I ❤ the gingerbread kintsugi in the beginning so very much. You can't even tell it broke.
That gave me major inspiration for visible kintsugi cookies with gold food tint and everything.
P.S. a microplane grater would make for an easier and more precise tool than the zester! Less chance of breaking or going too far.
I didn't have an image of Kintsugi, but as you say, this is definitely the idea of Kintsugi! As a Japanese person, I am proud to think that I had the idea of Kintsugi, which is a Japanese tradition.

This is so peaceful and relaxing this Christmas music and I’m so excited I’m coming to Japan. I have always wanted to go and I am coming finally after the 19th in September I am coming and flying into autumn ❤ I wanted to go since I was little then I wanted to go back COVID-19 hit and then I wanted to go buy a big flood came to Japan and long last I get to go to Japan. I’m going to Tokyo Osaka Kyoto for a day trip I’m going to DisneylandDisney sea Sanrio Puroland which is hello Kitty land And Osaka where the Oldcastle, is and Universal studios and studio Ghibli land

But i have question: Can you Tell me the Name of the last song, which are played in your video? It sounds like the German Hymne and not as a "standard" christmas song that i know.
