I had neglected my freezers as well and getting through them. It is a really good feeling. Because stuff just will eventually go to waste if we don't. Yay! You are such an inspiration to me. I have a food storage room, freezers, and pantry that are stocked for our family. Your videos have helped me to be more intentional with shopping our food storage and making meals from there. We are very slowly working through it, but it is such a great feeling to save money staying out of the store and just use what we have here at home. We still eat well, but have been able to put funds towards other things we wanted to. It is especially important now since the cost of everything has risen so substantially. Thank you for sharing your life, recipes, and most importantly encouragement that anyone can do this!

The single servings could also be used for an elderly family member living alone, a college student or friend who just had surgery...the possibilities are endless.

I top with the piecrust, brush on a egg wash and bake them frozen on a sheet tray. They come out beautifully
