holiday Rose Cottage I LOVE. But I make gingerbread cottages so I'm totally biased haha. I also find making the gingerbread dough the day before I plan on cutting/baking really helpful. That way I know it is chilled, and I've got all my energy/patience for the baking part!
