Nice food! I'm so hungry lol. I'm like another subi, I've watched you since the massive $$ haul you guys did years ago, $6,000.00 or so. I was so impressed with how you budgeted and shopped, I lived in UK for most of my life, shopped everyday fresh for Dinner. But, when I relocated to Canada, and discovered you, you changed all of that for me, I started my upstairs and downstairs pantries, and also began my cash stuffing journey. Thank you! ❤ honestly my life is so different now, I plan, which means no overspending, meal plan, so I'm so organized. It's been a fun time, instead of years of chores, I feel like I run a small, but successful business. 😅 I'ved loved watching your lifestyle, I adore your property and how it grew, maybe in the spring we can get an update on everything 😊 I loved Kenny's shop with the supermarket fridges, and all your freezers ❤ I think I just did a whole lot of fan girlin 😂 see you for day 2

In Ireland we use up our leftover ham by softening an onion then adding the left over mash potatoes cabbage and butter. We fry in a little bacon fat until tips of mash start to brown. Serve with sliced ham and the other left over veg which we sauté in butter to heat through. I usually have carrots and parsnips mashed together with plenty of black pepper and a bit of butter. Delicious.

I am challenging myself to use one odd food or item, that a person always looks at in their pantry or freezer, but skips over. It is working. I have a huge hole in my freezer so far.

Instead of maple syrup on our french toast, we put lemon and sugar. It's a tip from my British mother in law. Great idea to use up your eggnog!
